Chris is absolutely amazing! We called at 1:30 in morning and he was out that same morning. Handle somehow broke in the shower and we couldn’t get the shower to turn off. So fast and efficient! Would recommend all day this guy!

Chris was awesome. Called for an emergency service 2 Sundays ago and he showed up even though he wasn’t sure any of his crew is available. He ended up came by himself.Very honest and upfront for cost for each scenarios over the phone . Unlike others we’ve called, either the earliest availability was 2 days out or the office lady have no idea for a quote.What a big difference when the owner is hands on. Right away we knew he knows his stuff and no BS.The outcome was not cheap but we did our search beforehand and it was what it was giving our situation. He did a temporary fix so my family and I could use the water on that Sunday and came back the following day to finish the job. He cleaned up his work area afterwards and was very professional. Even my wife was impressed.ROYALTY PLUMBING & DRAINI highly recommended.

I’m glad I got a post card in the mail from Royalty plumbing I want to give a big shoutout to Chris, He was so respectful that he ask me if wanted him to take off his shoes before coming into the house, thanks .We had to replace our water heater and change some pipes do to having an old system, they did a great job.Great experience, I will definitely recommend them and kip them in my contacts for future service.

Today I had a leak in my main line coming into the house, I called Royalty plumbing. I was told someone would be at my house within 90 min, They were. Chris and Uri arrived quickly found the problem. Royalty plumbing came out and fixed our shower plumbing. Valve was broken, water wouldnt turn off. Chris came within 45 minutes. Very professional, trustworthy and reliable. Would recommend him and I would use him again.

AM Royalty Plumbing and Drain is really a life saver! I was in desperate need of replacement of my hot water heater! My hot water heater started leaking a month ago! I have two different home insurance providers! There was mold growing all around it! I called both of them and they didn’t seem to care about my needs. Yes they sent someone out to inspect, however they never did anything about out! My family had to heat water to take a bath! Then I heard AM Royalty Plumbing and Drain. I called them and the owner came and look at my hot water heater. He took care of the mold and replaced the hot water heater. It took him less than 4 hours to repair it! He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend AM Royalty Plumbing and Drain any time!

When I reached out on Angis list, Royalty Plumbing and Drain responded. Chris the plumber has been so helpful! The job of freeing up things, cleaning the pipes and scoping things out for assessment and restoration after installing a new clean out was done neatly and professionally. They are a welcome economical, full service and competent plumbing company. I highly recommend them. They then needed to change all of my drains and pipes in the house (old broken cast iron drains). BIG job. The Royalty Plumbing crew did it all very well!Update (12-24): Ive had Chris and his team complete the shower drain (new tiling job in the shower/ bathroom) and install a bathroom vanity and put a water pressure regulator in my water line and new outside faucets as well. All jobs were done very well. Chris had some difficulty fitting me in, as Thanksgiving is a tight time for plumbers, but he came over and completed the work as promised, and Im quite pleased with the results.

They listen to your concernsI had the pleasure of working with Al. He was very professional when answering my questions and listened to my concerns. He walked me through the work to be performed and showed me where he needed to access the pipes to be fixed. I explained to him my concerns about costly restoration after repairs and he told me he would do his best to minimize damage. All repairs were completed according to his word. Would highly recommend!!

Chris came in with cameras when we found a leak in the wall. All of our old cast iron drains had disintegrated in the entire house. We got quotes from 5 other plumbing companies in the area and not only were they a higher fee they would have had to trench our house from the laundry room to the kitchen to the two bathrooms and out to the front yard.Chris came in and pipe burst through the old pipe and put in all new pipe. There was minimal destruction in the house.They were so clean. They covered all floors with plastic and removed all soil so cleanly. They never left us without sink, toilet, laundry or kitchen water.They worked quickly, did a fantastic job and were less costly than any other quote. Our bathroom floor was replaced, vanity installed, faucet and toilet were installed, stucco was repaired, patio was patched with great workmanship. We couldn’t be more happy with the work! We have given other people in our senior community referrals for Chris.Will be calling Chris for all future plumbing needs although we hope to never have another plumbing problem!!He takes great pride in his work. We are happy customers.

We came home from vacation and we had a flood in our home, definitely not a way to end our family vacation! Living room flooded and no idea where its coming from. Found Royalty Plumbing online and called. Chris answered phone and was very polite and was able to schedule us same day and showed up in less than 1hr to our home. Chris shut water down to home and showed us where valve was as we had no idea. He informed us of our options and steps needed to find leak. We had a slab leak and he was able to detect it with his equipment and then gave us options to fix leak. Unfortunately it was under our slab foundation and we had to gain access through the concrete or re route the line. We chose to re route water line as we felt that was best option so we dont have to break concrete. Chris and his team completed repair with confidence and efficiently not to mention protecting our home from dust and as minimal damage. We have never had a situation like this before and Chris was able to help us with our insurance claim so we can take care of the flood damage that has damaged our flooring, walls and personal items. Im so glad we found Royalty Plumbing and Chris. Job finished and we have water again. Thank you Royalty Plumbing for all your help! We will definitely keep there phone number incase we have any other Plumbing issues that may arise in the future and will definitely refer them to our family and friends in need. I recently had a slab leak in my home, I scheduled five different plumbing companies to come to my home and verify my leak and to give me estimates on repairs. Chris with royalty Plumbing was the most knowledgeable and affordable out of the five companies. In this day and age it is a rare thing to find somebody that takes pride in their work and does what they say theyre going to do when they say theyre going to do it. Ill be using this company again and again in the future and I will recommend to all my neighbors as well.

I have been looking for a Plummer to fix the drain under my tub for years, but all four companies I called out refused to give me an estimate saying that they could make more $ off of 3 jobs in the time needed for mine. Chris not only fixed the tub but removed a giant root ball from under my shower. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a Plummer. BTW.. the price was great too!!!!
