Five stars to Lowry Plumbing! Three-times weve used them for our Remolding needs. FRANK & GREG were here for 2 of them and We can say theyre the most professional, Knowledgeable and Respectful people that weve had in our home. Extremely helpful to all our questions & Plumbing needs. I will definitely ask if theyre available when we have other Plumbing needs. We only had one issue with Lowry Plumbing and I told the construction company we hired whoever that Nick Guy is..I DO NOT Want him back in my house. He was arrogant soon as he walked in my home...I had to shut my mouth because what wouldve came out was not going to be nice! Unfortunately he had your come back due to his status of availability... I made sure someone from the construction team was here with me. I said to the construction company...he has to be family ... cant think of why they would keep an employee with such a disregard towards customers. Nick was Extremely RUDE!

We had Lowerys plumbing do a whole house replumb. From the start they were great. Very professional and responsive and they were affordable. I have a 2,500 sq ft house and they came with 6 guys and was able to complete the whole project within 1 day. Dustin, Mike, Nick, Frank and George were so respective of us and our house. When they were done they even cleaned up around their work areas and our countertops. We intend to use the for all our plumbing work and repairs and highly recommend them.I wanted to add to my review. I recently had to call Lowerys Plumbing again and they came out quickly. Nick and Craig were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure my problem was fixed, explained everything they were going to do, showed me all their finding and worked hard to avoid costing me higher fees. They are my go to company.

Lowerys Plumbing did a complete sewage and waterline replacement for me. If I could use one word to describe this company it would be honest. They laid out exactly what I could expect at each phase so there were no surprises. I am extremely happy with the job they did. Not only did the team show up on time every time, when I fell behind due to other contractors, this company worked with me to make sure I stayed as close to my original schedule as possible. During a very stressful project this team continued to exceed my expectations at every turn. The team went above and beyond to make sure no detail was missed. It was very clear they take pride in their work and ensure each customers job is treated as if it was their own familys home being worked on. I specifically want to thank Nick for coming out afterhours and on his day off to help me with emergencies that came up as well as the owner Lonnie who patiently walked me through the process each step of the way and always answered my calls. I am very thankful for everyone in the company that worked with me on this project and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Lowerys crew came out and fixed everything that we needed. They are professional, very nice hard working men and the work is just perfect. I have already passed their cards to several friends and we are so happy to have found them! From Amber who answered our phone call - and Lonny the owner talking to me - to watching his crew drive away...it was just perfect with work well done and two very happy customers! Needed a whole house water filter installed along with a sediment filter. Owner came out for the estimate and scheduled soon after. This guy Dusty came out and had a pleasant experience working with him since I needed to prep the choice of spot in my back yard. Dusty install was amazing. Clean pipe work. In all I am satisfied and pleased with Lowery plumbing!

Craig and Frank did an awesome job for us this morning. After they fixed a leak outside, we asked if they would look at our kitchen garbage disposal which was making an awful noise. My husband and I thought that something must be jamming it, but had been unable to find anything. They went out to the truck for some tools and located and removed the obstacle at no charge. Craig and Frank were on time, professional and friendly. If we need plumbing services in the future, we will definitely call Lowery’s.

I can’t say enough about the service from Lowery’s Plumbing! I got an immediate response and even a text offering an earlier apt when they had a cancellation. My hot water heater was repaired the following morning! Nick was fantastic! He knew what the issue was upon seeing the unit and promptly fixed it. He was very friendly and professional. I was just out of my warranty and he took care of it for me!!! So happy to do business with an honest company that values customer service!!

Frank was very professional, and after looking at what needed to be done explained to us that he would do everything he could to just replace the cartridge in our Moen tub/shower faucet. He did make it clear that if he could not remove the old cartridge he would have to replace the valve, which would be much more expensive. After struggling with it he was able to remove the old cartridge and install the new one without replacing the valve. We are very happy with the work he did and we will definitely recommend Lowerys Plumbing.

24 Mar 21- Called Lowerys Plumbing in regards to a sub-foundation leak. I provided them with some brief information about the leak, my location and contact info. I was informed they could be at my location the same day and asked to call me back (within 15 mins) to provide an estimated time. Within 5-10 mins received a returned call informing me they had a professional in the Deltona area and he could be there in shortly. After about 7 mins the knock was on the door... In my opinion that is great service. In the end the technician informed us of all our available options, due to the nature or the issue. We are currently following through and will have Lowerys Plumbing return to complete the repair process.

I am an officer on the Board of a very large Central Florida HOA. We recently reached out to Lonnie at Lowerys Plumbing to get a re-piping job competed for our very large clubhouse which hosts baby showers, weddings and numerous other assorted and often large functions. We had tried other very large plumbing companies and no-one wanted to tackle this job due to a lack of accurate building plans and inability to find incoming water lines. Lowerys came in and was able to find the underground incoming water lines, create an above ground water shut-off that was absolutely necessary and re-pipe the entire clubhouse in approximately one week. And they provided us with updated drawings! They did a very thorough and professional job. They are also replacing all of our bathroom fixtures. Throughout the entirety of the process, they kept us up to date on how they were doing. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of the employees that work for Lowerys. They are fantastic! and receive our highest recommendation.

I have had an ongoing plumbing issue with one of my bathrooms. The washer drain line uses the same pipe. I have had two different plumbers take a look at the problem. Neither had a solution that resolved the problem. Frank and Gene came out and spent time to truly problem solve. They made several suggestions and did some digging around. They were able to diagnose the problem. I would highly recommend them.

Well, as usual when there is an after hours “emergency”, no one wants to respond and help out….EXCEPT Lowery’s!We had what we considered a serious situation of a clogged main pipe in our home after-hours.As usual, Lowery’s Plumbing responded and arrived promptly with a smile.Frank was the main service professional, along with what I believe to be his apprentice that came to my home at about 8:00pm. Frank asked several questions about my plumbing symptoms, my plumbing / bathroom layout and the details of what we were experiencing. Rather than jump to conclusions, he asked me to point out all of my drain clean outs. Once he had opened these clean outs, he and the apprentice tried some trouble shooting steps, but were left somewhat mystified. I am aware that my home may have a somewhat tricky plumbing layout, but I did not share this with Frank & his associate. I did not share this information with them because I wanted them to have a completely unbiased idea of my immediate plumbing issue (possible main drain clog).None the less, Frank and his associate were able to find the source of the problem with some thought and trouble shooting.I have owned this old home for almost twelve years and I have used Lowery’s Plumbing company exclusively for the small plumbing issues I have had. Typically, I have had only direct contact with the owner, Lonny. He has always treated my fairly, with respect and has has always done a great job. Specifically, I have never had to call him back or another plumber to re-do work that Lowery’s had previously performed.A big point that I want to reiterate is that it is typically VERY difficult to get anyone to respond with a willingness to assist, immediately, and especially after-hours. Lowery’s Plumbing was there almost immediately, to assist my family.Lonny, Frank & the apprentice have done another great job for me with professionalism, genuineness and emphathy.Thanks for being there for my family in what seemed to us, to be an emergency.Vernon
