Appointment window was from 2 to 4. Technician knocked on the door at 2:15. He went through the system explaining each step of the way his measurements and the range of typical values. No pressure on potential additional work. The cleaning was limited to checking the air filter and washing the compressor coils. Overall it was worth it.

Set up inspection at Home Depot for 19$. Why am i not surprised it ended up costing me several thousand for repairs. Yes the inspection by Mr. Guido was very thorough and identified a major problem. So, OK, but I am still waiting for the replacement of the 21x27x5 Perfect Fit High Efficiency filter. Coming soon I hope.

Update: A/C blowing warm air, called ac experts SERVICE MASTERS because a family member recommended. I was just told I need a new unit w/o running any test and it will cost 15k. Took my $100 and left w/o doing testing on my unit. I wanted a second opinion and I knew NEXGEN might be able to help me out. Michael came the same day and he was professional, honest, and upfront. I was told my freon thats why its taking so long to cool my house down. He also added a dye solution to make sure too fill any possible leaks just for safe measures. He gave me an extra discount since I used them for my plumbing couple back. I really appreciate your services, you saved me from getting ripped off $14k.Plumbing: Tyler was awesome, very upfront! Definitely call back for my plumbing needs

Heating and AC I recommend.Christian and Marc were very helpful. I called to set up a yearly furnace tune-up and they were able to come the very next day. Nexgen is very good keeping you updated through text messages. Christian showed up in the time window and he examined my furnace and ducts. My furnace was over 29 years old so I am always scared and this year my fear came true. My furnace was a mess of a cracked heat exchanger, wires being cut and combined with banana nuts, among other ducting issues that previous HVAC companies have mentioned. Christian took pictures of everything and also showed me while he was examining so I could understand the problems. He also offered to Google search each issue so I may see further. Marc, his manager, came though to examine the crack and also go over options I had with a new furnace/AC. We were able to pick a system I liked and originally I wasnt planning on getting a new one but Marc helped bring the price down to a number I was comfortable with. They started the next day and currently doing demo. The demo crew has been very polite and courteous of the house.Thank you Marc and Christian for helping so much

Not Pedros fault since he wasnt aware that was also included nor was it his depth. Place blame strictly on person who scheduled it. But still 5* for the work today

Hi, Jay worked on our Ac last week and ordered the parts we needed and installed them yesterday. He was very professional and paid close attention to detail. We had a secondary problem with our electricity powering our unit and he explored all avenues, and correctly fixed the problem which saved us $300 ish on a part a different tech told us we needed. He didn’t rush his job, and he doubled checked to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. He took pictures of his work and showed us what he replaced. He was also friendly. I recommend you ask for Jay.

Paul came and did the initial inspection, which revealed rodents had chewed through several of my ducts. Based on his recommended options, the air ducts & registers were replaced and a whole house fan was installed. Albert and Hugo arrived on time and completed the entire job in one day, including cleaning up before they left. They were respectful, wearing masks and shoe coverings, while in the house. Follow up/final inspection was scheduled several days after the job was completed. That was a welcome surprise. Opportunity for unanswered questions or tweaking of the system. Marcus came and took care of that last job. Great job by all the Nexgen employees!

We want to thank Carlos for an outstanding catch on our ac/heating system, as well as the detained explanation of the serve damage that the prior installer had caused when installment or unit.We had no idea that there was extensive damage done when the unit was installed and the tech covered it all up with lies and tape. For the past 4 years we had been inhaling fumes, even though it was minuet traces, that fact remains this supposed pro put all of our lives in danger.Carlos and his supervisor Tim were great at helping my roommate / landlord understand the best risk we would have if we were to l keep this unit in our home. Both worked with him in getting the best financing for the brand new unit, not an old unit like we had, and worked out to have it installed same day.Carlos was originally called in for a routine maintenance service call for spring cleaning of our dryer duct. We are so very thankful for his do diligence in discovering the major issues with our old unit.Thank you NexGen for the great employees and workers you have that made our experience flawless. Earlier I called Sears, and Home Depot repair services, Home Depot’s contractor never showed up, but Sears repair man came and from start he started to read heater manual to understand how he could operate the heating system, after hour I asked Sears technician to leave before further damage to unit.But Since Mr. Mark “the NEXGEN’s technician” arrived I realized that the heater will be fixed in most efficient and satisfactory levels, Mr Mark knew from start how to trouble shot the system step by step, he found problems from start, informed me about repair costs as well as short and long term repair alternatives.Mr Mark not only was an exceptional and knowledgeable technician, he also was so polite and courteous. I got my lifetime AC/Heating/plumbing technician and he is Mr Mark.thank you Mark.

Morgan is very knowledgeable about Nex Gen products, services, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the best solutions to our needs. Morgan is a great asset to the Nex Gen company and deserved to be recognized as one of the valuable key employees. For installation, ask for Gabriel/Lead. Gabriel is also very knowledgeable and extremely pays attention to detail. So for the soon-to-be customers, I recommend calling Nex Gen company and ask for these folks mentioned above.

My tech was Ramiro for my ac tune up and boy did he not only give me excellent customer service he explained everything he did with pictures and was extremely thorough with the cleaning. I saw pictures of my unit I had no clue existed. The best customer service and work performed for the value. I am confident my ac felt loved. Later I had a plumbing tech Marco come and inspect a leak I had on the water source to my fridge ice maker, again excellent service. Not only was he thorough he asked if I had any other plumbing issues and put my mind at ease with my concerns. Sometimes it just took cleaning out the aerators but I felt all my faucets were at their finest since I first installed them. Great work, great attitude, no rushing me and nothing but friendly personality. Love the work I get from nexgen. Ladies take note, if you know nothing about plumbing, heating or AC, dont be afraid to call these guys, you will be educated in the end and only the issues you need done will be handled to your satisfaction.
