So happy with their services! Austin came a few days prior to assess what I needed for my new pendant light fixtures. And I’m glad he did! He gave an accurate estimate and outlined exactly what needed to happen given our slanted very high kitchen ceiling. Him and another guy, Andrew, came just a couple days later to install our lights and it came out fantastic, job done well. Couldn’t be happier. Will be calling them for all electrical needs!

Austin was nothing short of amazing! We were in some deep trouble when a falling tree pulled our electric wiring right out of the house--on a Saturday night. They answered the phone, even though it was past midnight, and Austin showed up at my house at 8am the next day. He couldnt get the needed parts or labor right away, so he arranged for a generator to power our fridge and cooler. He checked on us several times during the weekend, and gave me updates on permits and installation plans. Austin was always straightforward and honest with the progress of the work, and he explained what was done and why. Most of all, Austin treated us like family. We were not just customers to him. He genuinely cared about our well-being and got the work done as soon as he could. The care and concern he showed was just as important to us as the quality of his work, which was top-notch! Google only has a 5 star system, but I would give 10 stars! I highly recommend Mr. Amp, and Austin specifically!

I cant say how much I respect these guys for the work they performed!Our main electrical panel at our manufacturing facility experienced a short (fire and all !) These guys responded next day, when others wanted exorbitant emergency fees or a week-long wait; they then sought-out the necessary replacement parts without charging us an arm and a leg when the process became more time consuming than expected due to supplier-stock issues.Not only that, their show of Integrity throughout the service-call impressed myself and the owner to a point that weve decided to offer them two more (2) unscheduled jobs that weve moved-up on our timeline just to show our appreciation!Give them a call, we think youll be happy with their professionalism!UPDATE: weve just had several projects completed throughout the house and can once again affirm how pleased we are with the services of the the Mr. Amp staff.Not only were they timely and prepared but their attentiveness to our home and the project overall was outstanding; the Boss himself came out to assure everyone was on track with all aspects of the project (of course, Caleb & Blake hadnt missed a thing) and followed-up with ensuring our satisfaction!Jeremy/Caleb/Blake - great job, Thanks!!!

Austin and Andrew came out and moved an old light receptacle to the needed location and moved the gfci to a better location.They had to cut drywall and work with 1950s wiring. They were finished with the light hung and power restored Im a little over an hour when they had estimated 3-4 hours. I will definitely use them for all future issues. Well done guys and thank you!

We had an after-hours emergency situation and couldnt get a return call from another electrician whod done work with us before. Found Mr. Amp and Austin picked up immediately and was at our home just a few minutes later. He identified our problem and went to extra lengths to get things up and running. It was expensive, but the work and expertise was reassuring. Austin was also good to follow up the following day, also a holiday. Well definitely follow up with Mr. Amp for more work that needs to be done in the future.

I lost power to half my house and was in full panic mode as I work from home. I called them first thing in the morning and they came right out did a quick test and let me know it was on the power companies side. They then called them for me and said that if anything else happend during the day to give them a call back. Super nice and professional I will be using them from now on!!!

Not the cheapest quote i got, but i was more interested in hiring the right person. Austin was great to work with, very transparent, gave me useful information and recommendations, and didn’t make me feel pressured. He also asked me to follow up with him, and the work is warranted for a year. He also left a lot of slack that will allow me to relocate my 240 outlet in the future if i need, which was awesome. Oh, and he worked with my schedule, arriving at 6AM so i didn’t have to go into work later than necessary, was on time to quote and do the install, and finished a lot faster than estimated.

We randomly lost more than half of the power in our house and Austin arrived quickly even though it was after hours. He immediately figured out it was a city power issue, but willingly stayed until the city came to fix the problem. He also made sure everything was working once they were done and even called us the next day. He was very personable and we would easily use Mr. Amp again!

Austin helped me out today (Mother’s Day) and was fantastic. I thought I could do some installations myself but ran into some issues. Mr AMP was the only local company that would help me out today in order to get my house ready to be listed for sale. They were super friendly and helpful. Talked me through my issue to make sure they could help without suppliers being open today. They were up front about pricing and staffing with the holiday which was really nice. Very honest company. Issue was fixed in about an hour! Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for service in their home.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. My power went out in the evening after business hours and would not come back. I called Mr. Amp at 7:30 and Austin was at my door in 15 minutes. I cant say more about these guys. I had an issue with an entire circuit of plugs. Tried to fix it myself and I am not even close to an electrician. I gave up, looked at the Roy Community page and Mr Amp was the most repeated company. Shot Jeremy a message and he got back to me on a SUNDAY for all days. Got me scheduled and my issue is no longer an issue. I got quoted $400 from another electrician for a single outlet project and these guys are not even that for two outlets but that is another project. They did amazing. Highly recommend and very honest people as well. Only picture I have is of the bad outlet they found.

Jeremy and his team installed 3 new outlets that are on their own lines. He also installed a new light fixture in our bedroom. He did a phenomenal job. His team is going to come back in a month or two and repair a frayed DIY wiring job to my detached garage and install a safe circuit out there as well. He’s great with communication. They do great work and are super efficient. I Highly recommend them.

I had a few issues with a bathroom fan in primary bedroom and one in the guest bathroom: people would take a shower and it just wasn’t cutting it. The team at Mr. Amp not only educated us on why the fan had such a short life span (previous owner installed a lower end appliance as construction was ongoing thus shortening lifespan) they fixed and showed us how/what to look for in bathroom fans going forward. Additionally, when installing surround sound speakers, we could not get one of the speakers to connect. Blake was super nice, professional and exceptionally bright: his modern surround sound techniques really set up our tv/receiver nicely, it sounds great and we have two remotes. Gone are the days were I had to juggle the thousand remotes and multiple settings on the receiver! Thanks a million, team!

Had a great experience with Austin and his team. We had an emergency situation and Austin was able to make time for us and come all the way to Park City to help us out. Not only did he help us right away, but he spotted issues previous electricians had not pointed out. We needed to have our full panel replaced and Austin and his team spent 8 hrs at our home getting it right when it proved to be tricky due to the age of our home and several other hurdles. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone else for electric work.

Very informative, clear, professional but also personable.We had them originally come out to quote adding lights where there werent any existing ones but wiring was nearby. They laid out the costs, why it would cost that, the potential problems, and offered several options.We decided to only go with installing a fan in our ceiling and he was able to find a solution to make our existing light switch a double switch so we could just keep one on for the fan without having to install an entire separate switch.They cleaned everything up, showed us how it worked, and even made as clean a cut as possible with the drywall so well have an easy repair (too bad I just painted haha). But seriously great job!And they came all the way out to Saratoga Springs to do this electrical work.Consider them for electrical needs!
