Felix and Nick are amazing!!!! They are so kind, informative, and funny. We spent quite a few days with them as they had to re-pipe what felt like our entire house. This company does excellent work. I had two faucets and a shower head replaced five years ago. I called the office/show room and asked if there was a warranty on the Moen shower head. Weve been regular customers for about 15 years. They handled the plumbing work for 2 bathroom and 1 kitchen renovation. The people are great, friendly and very helpful. The service is punctual and the item is fixed the first time. Everything always works correctly when they leave the house. Emergency calls are responded to very quickly. My latest call was responded to the same day and got exactly what I needed. We wouldnt think of calling another plumber for our needs.

We have been with Alternate Design (Diamond Club) for a few years now and have been putting off having the garbage disposal and the water heater replaced. Both were around 18 years old. Having well water took a toll on these two appliances and it was their time to be replaced. Nick Saccone didnt sales pressure us, he only presented the pros and cons, and quoted us a price that we felt was reasonable; plus, he could have everything completed in the same day. Nick (and Brian showed up later with the water heater and second toilet) got to work and were thorough. And clean. They made a great team.

I didnt feel the need to follow him around, but I can tell you this, he was efficient and I didnt think he could get all the work done in one day, but he did!!!!!!! I I was one of the Unlucky people whose homeowners insurance was dropped. The company went bankrupt. Time was of the essence and getting the questions and work done promptly and on time. I spoke with David at the office and he had somebody out here the next day! What good people! Professional on time, call before you got here very very good work! And the list goes on. 7 Things the insurance company felt needed to be repaired didnt need to be repaired. The report stated that. They are licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and that is good enough he signed off by a licensed professional. I have had others tell me I needed to get things done that I didnt. I cant think this company and the people any more than I am right now the price was extremely Fair. I would use them over and over again. From this point on that is the only company that I will use for plumbers! And if they had other services that they provide, I would call them on that also. I didnt have time to ask them. And I thank you ultimate design Plumbing Inc and all the people who work there! I almost forgot to add that the report I need it for the insurance company was sent to me by the end of the day! Thank you thank you thank you thank you! The reason I used them is because somebody said that they are good company and that person was right!

They repiped my house in 2017 because of two leaks under my slab and we were Very, Very Happy with their work and timeliness of getting the plumbing work done promptly.I had a problem with a shower valve and promptly called Alternate Design (David) who dispatched someone out quickly to get the Valve Repaired - Nick came out first and did his best to complete the repair before close of business; today (10/31/22), Felix and his helper (David - ??) finished the job in a short amount of time. I was very impressed with Felix, his work, personality and professionalism.I will not use any other Plumber....

All trades companies should take a page out of the Alternate Design Playbook. A person always answers the phone. If youve worked with them once they remember your name. They are responsive. They talk to you in a language you understand and make recommendations. I love that the plumber will say you dont have to do this today but its coming up. I had the time to prepare and save for my hybrid water heater. The same people have worked there for years which tells me a great deal about the business and the way they treat their employees. Ive had many things done in my 28 year old home from fixing a leak in my foundation, a new water heater, new shower install, new toilets, new disposal to having them remove a cap that fell down the drain. They come in with covers on their shoes and clean up before they leave. The little things that mean a lot in my book. I recommend to all of my friends as one of the BEST to call for your plumbing needs.

Felix and another young gentleman 100% saved the day. Our kitchen sink was clogged for a week. We called another company who came out and misdiagnosed the problem leading us to believe that wed need to install new pipes. Felix came and quickly got the clog out and redid the piping under the sink that was installed wrong. Essentially saving us thousands of dollars. Our sink has never drained so fast! Ive had ongoing plumbing issues since buying a 100 year old home and Alternate Design came out several times to systematically try potential (inexpensive) fixes until we solved the problem. They did not try to upsell me and did not charge astronomical fees for each visit, like a lot of the other local companies do. Ive paid several other plumbers to come by just to get this is a complicated problem and no potential resolutions. All of the AD technicians that came to my house were friendly and professional and they were not in a huge rush to get back out the door. They patiently investigated all possible issues until we found the solution and I could not be more grateful! Highly recommend.

Alternate Design was incredible from start to finish. On the phone, Laura was patient when I confused her about what town we live in. It worked out perfectly with the schedule so Frank and Nick showed up that very day. Things got weird at that point. Our disposal was wired incorrectly, and on top of that we had a leak unrelated to the disposal and a wobbly faucet. Frank explained everything very clearly and took care of everything other than re-wiring the electrical wires which should be done by an electrician. Now, everything is perfect. Alternate Design Plumbing resolved a chronic plumbing issue at my home where two other plumbing companies only provided temporary relief.We had a kitchen sink which drained very slow or not at all for the past few years. After the latest incident we finally called ADP and their plumber Keith discovered about 10 ft. of an old plumbers snake cable in the drain pipe that had broken in several pieces and left by the previous homeowner. We were stunned. Keith was very persistent and at one point even had to go up on the roof to remove some pieces from the vent pipe which could not be removed from underneath the kitchen sink.I recall one of the plumbers from a previous company we used said they werent even allowed to go up on the roof. WTF? Needless to say these guys are our go-to plumbers now.........Thanks for the refrigerator magnet!

Where to start? I contacted ADP because my son used their services to replace a garbage disposal. Nick was the service technician for that installation. I wanted to replace the kitchen faucet but didnt want to spend a lot of money because I am renting the home I am living in. I chose to buy my own faucet and have ADP install it for me. Nick was the service technician for that installation as well. After he successfully installed and dem demonstrated the faucet (not a name brand) he left my home. I went to use the new faucet and there was no water flow. Needless to say I was disappointed. I didnt get any resolution from the no name faucet company.After a few days I called David at ADP, who was aware of my issues and he was very understanding and gave me a great solution. The next day I had my new faucet installed by Felix, I am extremely satisfied and will use ADP in the future. I found everyone in this company to be very professional and courteous.
