Cooper & Kenski were so great! They took the time to measure all of my windows & saw how desperately I needed new ones which would definitely save me money on my utilities. They have amazing windows & siding options. I even asked about Red trimmed windows & the company has that option too!!! They took the time to answer my questions and explained everything about their products, their 50 year warranty & even the financing options. They did such a great job. I recommend this company and these two young men to anyone looking to get new windows!

Absolutely love the windows. The price was awesome, and the install was great, but when I had to order a new sash for warranty issues it has taken forever. The sash has been sitting at the shop in Salt Lake for well over a month! They have been passing the buck and nobody has picked it up! Apparently Im finally supposed to get the sash tomorrow at noon, which now is the middle of December. Well see if that happens? They really are great windows though!

I was in dire need of a new roof. Almost 100 years old! But I couldn’t afford it. DaBella reps came to my door and then Dawson helped me through the steps to actually be able to manage this. I can’t hardly believe it. The relief is so big. So far my experience with this company is integrity, honesty, and getting a fair deal. Very easy to work with.Sorry but I have to revise this review one month later. Never was scheduled or contacted. Just came 2 weeks later, left the materials on the lawn, and couldnt reach by phone. Another 2 weeks and then just showed up to do the roof early morning without scheduling with me. Dumpster in my driveway without access to my car. Did an absolute beautiful job on roof! Beautiful job in clean up! But promises to remove dumpster each day are not happening. I suspect it will be 6 days now my car is a prisoner. Did such a good job on my roof but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Overall, a great experience. DaBella installed a new roof for me and it looks great! And they did very efficiently....it only took a day. There was one issue that arose but the installers did a great job remedying it. I was very impressed with their workmanship. All my questions and concerns were responded to quickly once I found the correct contact information. Also, I was very impressed to see such a good warranty offered.

Paul & Carter showed up on time for our initial meeting & estimate. Very pleasant, informed me of all they would be doing, and got right to work inpecting my roof & attic. Then, discussed the findings & I agreed it was time for a new roof. Prior to giving me the estimate they went through a history of prices in the market. They discussed the quality of the product. They discussed the extensive training of the installers. I then was given the price which shocked me. They then worked hard through several calls to get me several discounts. At another home, I had replaced a roof at my expense several years ago with top of the line shingles. I extrapolated the price of that experience relative to the size of the roof surface. Based on my research I was expecting perhaps 50% per sq ft more for this roof based on inflation and 100% total based on size of roof area & inflation; but their price was 440% more than that home (230% more than I expected to pay).Paul & Carter were very professional in their presentation and very pleasant. But, the initial quote seemed extreme. And, the final quote is still huge. Paul & Carson get a 5 rating for their presentation and manner. It has not been installed so I cannot rate DaBella or the product.

Started off with a knock on my door and someone doing door to door sales. But the pitch wasn’t a hard pitch and it was something I actually needed so I setup and appointment for a free estimate. Jon Baker then showed up the next day exactly on time and he inspected the roof and siding. Was super helpful and showing me what things to be concerned with on my roof and siding. Showed me my options and never felt pressured to buy. He also worked with me on pricing to get to something I was comfortable with and fit my budget. Overall SUPER impressed. I’ve had a hard time with people either not showing up, showing up late, or being extremely pushing is selling me so this was super nice. Really excited to get going and have everything installed!

Got 32 new windows in my house, bit on the pricey side, but that said, you certainly get what you pay for, (we also did get the higher tier of windows that Dabella offered). These windows are FANTASTIC and did exactly as the sales guy said/modeled for us they would do! Standing right next to the window after the sun beating down on it at 78 degrees for a few hours i could put my hand on the glass and still didnt feel any heat but just the day before with the other windows Id likely get burned. Quality so far is amazing!The installers that came were professional, friendly, and polite. The were here 3 days, and made A LOT less noise than i expected! They also kept their work are cleaner than i do! They started with one room/area and did the ones right there, laid out a canvas tarp, removed the old stuff, installed the new stuff, pulled the tarp and then even vacuumed up anything they might have left! I have a toddler and 2 puppies, so i went around after they left just to validate my kiddos would be safe and wouldnt accidentally step on something. Now were not messy, and we have an auto vac that goes around once a day (paused while they were here) but when i went around and checked out the areas they worked at that day IT WAS CLEANER THAN BEFORE THEY CAME!Typically the sales guys over sale and under deliver, this was the opposite. This time the sales guys undersold and over delivered!I havent dealt with billing much yet, but the couple of times i called the office staff to check on updates they were always very polite and quick to answer my questions (they custom make the windows so its not an immediate process and i can barely remember my anniversary let alone approximate install dates)I of course will try to update the review as time goes on but for now they have certainly earned the 5 stars!

He took the time to give great details in the reasoning behind using this product. Need new windows in our mobile home and Bob came out, extremely punctual. Bob is kind, honest and charismatic and spent over 2 hrs assessing the current windows, finding us the best deal and value for our budget, and explaining everything. Even asked about what our expectations would be for what a good install would look like and what was important to us (price, speed, cleanup, etc). By the end of the appointment, Bob felt like one of the family who genuinely wants to help improve the situation, make life enjoyable, and all at an affordable rate that isnt going to have us struggling to pay bills. Bob, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you! We never thought it would be possible to accomplish this and Im looking forward to the install in September! Made the entire estimate process a breeze. Fully utilized all the ‘tech’ that Da Bella has for their employees. Our project is set for later in April so will do another review after completion.
