We had an emergency and all the plumbers we were recommended were really busy, but Dahmer plumbing recommended Tony’s.They were able to show up within a couple of hours. They also gave me the price quote on the phone which was very convenient. Saul was very nice and cleaned up all the tree roots that were in our pipe, and it was very fairly priced. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs plumbing done! Thank you again.

Great company! I’ve been using them for more than 5 years already for my sewer pipe maintenance. I usually have the same tech come to my houses but the tech that came to my house wasn’t as clean as the other tech. If he had taken an extra minute and cleaned up the area where he was at I would have given him 5 stars.I will continue to use Tony’s for sure.Thanks

After having had a bad experience with a different plumber, Tony sent someone out the next day. They arrived on time (a little early actually) and had my sink draining properly within 15 mins for a fraction of the price that the other plumber quoted me! With a 90 day warranty, they clearly stand behind their work which gives me great confidence in their abilities. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs going forward. Thank you!!!

Tony is a very honest and straightforward business owner, I had a clean out I did not know about and he found it for me saving me a very large sum of money. He fixed my clogged plumbing and found me an outside clean out that was buried 4 inches underground. Tony truly went the extra mile on customer service today. I will recommend him to anyone having a plumbing problem who is looking for a long time honest plumbing professional. A very bad situation turned around.

Within an hour of my call on a Sunday afternoon, a technician was at my home, and he immediately set to work to resolve a longstanding problem with a clogged floor drain between my hot water heater and furnace/air conditioner. Tony’s is awesome! We had a ton of water in our basement during the big storm 2 weeks ago. It looked like the water was coming from the drain in our basement floor so we thought we may have had a backed up sewer. Our County confirmed that the water was not from anything going on in their side of the pipes so we called Tony’s to check out our homeowner’s side. The rep from Tony’s came out right away and figured out that our problem was from a bad ejector pump not a blocked pipe. Unfortunately, Tony’s doesn’t fix ejector pump issues but they give suggestions on what local company they recommend. Thanks Tony’s we appreciate you!

The folks at Tonys Drain & Sewer have always been curtious and reliable. During emergency situations, theyve made every attempt to get out to us ASAP. We generally have to have them out once a year, due to tree roots. We have worked with them for several years.

We had a clogged 1st floor toilet and Jose came out same day that we called. He rodded the outside lines and to the street and plunged toilet. But toilet clogged again. Javier came back out at no charge to rod the toilet line. Well it clogged again and finally Javier did the camera and was able to diagnose our line as the rust blocking half the pipe. Excellent customer service and service all around. Thank you Javier and Jose!!

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Tonys and their exceptional staff. First off, Judy is incredibly accommodating and kind. She is really nice on the phone, but also works hard to get answers to whatever you need very quickly. I was very pleased with Judys professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. She is an asset to Tonys!! Luis was also fantastic. He did our sewer scope before and after a repair and was very honest with the pipes. I like that they didnt try to upsell me anything - they told me what I needed, explained it to me, and then repaired what was necessary. The owner, Sergio, was super kind and helpful as well. Everyone at Tonys is GREAT!!! I highly recommend!!

Sorry for late review. I called Tonys Drain and Sewer on 10-14 the customer service was very pleasant and informative. I was able to get an apt early the next morning. The technician arrived promptly to rod my toilet. He was friendly, quick and extremely clean and reasonably priced. He even cleaned around the toilet and cleaned the bathroom floor! That is the best plumber service I ever had.😊 I highly recommend and definitely will use them again if needed.
