    My wife and I recently bought a home in Ocala. We had a loss of power in all our kitchen area outlets. I chose Mr. Electric of Ocala based on their reviews. Michelle Sallee was the electrician the sent. He diagnosed the problem within 5-minutes. We were hoping it was something simple to fix. However, Mr. Sallee found our electrical panel in very unsafe and a fire hazard. He managed to obtain a permit, remove existing, intall the new panel, breakers, etc, pass inspection and have the power back on in under 23-hours. Plus, he left the area cleaner than when he started. I highly recommend Michelle Sallee and Mr. Electric of Ocala. I will use them for any and all of my future electrical needs.

    Easy scheduling with quick response.Professional and on-time, Charles resolved an issue found during a home inspection. It could have been a hazard if left unattended. Who knows how long it was like that! He helped to identify the breaker for my garbage disposal. While here, we talked about my overhead garage light that rarely worked. He removed the old style ballast and updated me to bypass ballast lights. Its fabulous to have my lighting working. Absolutely pleased with the service. I am confident the job was done right (seen photos!) the first time. Would gladly recommend this service.

    I telephoned Mr. Electric yesterday for an estimate. The Electrician Michael arrived on time and was both very professional and polite.     Mr. Electric responded quickly and addressed all of my concerns. He fixed the outdoor outlets, replacing GFIs and checked all the rest of the outlets. He discovered I did not have a whole house surge protector, nor did I have one on a brand new AC! He suggested I add them, but did not pressure me to do so. I’m very pleased with this company and their service. They are certainly in my contact list for future electric issues!

    When you say under promise and Over-Deliver this is what I call Mr. Electric. I called them on Thursday, they came to my house the next day. They said that my job would take 4 to 5 weeks due to Permits from the city, Happens that they got the green light to start working in only a few days after.The same guy that gave me the quote came to perform the project and he was super professional, the job was performed very neat and everything worked as planned.Not only I recommend it, I will be a future customer for life.

    Our dryer blew up on Saturday and I called Mr Electric. The technician called me to find out the details. He saved me money by saying if this could wait until Monday, there would not be an emergency fee. He came Monday and luckily it was only the dryer and not the outlet! Cody was very efficient!     Mike from Mr Electric is phenomenal hes what customer service used to be. Mike arrived early introduced himself with his name and a firm handshake. I explained to Mike that I had nicked a wire while installing a wall mount and lost power briefly I explained to him that I just wanted to be safe didnt want any fires. Mike Looked at the problem area assessed the situation very quickly, knew exactly what to do and how much it would cost. He wrapped the wire with heavy duty electrical tape made sure it was properly fitted into the wall. He was here maybe 10 minutes and he was on his way. Best service Ive had in Ocala in a very long time will recommend Mr Electric to everyone. Thank you and merry Christmas.

    Professional professional professional. Everything was done in the most efficient way. The communication was remarkable. I was treated as if I was the only customer that mattered to them. John Conway, my very experienced electrician, was very polite and efficient. He was a professional in every aspect. He took the initiative to call for an emergency permit, scheduled an emergency inspection. He took my old pole down and my old panel and breakers out and redid my entire electric pole and box. Then to top off the entire emergency he even called the electric company to come out and reconnect my electric from the transformer. In my opinion Mr. Electric went above and beyond and are very blessed to have John on their team.

    As a broker’s assistant in property management, finding a quality company, that responds to a potential emergency quickly is vital. I called Mr. Electric today with a tenant without power. The repair required a permit pull, a repair, and an inspection. Mr. Electric sent Chad out to take care of the issue. Chad was in constant communication with me throughout the day, gathering information, providing estimates, alerting me to potential issues that the tenant may encounter with their electric provider, and allowing us to keep the tenant informed throughout the process.     Overhead lights and outlets went dead Thanksgiving, called several different companies but most didnt call back. Called Mr Electric and although they were busy they got me in ASAP. Charles A ,was Extremely polite, informed us step by step what was involved in fixing our unit and breaker box, which he informed us had the wrong breaker put in , by a different electrician, from a different local well known person. Mike was extremely patient as we had to wait for Duke to reconnect the main power cable coming from the pole so he could problem solve the issue.     I called Mr Electric to replace 3 dust to dawn lights and repair a fan. They offered me an appointment within days, but I wasnt ready because my lighting was still on order. This was a corrective inspection for a 4 point inspection requirement for the insurance company. The insurance company was happy. The first time we used Mr Electric was to install a circuit and breaker box for our rv hook up.

    Had another electrician company come out and I believe all they did was turn the breaker off and on and charged. Never came back when we notified them the problem came back. Our bedroom outlets stopped working again after two days. I called Mr. Electric and the electrician did not give up. He really took the time to figure out why this was happening and found a burned and slightly melted outlet behind my bed. All was replaced and so far so good. Also, he mentions work is under warranty. I’m so appreciative, thank you guys.
