The tech from Shamrock came on time. Took the time to get all of the information about the smell I experienced, previous problems and my concerns. He ran a camera from the drain all the way to the septic tank and found no problem. He also gave me a thumb drive of the video. He discussed the possible problems and the best way to address them. We absolutely LOVED our experience with Shamrock! We were super nervous about calling a plumber for the first time but they were quick, efficient, and super easy to work with. At one of the visits, our plumber heard the air in our pipes and was very honest that it could be one of two things. Instead of having us fix both, he suggested we start by calling our water company first and then him if needed. As someone who has no knowledge on pipes, it was really nice he was honest and didn’t just try to get us to fix something that it might not be. We already booked them 2 more times for various things as well.

The problem was rectified by 11am and I was informed the during the whole process. I would recommend this company to anyone. They came out firstly for my gas fireplace, then at a later date for two plumbing issues we found after moving into the home. Water got into my basement during a heavy storm. Shamrock scoped my underground lines, found a block, jetted it out. They also put in new connectors, downspouts to underground lines. And that fixed my problem! Done on just one visit! I would use them again.

The man that came out to clear sewer lines ( usually need done periodically but he found out it was a powder that is supposed to kill roots. That powder clogged up my lines . Will never use that stuff again. But the man worked till he found the clog. He was very patient and wouldn’t give up till he found out the problem. I just want to say that I called them 10/9 at 7:50pm and Joe was super nice and scheduled an appt for 10/10 to have someone come out and snake my sewer pipe. I even called him at 6am on 10/10 to verify that they are still coming as I thought he had stated he would email me but I was incorrect he told me he would call when his tech was on his way. I will update my review once the service has been completed. At least he was upfront about their rates. UPDATE: this company ia top notch. Absolutely the best service I have ever received. I will be using them from now on for my plumbing needs.

The folks at Shamrock Sewer and Drain were SO easy to work with. We had a problem with several drains and shower head, called them and within hours they had someone there that fixed it all. They even educated us on how we could more properly maintain our drains. I thought that was awesome and just very genuine.
