    I highly recommend Alchemy Plumbing for your plumbing problems.After Leak Detective found the problems, Alchemy plumbing fixed them all in a day.Alchemy plumbers were superb at explaining and providing images of the problems.They did excellent work for a good price.They were very flexible when one tenant was being uncooperative.I will gladly call them for all my plumbing needsthe 1st photo is the leaking valvethe others are the repair for the leaking valve and the primer valve that was leaking under the floor in the crawl space and is now up to code

    We had a main line backup at our house. I called Alchemy Plumbing after a friend recommended them. Drew came out and got everything cleaned out and working quickly. Communication was great, they were prompt, and very reasonably priced!

    I highly recommend Alchemy Plumbing. They are absolute professionals from when I called and made the appointment to the end of the job. The office staff is very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Their communication was excellent as we were coordinating timing and information with Joseph of the Leak Detectives on the project. The techs that arrived on the job let me know when they were on their way. They were able to work independently and kept me informed of the project every step of the way. Once they knew the scope of the project they quoted me a reasonable price before starting the job so there were no surprises. At the end of the job they cleaned up. I will definitely hire them again for any future projects and will recommend to friends and family.

    We had an emergency clog on the main at our house. I called around and Alchemy was busy. They called back not long after saying that found someone..they came the same day the day before Thanksgiving. The tech came and took care of the job. He was super friendly courteous and did a great job. Very helpful and explained everything in detail. Thank you Anthony Booher. Great technician to represent a business. I will definitely be using this business for any future issues.

    I was amazed by the outstanding service provided by Alchemy Plumbing from start to finish. Sammy was great on the phone setting up the appointment and Kevin and Steven came early to do the job. I was informed at all steps about what the issues were and how they were going to address them. And, the job was done quickly and ahead of schedule. Thank you Alchemy Plumbing for a job well done!

    Once contacted, Alchemy was very quick to respond and schedule a service date/time. Text messages announced when the worker was going to arrive and even included a picture of him. Trey did an inspection of the problem, proposed several levels of fixes that could be applied and worked to complete the one we chose. After testing his work, he found a small drip still persisted, so Trey quickly went back and fixed that (then, making the same tests as before, it was found to be leak-free).Trey was knowledgeable and courteous, and worked quickly and efficiently. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Alchemy Plumbing.

    I am so grateful and appreciative to Alchemy Plumbing! We had a leak in our kitchen and another plumbing company canceled on us twice in one week. In distress, I contacted Alchemy and they were able to come out on the same day and scheduled an appointment in less than two hours.Trey was our technician and he was wonderful.     Alchemy Plumbing was available to come and address a few problem areas in our house within a day of calling them. The plumbers who arrived wore shoe covers, assessed the issues and gave us a quote. They were friendly and courteous. They had to leave to get some parts because the system was older, but they were able to fix everything. I feel great knowing I can call them again when we need a plumber. Thanks Alchemy!

    I cant say enough about how professional, courteous, and resourceful all of the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with was. We were closing on a house we were selling and our plumber we used ghosted us. We literally had the next day to rectify an issue with a diverter valve in a remodeled bathtub before the final inspection. They gave us an appointment the next morning and their plumber, Steven, resolved the issue by that afternoon. I highly recommend Alchemy the next time you need a reliable, dependable, professional who provides that exceptional, customer centric touch.

    Been driving by the happy green building for years. I had a plumbing emergency at 3 pm, they had Trey over within the hour and solving our problem immediately, updating/repairing an aging and failing shower system that was leaking. Trey was quick and knowledge about the system and able to explain why he was doing each thing. Hopefully there arent too many plumbing emergencies in my future but Id happily call Alchemy if their is.

    Review of Alchemy PlumbingRecently was in need of plumbing expertise. I could hear a leak in/under the slab-foundation. Contacted Alchemy Plumbing. They suggested a leak finder company to…find the location of the leak. They did and 2 of Alchemy’s people showed up as planned. Over a 2 day period, they went down through the slab into the soil, found the leak, repaired said leak, repaired 3 heating tubes that had to be cut in the process and replaced soil and concrete/cement. It took them about 13 hours. They did a fine job, kept the rest of the house clean and were informative on all issues and very pleasant to interact with. Thank you.Alchemy is not the cheapest company around, but they are professional, they took care of the problem in short order and stayed with it until done.WBV, Dec.17-2024

    We called about a hot water heater problem and the crew showed up same day to talk to us. They offered to repair the problem, but with a 2 year living in the house it would be disruptive to have them there that evening. So we requested to get an appointment early Monday or Tuesday morning and they accommodated us. The crew arrived early and were very quick to take out and install a new water heater. Steven and Chase arrived on time and quickly completed the installation. We appreciated everyone we spoke with to decide on a plan - repair or replace. Your crews were informed and we appreciated their time to answer our questions.

    We recently had a water leak with our main service line. Alchemy diagnosed the problem, and after some debate, we decide to have them line bore a new main water line into our home since it was an old line the leak may have been under the concrete. Their bid was competitive and they jumped on it within a few days. The crew did a great job and I especially appreciated the communication along the way. We would recommend Alchemy to anyone needing a good plumber at reasonable prices.

    Had a clogged plumbing issue and call Alchemy who dispatched Stephen who was right on time, worked with me on pricing, and fixed the issue quickly to get us back up and running. A little expensive but not to sure that it is out of line with any other plumbing service. I would use Alchemy again in the future.

    Im SO very happy that I found this local company! I always find it a bit scary to know if I hired the right folks for home repairs/etc but my entire experience was great from start to finish. I called on a Sunday afternoon and Kevin came out the next day to replace a valve under my kitchen sink (a non-urgent issue), and he also took time to clear up my faucet that had been clogging up my hot water supply for years without any extra charge. He was super informative, polite and professional and provided me with excellent tips and advice. I have already hired him for another job that I have been waiting to do. I dont trust easily, so I am very happy to have found my trusted, local plumber!

    Great experience with Alchemy this morning. We have had a slow leak at a valve under the kitchen sink that two previous providers just “tightened” and it was getting worse. We scheduled with Alchemy within 24 hours (not an emergency, just a growing annoyance) and two plumbers arrived, examined, explained, gave an estimate, and fixed within an hour. Recommend highly!

    Alchemy Plumbing was one of several recommendations received from neighbor friends.Kevin and his apprentice Zach were prompt, professional and thorough from beginning to end. They first discussed w/us our understanding of the issue in our crawlspace discovered by our inspector, then conducted their own inspection for confirmation. They filmed their before findings for our review and made recommendations for correction. As the work was relatively minor, we approved it on the spot and they were able to complete the same day. They also filmed and shared with us the after video. We felt that their price was fair and reasonable and we are pleased with the results.Obviously hoping not to have future plumbing issues, but would definitely consider Alchemy Plumbing again.

I’ve needed their assistance twice, the first was a more urgent issue that they took care of promptly even though it was right in the midst of the holiday season, and then today Kevin came by to assess a possible issue with an indoor sink and replace a leaky outdoor faucet.     Alchemy came out to my home while I was on Vacation in Mexico. My neighbor was watching my home and noticed that our toilet was constantly running nonstop.     We woke up at 2 am this morning to water spraying all over our master bathroom from under one of the sinks. There was 1/2 inch of water by the time we found it with leaks presenting on the 1st floor underneath the master bedroom. Alchemy was so quick to respond and was able to get our water back on. They were honest in their recommendations, easy to work with and very efficient.     I am go glad I found Alchemy Plumbing! I called one evening and they had a next day appointment available for my clogged kitchen sink. My technician Anthony was right on time and worked very hard to unclog my sink. He explained everything in detail, what and why he was doing it and spent the time to make sure the job was done properly. Anthony cleaned up and made sure that everything was in working order before payment was due; he also explained why the situation happened (30 years of grease and gunk through a very long pipe which gets clogged over time) and how to help it from happening again. I will for sure be calling Alchemy again for any future pluming needs. Anthony was friendly and professional and a great representative for Alchemy Plumbing.

    Keven did a great job! We had a backed up tub drain, I had spent a lot of time trying to snake it out, without success. We called Alchemy and they had a tech(Keven) nearby, he came out within the hour. After three different snake attempts and over an hour of work, he was able to unclog the drain.     We had the water angle-stop valve under the sink crack and then blow out. I call Alchemy Plumbing, Sunday evening and they were able to squeezed us into their very busy Monday schedule. Cole and his apprentice Steve came and fixed the problem. Cole was super about keeping me appraised of the issues and the best way to fix it so it doesn’t happen again. He showed me where the valve was cracked and explained the possible reasons for its failure. Cole and Steve were very knowledgeable and efficient. I showed Cole a different sink with a leak problem. He gave me a quote to fix it properly. I had him go ahead as the quote was very reasonable. He saved me another fee to come back out. I highly recommend Alchemy Plumbing. Senior plumber, Cole was very knowledgeable and patiently went over everything on the quotes and final invoice. I gladly give Alchemy Plumbing 5 Stars. If I could, I would give both Cole and Steve 10 Stars each. Great company and people to deal with today!

    This is a delayed review. I had Josh and Steve over to replace the backflow device a few months ago in Tualatin. The device was really old. So they gave me the quote and explained the details of the work. They were very professional, respectful and hard working.     Isaac was wonderful. Very courteous and thorough. He took videos and described to me the things he was seeing and what he recommends.Knocking down one star as they did not let me know about a Diagnostic Fee.     Isaiah was here to find the source of my leak in the ceiling above my dining room.We were so frustrated for the past week because we could not do anything to figure out where the leak was coming from.Isaiah was quick and thorough and so smart. He was able to diagnose exactly where the leak came from, and in addition to that another source of the leak, which I never had suspected.     Matt came out to look at a “small“ issue.Our bathroom stop valve failed. Needs to be fixed, yes, however, after speaking with Matt regarding another issue in the bathroom that definitely needs the floor torn out, I appreciate the logic of combining these two tasks together at a sooner than later date. He was great, easy to talk to and very helpful. Though the work hasn’t been done yet I’m excited to take care of this pre-Covid problem now after talking through it all with Matt.     Excellent service! I will not be using any other Plumbing Company ever again. We were told from another company that we had water leaking on a gas line and that the gas line was eroding and ready to explode. I called Alchemy in a panic and they were able to get me in right away. Kevin was very professional and very personable and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. As we were discussing the repairs that were going to be done, he informed me that in fact we had received incorrect information and that the gas line was in no threat of leaking.     Alchemy plumbing!! Yes!I called in need of a sewage inspection for a home I am trying to buy. With short negotiation windows with the seller, I needed someone ASAP! I called a few places and was told it’d be a week (or weeks) before they could inspect it. I called Alchemy and they told me they’d be there for me the next day in the morning. They arrived in the morning and were unable to access through the sewage clean out because it was old and had a million turns, which I wasn’t surprised about. The home inspector ran into the same problem. But they pulled the toilet and got that camera 60ft down, and even better they were able to give me good news :)I will definitely be using Alchemy Plumbing if I need plumbing work in the future. 10/10 experience.

I called 7 plumbers the next morning and Alchemy answered their phone and understanding it was urgent was able to schedule me that evening. Once the leak was realized they were able to come out the next day after calling them for help. The job turned out to be a bit more difficult than originally scoped, but the plumber stayed late and made sure the leak was properly fixed in one afternoon. Their team made my life easy through great communication and timely help. Alchemy Plumbing will be my go to from now on.

    This is our second visit from Alchemy Plumbing due to the storms that ravaged the Pacific NW back in January. The first had to do with a burst pipe on the second floor but this last visit was quite a bit more serious.My son noticed a gas smell coming from the garage before he left for school on Monday morning. We immediately contacted NW Natural who identified the issue as our water heater had failed (entire unit) and the thermocouple didnt stop the slow leak of gas for the pilot light.After finding this out, I called Alchemy who had just been at our place a few weeks before. In an hour, we had an Alchemy Agent at our place (Justin) looking over the water heater and getting us set up with an appointment ASAP.Seriously, I couldnt believe how quick Alchemy has been to react to each of our issues and the expediency at which they completed both tasks.Very happy to recommend these folks as everyone from the people weve talked to at the front office to the boots on the ground at our home have been nothing but exceptional to deal with.

    We needed a dedicated natural gas line installed for a new gas oven. I called 3 different companies and Alchemy was the only one able to complete the work the following week (the other companies were a month out). The service personnel was exceptional. The gas line installation looks great, neat, tidy and professional. Alchemy is not the least expensive company.     We had an unfortunate situation happen where our water heater began leaking.It was on a Sunday and so our options were limited. There were some 24 hour places, but no one seemed to be available or they were only sharing quotes. There were some 24 hour places but no one was really available. I reached out to Alchemy and the owner got back to us within 30 minutes which I thought was very impressive. He was able to establish an appointment the next day. Josh came out and took a look and noticed that there was a lot of corrosion in the bottom of the water heater, and he gave us a few options which were very reasonable. Josh also gave us a few tips and his knowledge was commendable. He said that they actually had the water heater to replace it in the truck and the work could happen today and get our hot water back to us within a couple of hours. Alchemer is an amazing company with an amazing owner and amazing people. We’d recommend Alchemy to any of our family and friends who are in need of a repair or service. Just an update, we ended up using Alchemy to install the water heater and the awesome guys who came out (Jordy and Cash) we’re fantastic. They explained what was happening as they installed the new tank and didn’t mind our tipping dog so extra points.
