We set up to have insulation installed and These guys are amazing, they came in and set up and got right to work. Very professional and quickly got the job done. I won an air purification system while attending the outdoor expo at the world equestrian center. The company called and congratulated me for winning the raffle and asked when would be the best time to come install my prize. After agreeing on a time they sent their technician Dan out and he was very knowledgeable and professional, after answering all my questions and quickly installing the unit he verified everything was working correctly and my systems were good. All and all I had a great experience with them.

I had a storm take out my service drop, riser and meter box. I called and left a message with a receptionist, and even though it was the weekend I received a call back from Jordan to discuss my issue within 15 mins. Jordan was extremely professional and accommodating, and provided me a a fair quote within a couple hours. He then promptly scheduled an electrician to the job. The electrician, Orette, arrived promptly and performed the work quickly and professionally. He even called the power company and requested the reconnect, then waited until they showed and completed the reconnect to make sure everything went ok.All American Electric and Air were very helpful in assisting me through navigating this uncertain situation. Overall I had an amazing experience, and would absolutely seek out their service again.

We needed to replace our A/C unit after fifteen years of faithful service. Daniel was our salesman and initial contact, and he was great to work with. Our install day was unfortunately a little rough as I discovered a few faults that would not pass inspection. I called All American back out, and Robert came over and inspected the install. Robert was very respectful, and knowledgeful. He apologized for the issues we were having, and documented every last correction needed. Carlos stopped by to complete the repairs from Roberts list, and he was very courteous and just as knowledgeable. He fixed all of my concerns and others I hadnt even noticed/thought of. Overall, I am very satisfied with All American Air and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

This is a great local electrician in Ocala! I scheduled an estimate with them the week of Christmas for a panel replacement, and unlike other companies in the area, their estimator showed up on time. They completed the job the following week the day after new years and did a great job, including pulling the permit and getting it cleared in a timely manner. Joe the estimator and Brooke in the office were great to work with and the installer was professional and proficient. I’ll be using them in the future.

Carlos Nieto did an outstanding job repairing our AC unit yesterday. He arrived in the afternoon after servicing other customers to make sure at the end of the day our AC unit would be up and running during the brutal heat wave we were experiencing. He promptly diagnosed where the Freon leak was located in the system and repaired it. He was very thorough and efficient in his work. My wife and I are very pleased with Carlos and the All American Air and Electric Company. We recommend them to everyone.

Originally I called Mr Sparky for an estimate on installing a pool circuit. They sent a couple guys over who told me that my entire electrical panel needed replacing and that they could not, with a clean conscience, install a pool circuit until both the panel and AC connector was replaced. They even showed me dark sections of the panel breakers that were “burned” and “leaking” and “very dangerous.” I was so convinced as to what they were claiming that I was about to hand over a credit card and schedule the job. Up until they gave me the estimate. For the low low price of $12,000 I could buy their GOLD package to take care of everything. When I asked if there was a cheaper way they said sure, you can take our bronze package for $10,000. Of course I declined. They even made me sign a waiver stating I had refused the work and therefore if my house went up in flames I couldn’t blame them for it. Overall a strange experience with what I thought were electricians but turned out to be high pressure salesmen. Ok anyway I call up 3 other electricians for estimates and all 3 of them told me the same thing: They found no evidence of burning, overheating or leaking. The panel looked good, AC connector looked good. I ended up choosing All American Air & Electric. Jordan came out, installed my pool circuit, fixed 3 of my indoor outlets, and installed a pool pump timer for me. $1,675 total. Extremely sweet, very professional, and showed up exactly when he said he would. I even had to call them back to do additional work after the county inspector came and he came back at no charge. Brooke in the office was so nice and always made sure to follow up with me when she said she would. Brian was also a great help on the phone. This company is my new go-to from now on. They are THE BEST!!!! Thank you AAAE!!!!

I manage a small community of cottages. A power pole was destroyed during hurricane Helene, and the riser going into one of the units was damaged. So the electric company had to cut power to that and two other units. All American pulled permits, repaired the damage, and got a county inspector out here faster than I thought possible. If it were possible to give them more stars I would. I received exceptional customer service from the staff who handled my calls to the gentleman who actually did the repair. I would suggest you use them and I will use them in the future. Exceptional service reasonable price, we will be repeat customers.

I needed several spotlights installed around the house and Tito came out the same day to give me an estimate which was so reasonable I didn’t even want to call anyone else. Great price, great customer service, personable Technician and everyone was so professional, I was ready to have the work done. He came out a few days later, first thing in the morning and after a few hours everything was looking spectacular! Electrical or air conditioning issues I will be calling them!

We live on my disability alone. Tree took out power pole and everything that was on it including the meter. I called one company and they quoted a very high price, then I called All American and they came the same day.Steve came out to the house, was very pleasant and quoted a reasonable price, and said it would be taken care of on friday. He also gave us a discount.Friday Brad and Sully came out, they got the job done they were very professional and very nice. They called the inspector and while they were here I called the Electric company, and the job was done.I also would like to commend Kim in the office. She was very professional, sent someone out right away. She listened to my story and was very compassionate and sweet.This company is great and I and my family will recommend everyone to All American.These guys are great!

I was so desperate after battling with repair services since July with my refrigerator getting multiple reasons why my refrigerator did not work after 5 visits only to be told I probably needed to get another fridge. I got a brand new Kitchen-aid . The day I got it installed it started doing the same thing as my old one. I started yo think maybe something was wrong with my outlet. Googled electrical services and saw All American . I texted situation and a very nice person was extremely helpful and gave me number to call . I talked with someone to see if this could be a reason. After saying it was possible , they were able to dispatch Joe out to check . He advised no problem with outlet but ask about my smoke detectors, if they were up to date. Since being caretaker for my sister for 3 years I had not even thought of replacing. He was able to replace all 3 detectors. I ask if he had time to install an electric outlet in my guest bath to assist with the care of my sister. He accomplished all 3 things I needed with an exceptional attitude and I feel like a very caring one. If everyone is as knowledgeable and caring as Joe. You are blessed with great employees. I realize this is lengthy but I feel much safer and blessed to have managed to contact your company when I was so frustrated. I will definitely recommend your company and Joe to everyone I know for electrical services.

The four man team, Roger, William (the AC guys) and Jordan and Devon (the electric team) arrived right on time and immediately jumped on the task at hand. Electric was done quickly and then the AC guys really got going. Roger and William completely demonstrated a team concept. The attention to detail, and the willingness to spend a little extra time on a 17 year old home was much appreciated. The workmanship and finished product was exactly what I hoped for. Also being in a business that deals with people in their homes, I recognize when a company and staff go the extra mile. All American Air exceeded my expectations. Ryan was my service tech. He was great and found 3 nests of mud daubers blocking gas venting. Also prevented a future service call by cleaning a partially blocked drain line. Friendly and cleaned up the mud dauber mess although I told him it was unnecessary. Checked everything out then tested thoroughly. If he were my employee, I would want to give him a raise. Got a service contract from him as well. Terrific service oriented employee.

The office staff is always very polite and respectful. The workers came to our home many times due to problems of our old AC installed by some other company. They kept it working properly until we needed a new one that they installed. The workers worked all day and did not waste any time except to have a quick lunch. They cleaned up after them selves. The new system is working efficiently and we are now saving quite a bit on our electric bill which a big plus in our book.

I just want to let All American Air & Electric past and possibly future customers know I had the opportunity to use this company services. The company Technician Allen came out to inspect my AC unit. I was so impressed by this GENTLEMEN ALLEN. First, he was dressed to represent the company, second his professional and customer concern was an A+. Allen also checked my system like no other AC company has ever did. I also had the opportunity to say thanks and hello to Ms.JESSICA and KELLY All American office administrators. Jessica made show there was always communication between Allen /Technician and myself concerning appointment times. Because of Jessica and Allen A+ services Ive decided to purchase a three visit per year contract with All American to keep my AC up and going in this Florida heat. By the time Allen completed my AC inspection and leaving me with some in couraging words I felt better for the day. I have requested if possible only Allen come out and service my AC, not saying only Allen can represent All American but, my wife likes the way he treats Senior Citizens and that means a lot to us. They come in the spring and service the system in preparation for the summer, and they return in the fall in preparation for the winter. They are always professioinal in what they do. Weve been doing business with AAAE for 14 years. Service people are always (our Tech Dave)/office personnel friendly, caring and courteous. All American Air & Electric is my A/C company now. Great service!

Joe and Jordan were on time, courteous and professional. They installed a ceiling fan and light as well as 2 other light fixtures. They cleaned up all boxes and other debris.
