Ever since my neighbor recommended them, I’ve used Tim’s Quality Plumbing semi-annually to clear my drains from tree roots. They’ve always been easy to work with and reasonably priced. So when I needed to get my main line valves replaced, they were my first call. Hannah in the office was warm and friendly, she lead me right through the process with ease. They called the city for me to get the shut off taken care of and they were able to come the next day. Lonn, the plumber, was courteous, kind, informative, thorough and efficient. He has over twenty years of experience with this company and it shows. He did a great job! I definitely recommend them!

I couldnt be happier with the service from Tims Plumbing. They were initially quick to respond to my emergency - a leaky water heater. I was told (by a previous happy customer) to ask for Eric to do the work. He was able to come out the next day and did a great job - removing the old water heater, going to pick up the new warranty replacement heater and getting the job done - including cleaning up afterward. He also found another potential problem with my main water line, which definitely will have to be addressed in the future. I was happy with the price for installation and will call them again for any plumbing needs. Eric is a great representation for this company.

Tims Quality Plumbing really set the standard. I called them late evening yesterday and they were out today in the afternoon. They fixed my well pump without issue and were extremely knowledgeable even though I was on a well rather than city water which is what theyre typically working with. The plumber that came out, Lonn needed a special tool and Andrew - the owner drove out immediately to get him the tool. THATS SERVICE!!!10/10 would recommend these super friendly guys to anyone.

I used this company many years ago on a bathroom tear down and re-install. Everything was perfect then and I had another perfect experience last week for a clogged drain and a sewer backup issue. Paul H was extremely experienced to know right away what was going on and corrected 3 areas of concern. I appreciated that he was contentious of my home and brought his own towels to protect the Whirlpool tub and shoe covers for every time he had to go from outside to inside. I trust this company and I thought the price was more than fair for the amount of hours Paul was here. I also appreciated that he took his time, was friendly, communicative and explained things to me.

We have used Tims for years whenever we needed to have our drains cleaned. Eventually we figured out that if we had a regular cleaning every two to three years we could avoid any drain problems. This year Paul came to do the preventative cleaning. He was right on time. He explained what needed to be done and got right to work. When he was done, it was as if he had never been there, in a good way. I would recommend Paul and Tims Plumbing to anyone with a floor drain or sewer line.

Recently I needed a sewer line inspection with video/camera to comply with a requirement to sell our familys home that three generations lived in. Of several companies I contacted, Tims was the fastest and most prompt to communicate with over phone and text.The home had never been scoped before so I was worried what might show up. They sent Tony over to video my line and he was on time, very good and personable to work with, got off the old cap, recorded, gave me his impression, and cleaned up before leaving.The inspection report and video file came through quickly and I had a few questions about it. I really appreciated that Tony and everyone at his company Tims was easy to reach, talk to, and answer the questions I had. Really a stand up company that cares about their customers.

They were able to get a us a new water heater installed the next day and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The work was done the next morning— if I had called earlier the day before, the whole process would have been done in the same day. Josh was so helpful! We recently moved into a house that we love, but that had been flipped before, and there were a lot of weird things done with the plumbing that were definitely not completed by a professional. Josh took the time to explain everything to me, and show me what odd things he found that the original inspection report hadnt. Our dishwasher in particular was very, very poorly installed, and instead of giving up, he really thought about how to fix it in the best way possible and seemed to take it as an engaging challenge rather than an annoyance. I wouldnt have been at all surprised if he had just said wed need to buy a new dishwasher/redo that area of the kitchen entirely, and was genuinely impressed and grateful that he took the time to figure it out and make it work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I too have found My new go-to Plumping Company :I would like to commend Josh on all the excellent qualities highlighted above. From the moment he came in my door the protective over shoes went on, and he got to work quickly and professionally.I needed my old garbage disposal replaced dt inconvenience of the 1st tech from another company, tried to “open” it , the evening before, causing it to leak continuously under my sink which it hadn’t before.So,, of course, that brought the shut-off valves to the forefront,(the main valve would not turn, and the one under the sink barely did. When Josh started removing the disposal it fell apart in his hands. I was So pleased when its replacement was bright, shiny, and new. Included in this, he added a much needed new facet,. Josh even shined up the sink to its original condition all within the 2 hours which he said it would be. The pipes and valves were replaced and tested, in a slightly longer, 4 hour job,Thank you Josh!As I said, I’m very happy with your excellent work, and value of it!

I took this service to check my garbage disposal. Nate is very professional. He explained what exactly the problem was and possible solutions. He is on time. He suggested to replace the machine instead of repairing it. But his labor charges are higher and the cost of machine is also high comparative to the store price. He also explained the price of the machine is high because he has the machine ready within his truck all the time to save the time to fix the repair fast. In this case, I have my own budget to get this repair done. So I moved on. But I recommend this service as anyone prefer some professional to get the repairs right.

Tims Quality Plumbing has been to my house over 20 times in the past 12 years for clogged drains and other issues. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. In fact one of the people it comes out quite often has gotten to know us and our dogs and we find it kind of fun to see him once in awhile. Super nice guy! Ive never had to wait more than a day for them to come out and usually it is the same day. Im not sure about value as Ive never tried another plumber or check prices. Im extremely satisfied with Tims, especially because theyre not big on pressuring you for more work. Even if I found out some other plumbers were priced lower, I would still stick with Tims.

I called several large plumbing outfits to install some water treatment equipment that I had purchased. Two of the plumbing companies provided outrageous quotes to install the equipment I purchased as means of getting me to return the purchased equipment for their own represented brands, even though I had asked when making the appointments if they installed customer purchased equipment. Very Frustrating.Tims Quality Plumbing stated that they do install customer purchased equipment and came out for a quote. They charge for this process which, at first, I was a little suspect since I am not used to paying for getting a quote. However, after 2 previous non-starter free quotes I was willing to take a chance. Tims provided a quote for specifically what I asked for and were able to schedule the job on the spot. I required a plumber, not a water treatment expert. Shaun, the plumber, was on time and very professional and executed the all day job flawlessly. The person who works the phones is responsive and engaged. Tims Quality Plumbing will be my go to for any future plumbing needs. I recommend these guys without reservation.

However, we would not use 24Restore for the reconstruction ever again due to the high-turnover of staff, lack of professionalism, inaccurate information and quotes, non-responsiveness and the project management teams inability to understand what was needed to complete the job in a timely manner.

I would not use this company again or recommend it to anyone! I had a small project of replacing toilet fill valve, shut off valve and corresponding supply line. I was quoted a range of $130 - $220 over the phone and was told that their guy would show up in an hour. I took time off work to let the guy in and ended up waiting for 2 hours without any callback or updates. I called them again and found that the guy was still on another job. Really bad customer service that can’t pick up the phone and let me know. The guy finally arrived at 2:45 pm whereas he was supposed to be there by 11:45 pm. Also he charged $ 275 (25% more than the highest estimate). I don’t understand why they would want to treat customers like a one time deal.-------------------------------------------------------I wanted to post an update on this. After the service, the owner Tim called and apologized for the experience I had. He also sent me a check with a difference between what was charged and the highest estimate they gave. He also sent a discount coupon for future. In my book, good customer service is fixing what went wrong so I am updating the rating to 4 stars. I will give them a shot again and will review based on the next experience I have.

Getting the job done was timely. after examining the conditions of the pipes they recommended additional repairs. the work was done in a short time with no disruption to water service. two comments, the plumber did not have enough copper pipe to install one piece so he had to splice pieces which Im not crazy about. one of the fittings is still seeping water. Im waiting for it to seal itslf, if not then I may have to call them to fix it.after posting the above review, Tims Plumbing read the review and contacted me. We recently had Mark come to our house for two separate jobs. The second one involved replacement of a steel shower pipe that was leaking with new copper pipe. It required removal of a panel in the shower. We decided at the same time to replace all the shower panels and also to have the tub reglazed. None of this work could be done until Mark had completed his. He was prompt, courteous, hard-working, and efficient. He installed new shut-off valves accessible beneath a vanity. He did have to reschedule the work when he had a back issue. That was fine with us, not an inconvenience. He will return this week to install the new faucet. We will be happy to have him come again for plumbing work at our house.

Backed up laundry tub, and on a Sunday, ugh! Called Tims, they were out on Monday morning! Tony was professional and very conscientious. He was in and out in less than an hour and we had clean drains! He offered helpful suggestions for future prevention, and price was exactly as advertised. I had a plumber come to my home and he provided EXCELLENT service. He arrived in a timely fashion, was very informative, cleaned up after himself and did a great job for me. EXCELLENT service and I will definitely be using their company again in the future for any more plumbing needs or any drain cleaning as well. I am very satisfied and will refer to my friends and family. I know they will have as good an experience as I did. To give a rating from 1 to 10, I give them a 15!!!

Scott arrived on time for toilet repair, and to replace the aging shut-off valve. He had the parts in stock and fixed everything in one visit. This is our 3rd service from this Tims Quality Plumbing since 2021 and we will call them again the next time we need a repair.

Lon installed a new battery back up sump pump to replace an old pump that was no longer working. He did a very professional job and did a good job of communicating the operation of the new pump and explaining what all the different sensor signals mean. He also secured the discharge pipe, which had previously been done poorly by the company who had install the old pump. We are very pleased by Lons workmanship.

Every person we came in contact with at this company was so completely helpful and pleasant to deal with. We needed them out quickly for an issue and they were very accommodating. Lonn was a delight and even pointed out a few helpful things in my laundry room that werent within the scope of his project, and answered all of my questions. While remodeling our basement we have dealt with all of the horrors one can imagine and it was so refreshing to work with a company that cares about their customer service and satisfaction. I was happy to receive same day service, although there was a surcharge for afterhours delivery. Overall I was very pleased with the service.
