In the search for a back-up generator for our farm, I met with a number of salesmen who represented local companies that sold and installed the biggest names in back-up and standby generators. All wanted to sell me a propane powered standby generator, but none wanted to discuss diesel generators or a PTO generator that would use my tractor as the engine for the generator. After much research, I found Winco PTO generators and their local sales, service and installation dealer, On Site Power. It only took one call to On Site Power to realize that I had found the right vendor for the job. Steve Parker and his colleagues at On Site helped me determine the right PTO generator for our needs and order it from Winco. After a several weeks, the generator was delivered and set-up by Earl Lowe with On Site. Earl couldn’t have been more professional or patient with my many questions. In July, the generator needed some fine tuning to work with the new back up power system designed and constructed by Lee Sharrer with Family’s Choice Electrical Repair, a referral made earlier by Steve Parker. Earl came back to the farm and took care of the needed changes to the generator’s wiring as well as to perform a full test of the system, all at no cost. On-Site Power installed our standby generator and has serviced it multiple times. They are always very friendly and have a very fast response time. Highly recommend and will continue to use for our future generator needs.

Our power went out on a Sunday morning and my generator did not start up. We called Steve at On-site power Inc. and he answered his phone! He asked about the problem to see if he could trouble shoot and he could not. We had an error code that needed a technicain. The technician was in Dunnellon, he was at my house within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. Where else can you get such good service on a Sunday morning? I highly reccommend On -site Power Inc. for your generator needs.
