After noticing mold and moisture seeping from our shower into a closet and adjacent room, we called Enroute. Nick came out immediately, accurately diagnosed the problem and prepared a bid for repairs. It was a large job involving the replacement of the shower enclosure, drywall, support beams and more. I took several bids and Nicks was not only as good as any other offer, it was the most detailed, defining the work to be done with the fewest variables. All of Enroutes workers were craftsmen, who worked diligently and with care. Our new shower is beautiful and all mold and moisture were mitigated. I will call Enroute first for any future plumbing issues.

I have used En Route’s plumbing services for a while now, but I never had them work on a large job like my latest. I had a sewer pipe fail inside the wall of my condo, and Nick at En Route took care of everything from start to finish. As a result of the damage, I had to file a claim with my insurance company. Nick was instrumental in working with my claims adjuster to get me through the whole process with a minimal disruption to my tenant. He and his team also put in a new floor and it looks amazing. I highly recommend En Route for plumbing and restoration services!

We had a disastrous water issue and thankfully EnRoute Restoration responded immediately. They found the problem and orchestrated a step by step plan for our water damage restoration. After demo, Nick made sure every inch of our home was dry and clear for rebuilding (floors, walls, ceiling). He helped us with insurance, connected us with contractors and made sure the process was going smoothly. Because Nick was so professional, skilled and friendly with our original issue he has become our trusted go-to guy. I highly recommend Nick and Enroute Restoration for water damage, restoration, leak detection, plumbing, etc.

Nick was outstanding! When I noticed a minor leak in my guest bedroom, my husband and I were worried it might be black water (sewage). Fortunately, I was able to get Nick over quickly to assess the issue. He explained his process thoroughly, returned to complete the job, and even went beyond the recommended services by boarding up exposed floorboard gaps. Thanks again!!!
