We needed a kitchen faucet replaced and after hearing the ads for a large plumbing service on the radio, we gave them a call. Their estimate was $430. I remember we were charged less than $200 originally. After checking out reviews we gave Winston a call on Sunday and he was at our place at 9am Monday morning. He looked at the job and gave us an estimate of $150. Less than 2 hours later we had a working kitchen sink. Winston even had us check under the sink to make sure we didnt see any leaks. I would highly recommend Winston. Great work. Fair price. Thanks Winston.

I highly recommend Winston, Reasonable& Reliable Handyman. On several occasions I have utilized his service after having issues with clogged drains in the older home I bought a few years ago. One was my garbage disposal backing up, and the other was just recent when I discovered sewer water was backing into my shower. After contacting Winston, he quickly responded back to me and was prompt at coming over to help and not leave me waiting & worrying. He is efficient, goes immediately to work, and does not waste any time. He is very good about answering any questions or concerns you may have, as well as explaining what steps he will take to resolve the problem. It is quite clear he is knowledgeable in his field. Also, his fees are very affordable! I have no negative feedback to give, only good feedback. I can say I have complete faith and trust in Winston and highly recommend his service.

Winston responded very quickly and was communicative about what type of faucet we needed to purchase when we sent photos of our existing faucet. Winston was very professional, on time, cleaned up after the work nicely and gave a very reasonable price. He fixed a plumbing leak for me. He made sure to show me a few times that there was no water leaking when he was finished. He mentioned that he does drywall fixing, which I needed. I will be calling him after I have everything dried out and treated so I will have no mold in the future. I had called 3 plumbers and no one called me back. Very happy with his work

Long story short: Excellent & Timely Service. He was very open and communicative in terms of timeline and what needed to be done. Above all, fair prices.The long story though:Winston is the man! I was about to leave for a trip and woke up to a running toilet. I jimmied the little bob in the tank and tried closing the pressure relief valve and nothing helped. I got a quote from a competitor and his solution was breaking the wall to install a new valve, and tried to upsell me a brand new toilet. The quote with “discounts” stacked up to something over $1,000!I was having none of it and called Winston early on Sunday and without any of the usual sales fluff he assured me a spot on his route and a time.Love it!He shows up on time and in again without any of the sales fluff, tells me exactly what the problem is and fixes it. In less than an hour!He priced the service fairly and out of appreciation I also paid extra for the service. I will definitely be calling him for any future fixes and would highly recommend reaching out to Winston!

We cannot say enough good things about Winston. We had a plumbing issue in our kitchen and called a more prominent company to come out and assess the issue. The other plumbers came out and told us that the pipes were corroded and required a complete demolition of our plumbing, which would cost a massive amount of money.We kept searching and found Reasonable and Reliable Handy Man services and called. Winston greeted us, and once he heard the desperation in my voice, he quickly calmed me down and told me he would help us resolve this issue.He came out the next day, assessed the situation, and provided a few affordably priced options. Once we decided on a plan, he quickly went to work; he found that the issue was not a corroded pipe but a grease clog and worked to clear it. Winston stayed and tested the drains to ensure the clog had been cleared and told us that if we had issues in the same area, he would return and take snake it again within six months.The following day, he returned to ensure the plumbing was still clear. I cannot recommend Winston enough; he is fantastic at what he does and provided us with affordable solutions. We will call him for all our plumbing needs in the future.

We had a pretty narly clog in our kitchen sink, and we were desperate to get this taken care of ASAP!We are about to have a home inspection soon, and this all happened so suddenly. Winston was both caring, funny and professional and personable.He was on time, most places give you a window of several hours..he gave me a window between an hour and he was absolutely on time within that hour.Id absolutely recommend his services ten times over.It took him a bit of time, but was determined to get the job done and fixed. Winston came out within just a few hours of my call and arrived in the time I was advised. He listened, he was diligent and thorough, showed genuine concern, and he resolved the issue. My shower and my toilet were backing up. Winston checked everything and had heavy duty equipment for the job. He determined that the clog was on the city’s side but the city had nor shown up all day and I only have one bathroom. Winston went the extra mile to find the city cleanout on my property and unclogged it so I could use my facilities. He was knowledgeable, informative, and knew exactly where to look for the “hidden underground” cleanout. He showed me where it was clogged and then took care of it. Once he unclogged the city cleanout, my water ran freely. Just a super nice professional!

We had a very emergent situation where both of my bathroom toilets, showers and sinks were backing up and flowing over at different times....take it as a real mess. We are fairly new to living in the area and had made several calls to plumbing businesses, listed as the best in area mind you, and either no answer, no return call (immediately) or, sounded like, the Monday-itis. I finally looked online in Angis list and left my info and issue and I received a call within 5-10 minutes from when I sent it. It was Mr. Winston Brookes and I shared my story and he said that he could be right over within 30 minutes and he absolutely was. You know the saying that the early bird gets the worm. Let me tell you that I have never experienced someone being so responsive, kind and empathetic to my issues. Mr. Brookes came over with equipment and methodically and patiently ferreted out the real problem, which ended up being my septic tank being full, etc. and he stayed with me encouragingly to help me find someone who could answer to the needs today. Most septic cleaning businesses said that I would have to wait for 2-4 days...What? No showers nor using toilets at all?! Mr. Brookes encouraged me to keep on dialing and on the 11th call we had Deland Septic Services respond that they would be here today. Mr. Brookes had already been at the house for @ 3-1/2 hrs, so said that he would leave but to call when the Septic Service called and he would be right back. Sure enough, they called when he was just pulling in to his house and he immediately turned right around (and I am sure that he never got his lunch). He came and stood by the Septic service man for the entire job until everything was in complete working order. Mr. Brookes has a customer for life and we will make sure that all of our neighbors know and understand that they need and want only him. He is very professional, courteous, yes, does have a sense of humor and he takes his time to do a thorough job. I felt that God blessed us that day as it would not have gone as well as it did without Mr. Winston Brookes! Thank YOU forever Mr. Brookes!

Despite moving into a new house, I had a broken soffit, broken closet shelf, and a few other repairs that needed to get done including installing a water filter. After doing online research, I called three handyman for a quote. Winston was the only one who called me back. For me, it was important to have someone who was available, affordable, and most importantly cared about providing a high level of service. Winston was everything I could have asked for. He explained what needed to be done and completed a series of jobs around the house, to the point hes now my go to handyman. The fact that hes also a plumber makes my life so much easier!

I ordered a new sink faucet from Amazon and the hose parts did not fit the parts under my sink. I called Winston (because of all of the great reviews he has) and he went to several different stores (home Depot etc) to find that part! He finally found it at a plumbing store in Deltona!
