    Rock Solid provided the best service and price for everything we needed. They did a great job with the rough-in and finish work for our bathrooms new soaker tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. They worked extra to get the plumbing to fit in our ultra-slim, floating cabinet with four functioning drawers (thats pretty impressive), all within the original quote.

    I love my new counter , sink and faucet. Can’t wait to get my water filtration faucet, so it matches my faucet. And not to mention my window seal it’s so beautiful. I now have a deep sink . Oscar did a wonderful job of putting countertops in. I really appreciate the job they did with the new countertops, window seal, and my cutting board that matches my countertops. It turned out better than I thought it would, with everything they had to deal with in this old house. Mary was such a great help. She always kept me informed on scheduling, dates and time. We are very happy with the job. Only one part didn’t make it in in time to do install, but it should be in soon.William and Dillion came this morning and put in my other new water-filter system faucet. And it looks amazing.     We had an outdoor kitchen installed in our backyard and fortunately we hired Rock Solid to do the plumbing. They ran new plumbing to the kitchen and also installed the sink so that we could have running water. They went above and beyond and we could not be happier with their workmanship. You could tell they really cared about their work as well as what we were trying to accomplish in our backyard. They really wanted us to be pleased with the end product. And to top it off their pricing was very fair. We are extremely grateful to them.

    Honestly my initial encounter with Rock Solid Plumbing left something to be desired, but once they realized that Id never been sent an estimate they did everything possible to expedite the project. I found the way in which they handled the situation both timely and professional. Rather than scheduling a second estimate they had one of their installers (Alex) reach out to me by phone and he was able to estimate the water heater replacement and schedule the installation within minutes. His professionalism and willingness to answer questions is why I chose to give Rock Solid Plumbing a second chance, and Im glad I did. The price was fair and the timeline to completion was reasonable. During the installation I found Alex to be thorough and conscientious about his prep and cleanup. My hot water heater was very difficult to drain by electric pump due to excessive sediment clogging the system. He kept a calm and cool demeanor while draining the tank by hand and did a great job of making sure that none of that gross sediment water found its way onto my carpet. I will definitely use Rock Solid Plumbing for my next plumbing job.

    The last time Alex and another plumber was at my house little over one year ago. They put in a pipe line and unclog my shower and toilets. I had lots of plumbing companies in my home and I must say Rock Solid was the best!! They were great and very educated.     Absolute great experience Granite Transformations installed a counter sink and faucet over 10 years ago recently the faucet started to leak looking at the paperwork I had a moen faucet with a lifetime parts guarantee. Unfortunately whomever originally did the install had put in the wrong faucet Rock Solid Plumbing honored the guarantee and came and put in a new moen faucet, the plumber who came out was very experienced and personable. In todays world this company went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and that I was happy. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

    Installer was great, time for the project was underestimated but it all worked out. We had some challenges with logistics and the installer was very patient and accommodating. Installer helped to align time frame and effort to complete the work properly. Only comment to staff is when you estimate the job dont set the expectations of a quick turnaround. I was told 1 day to do a bath refit with prefab materials. demo in the morning, install in the afternoon. Thats not realistic with 1 on site resource. Either way, the job was well done and I would recommend using these folks. You want Ravi as your installer and you wont be disappointed.

We went into the bathroom, turned on the shower and Hot Water was abundant.     Bath Planets walk-in-bath installer came in and performed a miracle on our 60+ years old small bathroom. We decided to go with a walk-in bath because of an older, disabled owner was experiencing danger in climbing in and out of a traditional bath tub. Rock Solid Plumbings, Ravi, came in and did an extensive complete remodeling to the bathroom as well as installing our walk-in bath.     Quick and efficient. They tried to be proactive but only had a picture to go by and had the wrong size for the outside faucets. So Alex stayed behind and worked on the indoor faucet replacement while his partner went to get the correct size for the outside faucets. He kept the repairs going smoothly and had the outside faucets ready when his partner got back. I would definitely recommend!My water heater went out between Saturday evening/Easter Sunday morning. I called Monday and they booked the appointment for Tuesday morning. Devon showed up a bit earlier than expected and got to work right away. This is my second time hiring them. While I hope theres not a third time if the need arises I will definitely call Rock Solid. Their pricing is upfront and they clean up afterwards.

    I moved to Jacksonville a few months ago and needed several things addressed in my new place. I could not find a good plumber for quite some time. I finally found Rock Solid Plumbing!They are true professionals. They replaced the kitchen sink disposal and replaced the old valves/faucet/pipes in the shower that were leaking. This was not an easy job but it turned out great. I no longer have a leak. They also did a repair under another sink.We did run into a hiccup but they were responsive and got things addressed. They sent over Max to finish things up. He was professional and knowledgeable. The manager and the owners worked with me in a timely manner to get everything resolved.Everything looks and works great! I highly recommend this company! I am so happy that I found them! Its not always easy these days to find professional contractors who are conscientious and do good work. These folks really strive to take care of their customers!

    Rock Solid Plumbing/ Bath Planet: I am a 66 yr independent gentleman, full time therapist who teaches Activities of Daily Living, the experience, the quality of work and professionalism was out of this world. The first day they text me they were coming: I met them at the door, showed them bathroom to be remodeled, they asked where to cut water and electric power and told me they would let me know when that had to be done.Then they went to work, laid out tarps and had a 8ft cement garden tub ripped out in about 5hrs, 2 days the demo was done and piping changed over to receive my walk-in shower. Not a unneeded word from them, very clean and professional. The 3rd day Ravi, (Robbie) came in and started working his magic.     Will and Gerald did a great job of demo-ing the old bathroom today. The steel tub that was originally ordered had dents/damage that would eventually rust/spread but they were able to get a same size (different brand/different material) replacement for the damaged tub from a big box store same day to keep the install on track.
