    Our water main burst and we could either repair or replace. We took the replace option. Everyone was friendly and helpful and responsive. John who assessed the issue and gave us a quote to Marcilio (hope I got that correct) to Trey who did the replacement. Trey was professional, friendly and really explained what he did and knowledgeable about what he did and what the next step was. Thank you for everyone involved for taking good care of us!!!

    Everyone one we came in contact with from the person who helped with booking, to the one who called to give me an ETA on the tech, to the tech himself was wonderful. We had our water heater leaking and it needed to be replaced. Bryce, our tech, was informative and professional the entire time. We felt he was completely transparent in what needed to be done and how he would fix it. He was patient with all of our questions and went over the work several times with us so we were comfortable with what he was doing and why he was doing it. Would highly recommend him.

    Cody was awesome! The team was great and would call every hour to let me know the update on my technician. When Cody arrived he assessed my drain and knew just what the issue was. He was polite, knowledgeable and quick. I’ll happily call Rescue Rooter again if I need them.

    Bryce Henry, our plumbing technician, made me so happy that we chose Rescue Rooter. He was extremely personable and affable. After telling him our problem, he ran through what the likely causes could be. He identified and fixed the issue faster than I could have imagined. And it was a far more reasonable price than I had guessed. I strongly recommend Bryce at Rescue Rooter in Seattle! I only wish we had called sooner!

    Our main sewer drain had a large block causing a back up of our toilets and bathtubs. We called Rescue Rooter and Robert was at the house within 2 hours. He looked at the problem, talked through solutions. Dontae also came to scope the line. With the camera we were able to clearly see the block and the full extent of the issue. Robert came back and jet washed the line and fixed the front toilet. The service was excellent and the workers were friendly and all our plumbing works great now. Thank you!

    The representative (Markos) was very informative about the preventative maintenance required for such a large building. He also gave me several options for updating many of our hands free fixtures. I will definitely be following up on these, as they will pay for themselves over time.     I called for a possible gas leak and they were able to send someone within a few hours. Nick R found 2 loose connections and tightened them. He was professional and polite and I felt much better after he checked everything. Very happy with this service! Definitely recommend.

    Rescue Rooter did a major sewer line lining job that our uphill neighbors and I shared. Initially, some inflow line diameters were not estimated at the right size, and the layout had to be revised. But the company was ethical and highly professional. The workers who came out were pleasant and did a beautiful job. It will be great to have peace of mind and a smooth flowing sewer line for decades to come .

    I left a request on their website Friday afternoon about a broken disposal. That evening, I got a call back, and was able to get an appointment the next day! Devin, my tech, was very professional and courteous, and he communicated my free estimate clearly, as well as my options. He worked quickly, and I got my old disposal replaced that day. Ill be contact Rescue Rooter again in the future for any other plumbing needs as well.

    Nick was so great. Came in, told me exactly what to expect when checking a pipe in my ceiling for a leak, and did a quick and efficient job and cleaned up after thr hob was done.     Dontae provided EXCEPTIONAL service! He came out to perform a scope after having both our systems flushed, he gave us reassurance that our pipes are in working order, and just recommended we keep up on an annual flush to keep everything working property year after year (which is amazing because every other company we called said we needed several thousands of dollars in work!). He was professional, knowledgeable, and fantastic to work with. In a world where exceptional customer service is far and few - his service was 11/10!     I called rescue rooter after getting a really bad clog in my toilet. Not only did they have a plumber over the same day, but within 30 minutes of my call.They sent Prescott Jackson over. He was refreshingly honest and got the job done really fast. He did a really good job! Its really hard to find a plumber that doesnt try to upsell you on stuff u dont need and theyre upfront with their prices. Im very happy with their service and I will definitely be calling back should I ever have any plumbing issues!5 🌟!!

    This company was amazing. My husband called at 3pm. We had a clogged in our sewer line . Our line has a belly in it. So it gets clogged if water not running thru a lot. We went on vacation and gone for a while. I would first like to thank the front office for getting someone out same day. Robert Kaira was amazing. Made several efforts to unclog. Due to his diligence, he was able to unclog and we didn’t need to have to pay extra for have a hydro jet done. We also had another employee show up with the camera and checked after. I didn’t get his name. But people both informative. Will definitely call this company again. Both gentlemen were professional and just amazing. Thank you again.

    We were helped by Cody Secrest and he could not have been nicer or more helpful. He came out on a Sunday evening and fixed a leak in our furnace room.     Manager was very professional and calm when talking to him. First guy Bob was nice too but didnt do his job and got frustrated when unable to fix the problem. 2nd rescue man did an excellent job . Fixed the problem with just 1 try. I should get charge lower as the flushing shouldnt happen but I am just relief the job is done after few hours .

    Absolutely phenomenal guys Albert Henry and then he had Dave working with him. You guys were just amazing. They came in way after hours and then they stayed till it was done and it was. They did an amazing job cuz I saw him two days and 2 days that was needed to be done. It was honest about everything they they didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didnt need. They showed me what was wrong and they fixed exactly what was wrong and they did it perfectly. Everything works great. Now I wouldnt use anybody else just you guys if everybodys like that.     These guys are everything you want when you have a water emergency and need help FAST. They came within one hour of me calling them! Consummate professionals, my technician immediately went to work to address my leak, went over options with me on ways to address it, their price was very fair, and the level of customer service in terms of pure human kindness and understanding is a rarity in the service world today.     Great great service yesterday and today by technician Josh. He fixed our kitchen drain pipe that was leaking. After fixing this area there was separation from higher up in the wall that affected another area. All new parts. Josh was very respectful of our home and communicated easily via phone or in person.     Call these guys first! Upfront about their price and only 100$ an hour! First two companies I called said no job would be under 300$. Our service technician came out and spent a full hour working to unclog our garbage disposal. Very happy with his skill and knowledge level and experience. I could tell he had unclogged many disposals. And only $100. I’m putting their number in my contacts for the next time we need any plumbing expertise

    This is very professional and helpful people. We need quick solution to our sewer and Joshua came to inspect it and he was very nice and polite. He really was very helpful and he made us know that it wasnt our sewer but the septic, and he recommended a reputable company that can help us with the septic since they dont work on septic.     I had a hot water tank that was leaking from the bottom and Jordan came out 2 hours later and access the tank and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. He was back the next morning and replaced the tank. We found the date on the old one was 1994, so it lasted 29 years. Jordan did an amazing job and had no problems pop up. I was very appreciative of the job he did. They do not charge you to come out to give you an estimate. I had called other companies who charged just to give an estimate, one as high as $99 who I promptly hung up on. I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you Jordan!!

    The thought of failing side sewer and the ensuing repair cost can be one of the more stressful experiences of owning an older home in Seattle. Our original concrete pipe installed in 1939 is well beyond its life expectancy. Our sewer backed up due to root instrustion and being overwhelmed when the snow/ice melted in Dec 2022. I had several plumbers scope and give me bids on repair cost. ARS/RR was the last one I called on a whim bc my neighbors had used this company and were satisfied. I was skeptical because their branding seems cartoony and gimmicky (superficial I know, but plumbing to me is serious work). From the beginning, the estimator (John R) was timely, friendly and professional. A plan was devised based on what the scope revealed. The tech (Nick) was professional from beginning to end. I sincerely hope ARS/RR appreciates him as he works very hard in a professional manner. Unfortunately, for me, more issues were found and the scope of the work changed. They worked as best they could to come up with reasonable solutions, but one cannot deny facts - cracked pipes and huge root balls. They will patiently answer questions and show you photos of what they find. This is a classic case of dont shoot the messenger. So my side sewer had to be replaced and the rest of the main sewer was lined (I hope this decision doesnt cause the future owners too much headache but I should be long gone by the time it becomes an issue - the alternative would be to replace the whole line which would be insanely expensive). The person in charge of the lining (John) seems very experienced and confident (not cocky) in his work. There were others to help. They were all professional, tidy and safe. The 9 foot deep hole was carefully dug out (reinforced to prevent collapse). Ive see other holes dug that seemed messy in comparison. They placed the removed material (dirt) on plastic sheeting and covered when not there. They had the area cordoned off for safety. When the job was complete - city inspector watched the video as they scoped it again. Got approval. The hole was carefully and neatly filled in. They placed top soil over the top. They offer grass seed as well. They wiped my neighbors wall of the house down that had muddy handprints from another plumbing company. At the conclusion of the project, they scope it one more time and record it. I was able to watch the video and the before and after images is like night an day.I highly recommend ARS/RR and am satified with their work. I am a high strung person who tends to doom future trip and overthink and worry. This process can be very stressful. Its very, very expensive (My project was about $34k with some of the cost shared with my very kind neighbor). ARS/RR offers financing, which I didnt get offered from other companies but I guess always ask. If you need some work done on your sewer line, get multiple bids (some estimates are free and some charge (but information is power and sometimes its worth paying for it). I had bids from Mikes Plumbing (I like them and have used them in the past), Raymark gave me a bid and they seem okay. Southwest plumbing is sus. Bob Oates (I didnt care for their lack of professionalism - tho my interaction is many years old, so that may have changed as staff changes).As i mentioned, the scope of the work changed as it progressed (increased repair costs). But I trusted their recommendations and their findings and was able to comfortably make my decisons and can go into the winter a little more relaxed.ARS/RR did have some issues with their call center and scheduling appointments. I found that part a little aggravating, but it worked out in the end.If youve read my stream of consciousness this far, that probably means you are deep into researching sewer line repair and I sympathize with you from the stress you might be feeling and I hope it all works out for you.For me, ARS/RR was a good experience. Recommend!

    We had Monte and Chad from Rescue Rooter come out to look at our main line sewer system with a camera. Monte was great about keeping us informed on the arrival time and came right on time.     We discovered our water heater leaking at 10pm on a Saturday night (and Monday was a federal holiday). They answered right away and scheduled next day service. A plumber came out first thing in the morning (Sunday) for the inspection. Parts were ordered (a new heater unit), and the install was scheduled for the following day. The new unit was similar in quality to our old one; not too expensive and not cheap either. Again, the plumber arrived promptly in the morning with the new unit. A complication arose in the middle of the install when we discovered our pressure regulator valve was broken. We were quoted on-site, the plumber left to get the part and returned within an hour. Despite the installation taking 2x as long as had been planned, we were never charged more than what we had originally been quoted. Our plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful.Our only complaint was he forgot to put down a drop cloth and scratched a section our hardwood flooring. However, he documented the damage and recorded it with his supervisor.We highly recommend ARS for any emergency plumbing repairs.

    Josh, Dennis and Chad were wonderful to work with. Very professional yet friendly! The problem was roots in the main drain line. They fixed the drain problem even though they were hampered by poor work done by a previous plumbing company. I intend to make them my go-to plumbing company.

    Our hose bed split and we didnt know what to do. Luckily Charles from ARS came out and set us right. Not only did he fix the hose bed the same day, but he worked incredibly hard with our stubborn pipes and made sure we were satisfied. He even had to make a trip to the hardware store to get a specialized adapter to fix our problem. We are beyond happy with the service, and the warranty of their hard work makes us feel good as well.
