Wow. What a great experience. We needed an overhead light receptacle moved in our dining room and a new light hung. We could not have had a better electrician than Jeremy. Today was no exception.Today DJ came to install an outside light on the back of our home,where there never had been any. He is very professional and a nice guy. We are having a Sun Room constructed where we formally had a screen porch on our back yard patio. There where no electrical outlets, lights or fans on our previous screen porch. The entire screen porch was removed prior to construction of our sun room. DJ was our Electrician and tasked with running wire for 3 GFI outlets, an outside security light and a port for a future ceiling fan. All of this needed to be run to our breaker box in our garage. On top of this he had to work around the construction crew. While construction crew members took occasional breaks, DJ continued to work through lunch until late in the afternoon when he completed his work. I was not only impressed with DJs work ethic, but also, his positive and friendly attitude throughout the day. He put up with and professionally answered questions we had about electrical installation. Did I mention his courtesy of calling us prior to arriving and actually showing up on time.Please send DJ to us on our next appointment.

Thomas came to my home as a subcontractor to do electrical work installing lighting. He, and his associate were extremely courteous and made sure that they put the lights where I wanted them, consulting me at every turn. Additionally, I had a problem putting together my stereo system and connecting to the TV. Thomas permitted his associate to work on my system for over a half hour until it worked properly. There was no extra charge, and they were both pleased that they were able to assist me. I would highly recommend Volthom Electric for any service that they provide.

I called Volthom Electric to fix an electricaul problem caused by hiring a handyman to install a garbage disposal. It was deemed the electrical outlets placed were not safe and they were replaced to code. DJ also informed me that the sink itself was not properly installed. He called the owner, Thomas and a company that specializes in granite came within an hour to fix sink so we could use it. If thats not caring customer service I dont know what is. Thank you guys!

Ive had blown light bulbs throughout the home every month for several years as well as popped GFIs. Ive had 4 different electricians come out, replace multiple breakers, replace multiple GFIs but was still happening. It wasnt until I called Volthom Electric due to a referral from a friend, Thomas came out, actually evaluated my electric, the wiring, tested each outlet.... he finally found the problem and fixed it. 9 months later, I have yet to blow another bulb or another GFI. I highly recommend Volthom Electric due to their timely service, friendly customer service, thorough work product and affordability.

Kevin was at my house by 2:00 pm, quickly found the problem, and had it fixed in under an hour. Very reasonable service fee.And let me say that Kevin is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant tradesmen Ive ever met.Thank you, Kevin and Volthom Electric, for excellent service delivered quickly and with an outstanding attitude. So last Saturday and Sunday we had tornados and lightning strikes here in Marion County. Unfortunately my breaker box took the lightning bullet for the rest of my house. It was a mess, so I was without power. I called to like 8 different electricians in Marion county and none would come to my area (McIntosh). Then I got ahold of Thomas from Volthom. He was super chill and reassuring from the get go. Comes out next day to quote the damage. By Friday, he sent out his guy DJ, who was also, very friendly and knowledgeable. So, he worked from the second he arrived until power was restored to my home. Now I have a modern electrical service that is PROPERLY GROUNDED. I am eternally grateful for the service of Volthom Electric.Dont try to diy it. Dont be the hero. Call these folks and let them handle it.
