Nathan came out to service my downstairs toilet. He explained what was going on with my system and even showed me videos and photos deep inside our drainage system. He also got my permission to proceed with every chargeable step. I knew exactly what was wrong and exactly what I would be paying. Honest work with no surprises. This is the second time I have used CR Plumbing, and again, I was not disappointed! I highly recommend them.

My five star rating is not enough. The call was answered very professionally. All my questions were addressed. As I was speaking with them I received an estimate!!! I chose to have them do the work and they were here within 1 hour of hanging up. The SAME day...wow. The technician was fantastic. He was polite and thorough. He also cleaned up after the job was completed. The work he did was done well. I will definitely call them again. It was pleasant from start to finish.

I had a small water spot on my ceiling below a second story bathroom. CR plumbing came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. They made one clean small drywall cut and were able to cut and replace the toilet flange and reinstall the toilet with a new wax ring. Very pleased with the experience with CR plumbing.
