    Awesome service. Cannot say enough good things. Called in the morning with septic trouble and wanted the tank pumped. The lady was very nice and reassuring, said they could do it today. Mark got here less than 2 hours later. We talked about the issue and he got to work. Pumped the tank and checked everything before he left. One of the nicest service people I have ever worked with. He did an amazing job.

    The technician that came to empty my septic tank (Michael) was nice and friendly. Hey inspect all off the plumbing fixtures in the house. After that he got to work emptying the septic tank. Happy with how fast I was able to get the appointment done, call at 9 AM and have the tank empty by 12PM. Really happy with the service.

    After initially awaiting service the first night, John arrived the next day, diagnosed what was needed and set to work. He let me observe and learn about my septic system as he proceeded, and never lost his cool when the job got difficult. He was tenacious and determined to solve the problem.John treated the whole job as if the customer, was the most important part of the equation. I would recommend him to anyone wanting service from an employee who derives pleasure out of making customers happy.

    Shaun was extremely professional and efficient, and went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us.     Ryan Schneider was the 2nd service tech we had on the day we had our initial issue. He was amazing! Not only did he do a thorough check of our lines to see EXACTLY what was going on, but he also made sure he spoke to someone on site to explain the issues and what would need to be done and why. Also all invoices that were submit this time were very specific and correlated correctly with the work done

    Will arrived on time and was ready to start as soon as I showed him the problem and explained what I needed. He took the time to explain to me the options he was going to go thru, starting with the easiest and most cost effective (which turned out to be pretty much what the fix was) thru the most time consuming and expensive repair. I really liked Wills professionalism, expertise (he gave me a good tip when turning on the water main after the repair was finished) and people skills. Will is a great representative for FloHawks!

    Todd was patient and professional even though our family was a little freaked out about the drains backing up.. he thoughtfully explained everything that went wrong with our septic line and determined the extent of the problem quickly, then resolved it. I highly recommend his services and we will be contacting him for future maintenance. We had used another company in the past but we are sold on the personal touch we got with flowhaks.

If youre able to get Jesse, you will not be disappointed. He was transparent about the pricing structure, swift, and extremely personable. If/when I need any plumbing assistance in the future, I will seek out FloHawks and more importantly, Jesse.

    The entire operation was extremely professional. Spoke with a human being the first time I called and every time after that. Prior to the technician coming to the house I got two texts. One with a picture of the technician and then an offer of a free plumbing inspection in the home. The technician was very professional. I found their prices to be comparable to the other company like them in Gig Harbor. A pleasure to work with.

    Eric was amazing!! He worked SOOO hard for HOURS to make sure our drain was cleared. He had to rooter outside, inside, from the roof, everywhere and he did it!! Super professional, even when things were giving him a really hard time! I will definitely recommend FloHawks Plumbing.

    Found a new go to company for all future plumbing/septic needs. I had a night and day difference during a plumbing emergency this week in Olympia, WA. I initially used Beacon Plumbing and it was the worst experience Ive ever had with any type of contractor, that weve ever used on the houses weve owned... FloHawks was great from the initial phone call, to the same day scheduling, to the Technician that came to the home. When the tech from FloHawks arrived he had already reviewed the county asbuild and knew exactly what type of system he was dealing with. Through his diligent work ethic he was able to quickly identify the problem and thoroughly explained the entire system and what happened.

    Called these guys after having Dealt with a different local company and they wanted to charge us 5000 dollars for a blow out of our sand tank. Called Flowhawks and they were out the next day and the technician was incredibly informative and willing to do some Saved us thousands calling Flohawks. I know who I will be calling first next time.

    On time, respectful of my tenant and property, kept me informed of their progress and completed the job satisfactorily. Only concern is they are very costly; $495 for a bit over an hour to snake through the roof vent. But I would hire them again because of the quality of their work.

    Service tech showed up on time, did a complete diagnose of the system and gave it a ok (my problem being a alarm lite on, could have been a 1 time blip after a recent motor repair) he reset and said if it does it again then the motor should be pulled and go to the shop for a check out .     Just had my septic tank pumped and thought it was going to be an easy maintenance. Patrick who is very informative and very professional after pumping found a bunch of roots in the tank and showed me. He explained everything and has another team member coming out to cut the roots out of the tank. I did not anticipate the roots although we do have a number of large trees in the backyard. Patrick answered all of my questions and was very courteous and explained the whole process. Now waiting for the root removal but just had to write this review.     Mike showed up @ around 2 pm although I had only called in the mid morning and the appointment was for between noon and 5 pm.Mike had everything he needed with him. He was careful to protect the walls and floor from any contamination(plumbing can be dirty business when attempted by the wrong individual.). He worked quickly and efficiently to do the job, did an excellent job of cleanup after himself, and did it all with a great attitude and a friendly demeanor.Will definitely use Flowhawks again if need be.Thanks again Mike, we love plumbing that works.

    FloHawks was was able to get to us quickly when we experienced a broken pipe. The technician that was sent to us was Ryan. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and informed me of every step and what the issues were. Should we experience plumbing issues again in the future (hopefully not though!), we will definitely be calling FloHawks.
