We had a very positive experience with David start to finish. We recently moved into a condo with a “questionable” electric panel according to our home inspection report. David was recommended to us by our realtor. He came by, gave us an estimate, arranged all the permits and appointments with Rocky Mountain Power and the city inspector. David was punctual, professional and extremely patient with my many questions and concerns. I felt like I had been working with him for years. He’s the best!

David was wonderful for our kitchen remodel! So many electricians wouldnt even show up to bid the job. David was very responsive, showed up when he said he would, answered all of my questions, and finished the job quickly with excellent quality. He even cleaned up after himself when he had to cut drywall. I cant say enough about what a great job he did. For the finish part of the job, David had his employees come out to the house and they were just as responsive and professional. I would recommend Crux to anyone.

Let me start with the TL:DR (Too Long: Didnt Read) -- These are great guys doing great work at a good price. They do exactly as quoted and arent the horror story contractors you hear about with some contractors out there. Theyre also very punctual with the time they agree to show up.My experience: They were the second quote, coming in cheaper than the first quote by a decent margin--enough for me to get the work done as this wasnt a necessary thing--I wanted a gas line ran from outside into my laundry room for so I could use a gas dryer instead of an electric one. If you know why, you know why. Thats my sales pitch to everyone about getting a gas dryer.Anywho...They came and quoted me a price and sent it to me to approve so I could be scheduled. Note that due to their service quality and great pricing they are very busy so getting scheduled can be a challenge--or at least it was for me. That said, I told them up front I wasnt in a huge hurry when they warned me they were pretty booked and it all worked out fine for me as I still had my electric dryer.Fast forward to the scheduled day and they showed up 15 ish minutes early (I can especially appreciate the punctuality) and did the work faster than I had expected. Nearing the end, I mentioned I wouldnt mind giving somebody 40 bucks to help me get the dryer up the stairs out of my garage. These jokers (in a good way), without my assistance, carried the electric dryer downstairs and brought my gas dryer out of the garage upstairs and connected it, and then tested to make sure everything was working with the dryer. Mind you, they had already tested their work with the newly installed gas line so they already knew their work was good to go (no leaks, etc.) and had no need to test the dryer as part of their install. Big kudos to them as my back isnt what it used to be after my time in the military.At the very end, they sent one of their guys to vacuum some of the drywall up and I told them it wasnt necessary and we were going to vacuum anyway. They insisted on cleaning up the mess they had to make to do the job. Honestly me saying dont worry about it wasnt any sort of test to see if theyd still do it but Ive gotta say that commitment to doing a job well and fully is rare and I appreciate the heck out of it.For reference, Im an electrical engineer, and much like a mechanic I dont want to work on my own stuff. Something about it--I dont know. I feel all my mechanics in the world can relate. That said, even though I didnt get electrical work done with them, with the mentality these guys have about doing good work and not leaving a job until its completely done, I will be using them whenever I have need of electrical OR gas line work.Cannot recommend them enough.

I had the pleasure of working with David and he did a great job. I needed him to Install electrical for my stove in which he did in a timely and professional manner. I did not know him before hand but he came out to my house gave me a free estimate and installed while I was at work. I really trusted him as I had a hand full of people at work refer me to David. I know I will work with him in the future and would not look any farther in hiring an electrician, David is great.

Fabulous electrician! We’re so lucky David was referred to us. Quality work, fast, efficient, fair prices, professional, cleans up after each project, kind, honest, helpful, he seems to enjoy his work, a pleasure to have in our home for remodel work rather than a burden, responsive, very helpful and knowledgeable when we were trying to decide on products... I could go on and on. I would highly recommend!David added canned lights and wafer lights throughout house, added and installed new switches and dimmers, moved a few chandelier locations, added and installed a chandelier over tub, added and installed sconces in stairwell and basement, added wiring, outlets, and switches in new wall, installed 3 TV wall mounts, put tv cables in wall, fixed a switch that wasn’t working. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very friendly and down to earth, didnt feel like I was being nickel and dimed for the work he did. Had met with a couple electricians/handymen beforehand and felt like they were either about taking the lazy/short cut way, or wanted the deed to your home for a simple project (slightly over exaggerating but not really). Will reach out to David for future projects, and recommend others do as well!

Got back from work one day to a water heater rendered powerless by a plumber, had been running at half capacity before. Plumber guy had well over a $2,000 price tag to fix us up. Threw a huge chunk of the following day at the problem myself until it was late. I was quite spent AND DIRTY. Called David. Boom.He was doing dinner dishes as he answered the phone with a caring “let’s get it fixed” attitude. I think he cleaned his dishes, drove over, AND gave us power back all within an hour and fifteen.It’s SO NICE to have an easy button in life, to know that help is just a phone call away at a price we should all GLADLY pay!

He answered all my questions and never made me feel like it was a waste of his time which is more than I can say for the other companies I contacted first. He updated the lighting in my kitchen and reworked everything during my kitchen remodel. He did a fantastic job and on top of that is very easy to communicate with. He was always on time and professional and goes above and beyond to help you out. His rates seem to be reasonable but even if they werent I still probably have him do the work because he made that part of my remodel so easy!! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

David rewired my entire house, updating the rickety knob and tube to current code. He developed a great wiring and lighting plan, which made the whole process really stress free for me and gave me a terrific final product. Despite the challenges of rewiring a 1935 brick bungalow (sensitive lathe and plaster, an attic that is no fun to be in because full of blown loose insulation, etc.), David did an awesome job and was unfailingly cheerful. An excellent electrician and an overall pleasure to deal with. Also, I think he delivers exceptional value. I feel really lucky to have found him. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend David with Crux Solutions! He gives great quality work with an even greater price. He was also the most professional electrician out of (5) that came to give me quotes on our 230v hot tub hook up! My hot tub ended up showing up two months early and I messaged him the day it arrived and he was able to get me in within a few days. I appreciated his timeliness, quality of work, professionalism, and even his personality! He walked us through everything he did and even told us a few things about hot tubs we didn’t know. We will highly recommend him to all of our neighbors and use him for future electrician work!
