Dalton was great to work with. When he came to do the quote, he was very professional and informative on what would need to be done to accomplish our project. He took the time to check out our other electrical boxes and panels to ensure they were in good condition and did so for free. From the get go we could tell he has experience and is very knowledgeable which is why I chose to go with Mr. Electric. He made sure we knew how we could get the best value for money and ensured we were aware of any potential issues, hazards, or things we could do for a better experience. We changed our project details and he was willing to adapt. He is thorough and takes the right amount of time to do the job well. Mr. Electric provided outstanding service! I initially called another company that told me I needed an entire repair on my electrical meter and quoted me $4,000. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and called Mr. Electric. Their team, especially Kacey, was fantastic, explaining everything clearly and keeping us informed throughout. I had a great experience with Mr. Electric, and Zack M. who handled my projects. I live in a very old house (built 1912) and a lot of the electrical work had been updated (not particularly well) by previous owners DIY. Zack and his team assessed what my biggest issues were, and got me up to code and feeling safe. He went above and beyond troubleshooting a lighting fixture issue where Id had two fixtures go bad in the last 4 years...I was at my wits end, and he figured out the root cause so that this third fixture doesnt go bust as well! Im super grateful, and will be using them for any other electrical needs I have moving forward.

Are 10 stars a thing? Because Mr. Electric would earn all of them.I sent contact request forms to 4 different electricians and Mr. Electric was the only one to call me right away and get us on the schedule in a timely manner.We had the best experience with Kacey! He was very thorough, listened to all of our concerns (our house is really old so there were a lot), and did a really good job of explaining everything he observed. He gave very good recommendations with explanations in terms that someone who is not electrical savvy could understand. Past experiences with tradesmen trying to upsell and charge us for unnecessary labor made us a little cautious for our appointment but Kacey immediately put us at ease from the moment he walked in the door. Plus, he was so patient and engaging with our little girl who talked his ear off and showed him almost every toy and stuffed animal she has. I also really enjoyed chatting and laughing with him the whole time. Felt like hanging out with a friend rather than the usual awkward encounter with the electrician.I love that they send a text with a picture of your electrician and a short bio so you know what to expect when they arrive. As a woman, it made me feel more comfortable answering the door.10/10 Highly recommend! They have earned our business for life!

Our experience with Dalton was great: he was prompt, courteous and clearly explained all the electrical issues he found in our very old house. He completed a thorough inspection of all the outlets and smoke detectors in our home at no charge. He did find a few of our breakers needed to be replaced: he explained why it was important and did the work quickly for a reasonable fee.

There are certain things that you look for in a company. Trust, truthfulness, and integrity. From Chris, one of the owners, to Kacey, Dalton, and Cesar, you could not find a better company. Our home was built in the 1050s and they great in working with the home and getting job completed. This was not a easy job as they had to turn an breaker panel around 180 degrees and ren new wiring to the breaker box. They got the job completed and I would, without hesitation, recommend them and their company.

Mr. Electric is a great company. They were able to give a free quote on the work required and completed it same day. Joey did great work updating our breaker panel box which was incorrectly wired. He was also able to fix a fuse issue in our basement that would break every time we turned the lights on. He also gave estimates on future electrical projects that we are interested in. The estimate prices were discussed before hand and we qualified for a 3 year warranty plus 15% off on future electrical projects. I definitely will be using them again. They kept my floors clean and explained things in a way that I could understand them.

One of the best contractors Ive ever worked with. Dalton came out and turned around a quote quickly that was within my budget for a knob and tube circuit replacement in my home built in 1911.When he started getting into the weeds it turned into a tougher project than expected. The ownership of the company did right by me and went way above and beyond my expectations. I fully expected to adjust the scope of the work and they said it was our bad for misquoting it. Thats how you win repeat business!Dalton and Caeser came out and worked all day on a Friday into the night to get it done right. Professional team, Chris is a super friendly guy. Chris is the owner and is super attentive. The team is very upfront with the cost of a project, and they dont deviate from the quoted price, so you wont have to worry about hidden charges. Great value especially as I have worked with other companies that do Plumbing, HVAC, and Electric, but seem to have technicians that dont know what they are doing, that wasnt the case here. I recently used Mr. Electric of Salt Lake City and had a fantastic experience. They deserve a full 5 stars! The customer service was excellent from the start. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The technicians were on time, very professional, and knew their stuff. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the work they were doing. The quality of their work was top-notch. They were efficient, thorough, and left the area clean when they finished. Plus, the entire team was really nice, which made the whole process much easier. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely use Mr. Electric of Salt Lake City again. If you need electrical work done, I highly recommend them. Great job, guys!
