I was very happy with Residential Plumbing. I needed a new ejector pump. Scheduling was easy and the techs were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained my options and the various costs. I had them replace the ejector pump and they did a great job. My only complaint was they did not secure the cover on the ejector pump. They merely placed the bolts in empty holes. They should have looked for the appropriate holes which would have allowed the bolts to tighten down the cover. I would still recommend Residential Plumbing, but can’t give them 5 stars because of that lack of attention.

Residential Plumbing was referred to us by Hall of Fame our HVAC service provider.The guys who came out from Residential not only expertly fixed the two issues we called them about but also fixed another one which only recently surfaced.They arrived promptly, were very friendly, and attentive to our needs, and explained everything thoroughly. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner and everything about the service call was to our complete satisfaction.Having rapport with your service providers is important as is being able to trust them implicitly which is essential. Based on today’s excellent experience, they’ll definitely be our first call for plumbing needs going forward and we’ll be referring them to friends without hesitation.

I have mixed reviews for this service. I have used residential plumbing in the past many times and was very happy with their service. This time was different. The plumber was very professional however seemed confused. I do appreciate that he called his manager to ask questions. Then he didn’t seem confident in his answers. The charges seemed to be questionable. Then I felt the interaction was with a normal big box service and not sure to trust what he said. Typically I feel very confident in the plumbers from residential and their recommendations. Hopefully this is a one off.

Residential Plumbing was great to work with. A previous plumbing company left a bolt untightened and water was leaking under a wall. We also needed help with a corroded knob on a toilet water valve. Nick came in, knew immediately what to do, and had the parts to fix everything the right way. He even completed installing the toilet parts, certainly better than I might have.It’s great to find a straightforward honest company I can trust. They do great work.

Manny did a great job re-piping the gas line to my range. The new range I was installing had a much smaller recess in back for the gas line, and the back of the range ran into the existing gas pipe when the range top was still three inches from the wall. Manny removed the existing piping, installed new piping in a new location, and lowered the valve and connector to a level that fit within the more restrictive recess of the range. Now my range will slide in all the way to the wall like it should. Throughout the process, Manny explained options, made recommendations, and made sure I knew exactly what was going to be done. He made it a point to make sure all the work met my satisfaction. I can highly recommend Manny and Residential Plumbing.

They figured out why my old pump was short cycling and provided a different type of pump that completely fixed the issue. The office staff were very nice and Ken F. was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the issues and proposed his solutions with a reasonable quote. The field technicians were very professional and completed the project nicely. They discussed options with me and the work was done timely and to my complete satisfaction. While they were working in the laundry room Kyle faintly smelled gas and sure enough, we had a tiny leak we didn’t even know about. Repaired immediately! The overall cost was very fair for the scope of work and I would recommend Residential Plumbing if you need this type of work done!

Recently had a water leak in my house and was concerned it might be because of their work but instead it was some shady work done in the past of trying to repair a leak. I had a great experience with Residential Plumbing and would highly recommend. I called as my exterior hose bibs were leaking. The technician, Robby, was on time and very communicative. He thoroughly explained my options for repair and spoke about options for saving money and was not in a hurry to finish the task and move on to the next job - he made sure I was satisfied and asked if there was any other plumbing repairs he could fix. Were able to quickly dismiss 2 issues that, while sounding pretty bad, were just natural sounds pipe age as they get older.The 3rd issue was (garbage disposal) was identified and several options for repair were given. In the end, we replace the GD unit. The total cost was reasonable, and the entire job completed in about an hour. The RP tech had a great answers for all our questions and was clearly well versed in the business of plumbing.Bumping this company to the absolute top of my plumbing contractors list for certain.Thanks!

We had two pipes leaking in the ceiling of a first floor ceiling bathroom from both a toilet and a sink in the bathrooms above. Nate from Residential Plumbing did pipe repairs on a kitchen sink. He was on site within 25 minutes. Due to the pipes freezing during the Polar Vortex, one valve had popped off, and the other pipe had cracked. He replaced the broken pipe and its old valve and soldered the valve that had popped off. We found that the faucet was old and leaked as well, so we purchased a really nice new kitchen faucet from Residential Plumbing and had him install that also. Overall Residential Plumbing did an outstanding job for us. We had 2 shower valves and fixtures that needed replacing and the job was completed same day and both shower jobs done very well. The reason Im only giving 4 out of 5 stars is because of 2 things: 1. there was no written quote and the verbal quote went up on both shower jobs within 10 minutes of him quoting the first time. 2. on one shower project, he had to cut our tile around the fixture in order to replace the valve - he did an amazing job fixing the valve without having to replace the entire large shower tile around it. However, it did make a lot of dust as he had to cut our tile to get in to change the valve - and we would have wanted him to at least give us a heads up so we could have cleared out clothes, furniture, etc. and been able to cover or remove things like toothbrushes, etc ahead of time. Other than those 2 things we were extremely pleased with the work.

The technician was friendly and explained the process right up front, including the fee the visit as well as rate for diagnosing the problem and resolving the problem. Since I had done a great deal of troubleshooting already, including some major replacements of parts, I was more than glad for him to start the process. He did a quick assessment of what I had done, deduced that the problem was probably in the line, ran a pressure test and then finally resolved that the problem was likely due to clogged lines which I had put in myself. He was correct. After fiddling around with the line, blowing them out, there were bits of dried rubber clogging them up which probably resulted when I put in new lines and turned the water back on. I paid a reasonable price and felt I had received good service as well. I even asked that he come to the basement and figure out what it would take to put a utility sink in the basement. He did a few measurements, took some photos and told me he would get back with a quote. I appreciate the fact that he explained how he could run the piping and place the sink. I added residential to my contacts so that when I want a plumber, I know who to call.

Theyve helped us in urgent need for a slew of things from small gas leak, to water in basement due to failed sump pump and then clogged toilets because kids think flushing things down the toilet is a game. I initially scheduled a backflow test with England plumbing. I paid for the service and was told it would be completed the following week, long story short a month and a half later I receive a letter from the city stating it was never completed. Someone on our subdivision Facebook page recommended Residential Plumbing and all I can say is WOW! I scheduled the appointment with a friendly young lady (forget her name ☹️) and shortly there after I receive a confirmation text. I was the given a time they would come out to perform the test. Well not only did they meet the time I received a text from Bob the plumber when he was in his way! Bob Matczuk was prompt! Quick and polite. He even provided me with information that was very insightful. I will definitely use Residential Plumbing going forward. Thanks for restoring my faith in customer service!

It was not identical to the part that needed to be replaced (old and obsolete), but he was able to modify it to make it work. Personable and professional. I would hire him again.
