    RSP has over many years provided bullet proof trickle charge units. Re-order and expansion units for my 12 volt batteries for our antique cars work flawlessly.     I ordered a load center door panel from RSP Supply because they were the only company that put a schematic that showed the actual dimensions that proved the product would fit my model of load center box. It was right after hurricane Helene and they were back ordered. RSP called me to make sure I was OK with waiting. It arrived sooner than I had hoped. They called again to make sure I was happy with it. The door fits my breaker box perfectly. RSPs customer service is outstanding and their price was great. I highly recommend them.

    Our local supplier would have been a lot cheaper but RSP had it in stock. We payed extra for shipping and had it in our hands in three buisness days. I had also used the wrong credit card, but had no issues getting someone on the phone to upda5e the billing address.

    I ordered a hard-to-find Pepwave cable from RSP Supply, and received it quickly. It works perfectly. RSP had the best price I could find, and DID NOT overcharge me for delivery. Highly recommend!

    This could easily be a five-star company. Good products and great customer support. Two places that they really, really need to improve. First, their internal processing time is not competitive. Other companies get products out the door the same day as the order, or the next day. My RSP orders have taken a week to ship. Second, the commerce website needs a lot of work. If you order something that takes several steps to complete - t slot aluminum extrusions, for example, the process is almost impossible to navigate online. No other company has such a poor online process. I really like the people I interact with at RSP, but dont order from them unless I have lots of time to deal with their buying process. They have to be losing a lot of sales because of this.

    I design and build industrial control panels and I cant say how much I love this website! They have all the spec sheets and CAD drawings available for download of each product which helps me a lot as I design panels in AutoCAD. They also have this thing called the job manager that lets me save all the parts of an order to a job which saves me tons of time because I often have to order the same things. Definitely one of my favorite places to order from.
