Trademark has been our service provider for a few years now for our Generac. They are excellent to work with from the first call to the Techs who make the repairs. The job gets done in an efficient and courteous way and they have always responded quickly when needed. We would highly recommend them!

I cant say how professional Trademark was and especially Milton, the tech that came out.I called them about an electrical event I was very concerned about and all it was was a couple loose wires in the Fuse Box. In addition to this, the job was to swap out some ceiling fans and light fixture. Not a big ticket job for them but its nice to see that they would take a call like mine. Milton was quick, knew his stuff and didnt waste a moment. Ill be using them again!

Lost power during hurricane Milton, generator kicked on for 15 hours then shut off due to oil pressure. I called Trademark (with a bit of an attitude) and explained situation. They put me on list of people without power and generator issues, they came out replaced it in about 4 hours with the best professionalism. I Know their families were also going thru the hurricane aftermath, but they showed up and got my generator back online by replacing defective oil pressure switch. Thank you to the office people for taking my call, scheduling it and thank you to Paul and the other gentleman that showed up and got our generator back up!!!!Lifetime Trademark fan now!!

I’m so thankful for Trademark Electric . After Hurricane Helene, my Generac was having a malfunction. I called Trademark on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised that the office was taking calls and scheduling service . They came out the same day and serviced my Generac . It was still not working and the technician would have to confer with Generac. The next morning , the owner of Trademark and Matt came out and fixed the problem! I couldn’t be more impressed with their outstanding level of customer service!

This is my Second Whole House Generac Generator from Trademark Electric. When I sold my first home in Ocala , the buyers were so impressed with the Generator that they offered me more money to leave it with the house and not move it to my new home. I just had them install a new unit K22 unit , an upgrade from my K20 and it came with a 10 year warranty . Since ordering my new unit I have had several friends and neighbors begin their inquiries .... In this day and age can you afford to be without ELECTRIC power ? I refused to return to the days of candles , oil lamps and hand water pumps .....

Had them install whole house generator. They did fantastic job. Workmanship was neat and clean, Randy and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They are good asset to the company. Their work was neat and they cleaned up after themselves, you never know they did anything. They went through and explained everything, and test ran the generator and mad sure all major appliances were running and that the generator would carry the load ok. Thanks again Trademark.

Our whole house generator would not start. Reached out to Trademark Electric after the original generator installer failed to schedule us 3 times! We received a text with photo of tech, Dillon, that he was on his way. He arrived on time and within 30 minutes had found 5 issues, two of which were keeping it from running. He had all the needed replacement parts, installed them, tested the system and set the exercise time, all within an hour! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. We highly recommend this company and Dillon, we need more service companies and technicians like this! Peace of mind knowing were set for hurricane season! Thank you Trademark.

We recently purchased a 22kw generator from Trademark Electric. The service we received from them was second to none and their prices are very competitive. Brian, the sales associate, was very transparent and detailed with the estimate and Coral the Administrative Assistant did an amazing job coordinating the install and making sure all the necessary permits were in place. Coral is very organized and was quick to respond to any questions I had through email or by phone.On the day of installation, both techs Russell and Nick showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was finished. I was very impressed with the quality of work they did and their knowledge of the system. They made sure to answer all of my questions and explain the new system to me prior to leaving. In addition, they tested the new generator a couple of times under full load and it performed flawlessly.My experience with the entire team at Trademark Electric was phenomenal. I highly recommend!

Very satisfied with Trademark from first contact through installation of my 16 kW generator. There was a three-month delay after ordering, due to Hurricane Irma and hundreds of new customers, but alls well that ends well. The two men who handled my job were very professional, courteous, and prompt, finishing up in a little over four hours. Trademark also coordinated with the plumbing/gas contractor so that a man was at my house as the electricians were leaving. High marks as well to Trademarks sales rep, Brian. A very nice all-round experience.

Trademark came out today with my new generator and installed a panel so all i have to do is roll generator and plug it in. Flip a few switches and power to a handfull of breakers and ac being the most important. The guys were friendly and did a great job. Cleaned up nice and it was done. About 4 an a half hours. Trademark Electric has an amazing support team. We lost power last night, I called Trademark, spoke to Becky, she was so helpful, trying to troubleshoot ( the issue was with Clay electric), she was so patient with me and even though it was determined to be a problem with the electric company, Becky and Matt came out within a half hour and checked our Generac, checked the fuses, went above and beyond. It was late, the skeeters were biting, and here in the Ocala national forest, all kinds of critters were heard but unseen, but Becky and Matt came out anyway to ensure that the Generac was working properly. This service was free and they both made the trip just to be on the safe side. Wonderful company and outstanding customer support. Thank you so much. Great company, much gratitude to Becky and Matt!!!!
