Id highly recommend using them for any plumbing work you need done!Adam would take the time to explain what theyre doing and why theyre doing it, and was also communicative throughout the process through regular texts and calls.We found Adams quote to be affordable and right in line with what we were expecting.On top of this, Adam went the extra mile and helped ensure that our home insurance would give us the expected coverage by taking photos of their work, submitting paperwork, and even calling the agent on my behalf.All in all, Id recommend Harry Hilly Plumbing Co, and happily use their services again.

We had an emergency plumbing issue come up at our home and immediately reached out to Josh with Harry hill plumbing. He was super quick to come out and check out our issue and he was able to easily fix it! He also made sure that our house looked the way it did when he got there, which was fantastic to not have to clean up after a company when they leave. We will forever call him and his company first if we ever have another plumbing issue. Great customer service, speedy turn around, also super kind and attentive!

I was in commercial property management for over 10 years. I have worked with many of Jacksonvilles most known plumbing companies. I dreaded making the calls to get someone out to my residence. called on Saturday and had a response immediately. I requested a Monday morning appointment. I received a text at 0800 Monday morning that the service tech was on his way. He arrived 20 minutes later, very professional, courteous and polite. He worked for about 45 minutes, solved the issue and was on his way to his next job. I then received a follow up text asking how my service went. The whole experience was painless, easy, and expedited. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs and recommend them!

I had to get in touch with Adam because Clay Utility said I had a 150gph leak. I’m literally half a world away in the Philippines, so I send a text message to Adam explaining my problems. I gave him access to my house and in true Adam Hill fashion, he took care of everything. He kept me updated on what he found and what the repairs would be.Needless to say, I trust Adam with all my plumbing needs and he is my ‘Go To’ guyI can’t say enough good things about the service, I received.Quality workmanship, affordable rates and prompt service are the backbone of his company.
