So happy I found Phil from Sewer Sharks. He answered my phone call right away and came out quickly to assess the problem. He thoroughly explained what was going on in my mom‘s sewer line using his sound and camera equipment. Phil also sent me photos to further explain what was going on. He’s going to be coming out on a yearly basis to clean out the sewer line making sure it runs efficiently. Prices are reasonable and service is fantastic.

My husband called Sewer Sharks and within a few hours the nicest, very knowledgeable and professional guy showed up to our house. He assessed, diagnosed and treated our problem. He very kindly explained the issue and all that he did. He took the time to interact with my very chatty and inquisitive 4 year old twin boys! I would absolutely recommend sewer sharks and use them again should we have any further issues.

Not a single bad thing to say about this experience. Technician called 30 minutes prior to showing up within the preset time window as promised when setting the appointment. I was at work and my wife and children were at home. Was sincerely thanked for the information I provided over the phone to the technician to describe the problem. Technician completed the service in about an hour and provided a video to my wife of the unclogged drain flowing water to show effectiveness of the service. Price was very reasonable for an hour of a plumber’s time. Will use Sewer Sharks again and will recommend their service to anyone in need.

I called around noon, and after a couple text messages, the plumber arrived by 1:30. He explained what he needed to do, and about 40 minutes later he was finished and had the work area cleaned up. He walked down the drain line with me and showed me approximately where he thought the clog was. Less than 1 hour from arrival to departure. Great, prompt, professional service.
