We had a severe plumbing issue inside our home that was compounded by the pipes needing replacement were behind a wall. Derek took this in stride and did an exceptional job to correct the issue with minimal damage to the wall. Will not hesitate to call him in the future for all of plumbing needs.

Derrick was very professional. He went to work immediately after arriving, assessed our kitchen sink drain line blockage and the path of the entire 40 foot drain line with several turn in it. He was able to rod out and clear the line. He tested the cleared line for about 15 minutes to ensure it was working properly. He took precautions to protect our floors and cleaned all surfaces prior to leaving.

I had a few things I wanted to have looked at. I hadnt used DRC before so I found them by searching Yelp, BBB, and Google reviews. I am glad I found them! Derek was very helpful and patient in explaining what I needed and didnt need to have done. I decided to do some replacements anyway since the equipment was older. He completed all work the same day (new water heater, new ejector pump, clear bathtub drain) and charged a fair price for the work done. I would absolutely recommend him and will use him again if an issue pops up.

DRC Plumbing and Sewer installed new sump pump and backup system. They also replaced the cartridges in my bathroom faucets. Derek did a great job installing and explaining any questions I had. I have used him for over 8 years. He is responsive to calls, quick on setting schedule and prompt on day of the work needed to be done. He also is very patient when it comes to asking questions. Would highly recommend his services.

Reached out to DRC for an issue with what I thought was a cast Iron sewer pipe. Derek answered right away, took down my info and setup a window to stop over the following day. Derek arrived on time, gave me call when he was on his way and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained what he thought was the cause, let me know the price, and then got to work. At the end he explained everything that he did, answered all my questions and then cleaned up.My original plumber couldnt get me an appointment for a month, I was very happy with my first experience with Derek and DRC plumbing. Highly recommend!

I had a dire plumbing emergency with not so clean water running down from the basement finished ceiling and walls and welling up through the finished basement flooring . I was desperate to find a plumber willing to come out on a Saturday night . Most of the ‘24 hour’ emergency services didn’t even pick up and the ones that did said it’ll be at least 12 hours before anyone can help. I called DRC plumbing as I was going down the line of emergency plumbers . Derek answered the phone right away . He calmly triaged the situation ( I was less than calm, imagining a sewer water crisis just as I’m about to host thanksgiving in a few days). Derek was out within the hour. I was so distraught that initially I didn’t realize that this was the same plumber who came out to install my kitchen faucet . Within a couple of hours the crisis was resolved . He was clean, thorough and professional. Heros don’t have to wear capes . They can just save you thousands of dollars and Thanksgiving . Thank you Derek!!!!

Just had a visit from DRC plumbing for a sewer drain clean out that we do yearly for maintenance because of all the trees/roots on our property. Derek arrived promptly with a co worker. They were polite and came prepared with a truck full of tools and machines. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was fair. I would definitely call this company again.

On two separate occasions I needed emergency plumbing assistance, the 2nd of which was due to a flooded basement from a failed sump pump. Both times they came out immediately and fixed the issues in one stop. After the flood, they were out here and working on the problem within 20 minutes from my initial call, and less than an hour later everything was replaced and fixed. They consulted me on what to do to prevent it in the future and which products I should go with. I am extremely happy I happened to find DRC plumbing, as we just moved to the area and needed a go-to for these types of issues. I feel we got lucky with our pick. Their prices are extremely fair and you can tell that you’re working with an honest company that genuinely wants a happy customer.
