I had this wacky issue happening with my houses electrical system. The lights were flickering, my microwave wasnt functioning properly, and the fans were fluctuating in speed. Thankfully, the volt masters came and swiftly resolved my issue. It was something about a faulty neutral wire, or something similar. It was a serious issue that could have caused a house fire. Philip, the electrician, was straightforward and extremely skilled. I was really pleased with their service and will undeniably hire them again if need be. Although there was a slight misunderstanding with the scheduling and incorrect components were initially ordered for the task, things can sometimes go awry. Philip and Bentley, however, kept the communication clear and honest. They were incredibly timely, professional and friendly, not to mention highly knowledgeable. The installation was carried out masterfully by them and I was thoroughly satisfied with the final outcome. This isnt my first time employing their services. They also installed a dimmer switch for this circuit and another lighting circuit, and replaced two outlets with upgraded versions. This job was done in a house in Orem thats over 75 years old. The meticulous care and expertise Bentley and Keith used to run wiring for the new fixtures was top-notch. They discovered a method to run the wires without causing any harm to my ceiling. Both Bentley and Keith were timely, polite, and professional. They went above and beyond to protect my furniture and floors, leaving the room immaculate when the job was completed. Bentley and his team did a fantastic job. they professionally put in a sub panel in our basement. from the initial quote to the final touch, everything was impeccable. they seemed pleased to be on the job, demonstrated deep knowledge of their field, did excellent work, tidied up afterwards, and were simply pleasant individuals. what really differentiated this team from others was when, after a couple of years, i required some guidance on a few diy tasks. i had the daring thought to message bentley for some help with wiring. i didnt think hed reply, because why would he? im just a former client from a couple of years back trying to play electrician. however, bentley not only replied, but he also made a call to provide a thorough explanation. and when i attempted to compensate him for his time, he declined. the volt masters truly sets the bar high for other companies. -
