This is a very honest and professional company. I use them all the time and couldn’t be more pleased with the work they do. I was surprised with the negative review so I called the office to get the right story. Be honest and if you don’t want to pay or don’t have the money to pay for a job that was done on your property don’t ruin others reputation. Karma takes care of people like this. I highly recommend this company for I am a business owner myself and deal with unhappy and dishonest customers. Let’s do the right thing when writing a review. Blessings.

Vance and his team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Vance described all parts of the process and was very informative. The crew did a great job on locating and repairing my slab leak and left the area cleaner than it was before they arrived! And their pricing is very fair. It is not the norm for me to write a review but the service I received from North Hills Plumbing was so amazing I had to break with the norm. Daniel Barrett and his team wrote the book on excellent customer service. The problem at my home was found and resolved in a very timely manner. Each concern I had about the process was addressed to my satisfaction. I thought this type of service was truly a thing of the past. So so pleasantly surprised to experience that it still exist at North Hills Plumbing!Thank you again. Simply amazing!

We recently had an enormous plumbing job at our 1974 home. It included a full service line replacement as well as a partial cast iron pipe replacement done by North Hills Plumbing. I cannot say enough positive about this company. Marcus headed up the project team and truly did an excellent job - he was communicative every step of the way, he gave us options to consider, he thought outside the box, he was kind, courteous and respectful. He allowed us time to take photos of the project improvements and took time to explain problems and potential solutions. The entire team was top notch - Nick, Brian, Ruben, and others. They cleaned up the project site every evening and returned the next day when they said they would. Jennifer was so helpful with scheduling and providing information for insurance purposes. A big thank you to North Hills Plumbing. I highly recommend!

Today I had the pleasure of doing business with North Hills Plumbing. Though it’s never fun spending money on plumbing issues, I am glad I was introduced to this company. David and his crew came in completed the job in a timely manner, they were honest and even came in under there own bid, as well as saved me $3400 compared to the competitors bids. David was nice, professional, easy to communicate with and took pride in his workmanship. I highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.

I own a dental office building in Irving and had a water main leak on the private side. My office manager had just told me that she used David with North Hills Plumbing. So I had her call them to see if they could help us out. They sure did! David came the same day and took care of us so that we could continue seeing our patients. I will definitely use David and North Hills Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs and refer to all of my professional doctors/dentists and friends in Irving!

I would give them more stars if that were an option! The team was extremely prompt, knowledgeable, professional and did EXCELLENT work. We had a large slab leak which required going through foundation to fix. I could only imagine what my house would look like after a repair like that but thanks to NORTH HILLS PLUMBING, they covered all my furniture, they insulated the work area with plastic to avoid other areas of the house getting dusty and when I saw the finished product, my house looked EXACTLY as clean as it was when they arrived. WOW. IF you have any minor or major plumbing needs - you should go here! Honest and excellent work and customer service!

After a very long irritating process of waking up to a flooded yard and a hopeless outlook. I called to have a bid done by North Hills Plumming, much to my surprise dispatch (Jennifer, who was very sweet!) had a Plummer named David to my house within the hour. David and Brian were wonderful! They were extremely fast and efficient. Honest and neat these guys did a fantastic job! The work time total from call to complete was only 4 hours, which is amazing when youve been without water. Thanks for the help!

Noticed a hot spot on the floor. Googled it and determined I had a hot water leak in the slab. I called a couple of companies to come out and give me an estimate. The last company to stop by was North hills plumbing. Daniel provided me a couple of options along with an estimate to complete the work and I selected them 5 minutes after they left my house.Appointment to repair was scheduled for the next day.I’m tough to please. Daniel and Armondo did an outstanding job.Timely, responsive, knowledgeable, along with great communication skills and minimal impact to go with a competitive cost to complete. I Would highly recommend this crew.

Daniel with North Hills Plumbing is the best to work with. He and his team are professional, punctual, and work hard to finish the job without cutting corners. They swiftly identified many leaks in our home, showed where they were on the floor with painters tape, wrote up a nice report that outlined what needed to be done and worked with me on which leaks needed to be repaired first, and which ones could wait a little while due to cost. They did all of the hard work two other plumbing companies I previously called did not want to do. When they put toilets back, they were neat, they made everything look nice, and paid attention to details when cutting tile, or going behind our sink rather than through the floor. They cleaned up well when they were done, and remembered the details other people would miss (like using a zip tie to keep things together). But the best part about working with Daniel was he actually cared about what he was doing and wanted it to be done right. He drew a diagram to help explain to me what he thought was the problem. People dont try to show you what is going on and how they are going to fix it unless they care about their work. Would strongly recommend Daniel with NHP. :)

North Hills Plumbing came out to check on my warranty on my water heater. It wasn’t an emergency but they were out that day just to take a look. The gentleman that came out was very professional and amazing! He checked my water heater, fixed one of the pipes and added a breaker next to it! I would recommend them to anyone.

Major props to North Hills Plumbing. Answered on the first call and despite being fully booked Daniel came and bypassed the water heater emergency and then returned later to install a new one. These guys are amazing. We had a pipe leak and they were here fixing it the day before Thanksgiving, an hour before they were off for the day. The owner even came out to help. They were extremely nice and did what was needed so we could have water for Thanksgiving. Great company. Highly recommend!!

We had another plumber come give us a quote a couple years ago for some issues we had in our bathrooms. Water backing up and sink not draining. They said we had multiple breaks in our pipes and it would be $10k to fix the problem. We have been living with one bathroom and no sink for so long now. North hills came in and said we had one break and a clog. They unclogged the pipe and we now have two fully functional bathrooms at a fraction of the cost. Glad to have an honest company come out to help instead of someone lying to line their pockets. Still have some work to do to fix the broken pipe, but its still less than what was originally quoted.

I had Daniel Barrett of NHP come out and do a new water heater install. The guys were great! Fast and efficient. Price was what was expected as well, no price gouging here. This is the 2nd time I have had NHP out. They did a complete reroute of my sewer line a few years back no problems since. Thank you NHP! Keep up the good work!

Had a slab leak and NHP came to our rescue. Fixed the problem but a few weeks later were told we had to much moisture on the floor. NHP came out dug a hole where the repair was and it was dry. They did it correctly, no leak. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They stand behind their work.

Daniel and his assistant arrived and introduced themselves and assesed the trouble for a leaking shower faucet. They rectified the trouble in a professional and curtious manner and then explained the reason for the problem and why the faucet wouldnt shut off. I Live in Grand Prairie, Had a Major Insurance claim on a sewage leak, 4 breaks, detected by North Hills, Hired by State farm, insurance, Of course State farm will only pay to repair the leaks, the cheapest route, North Hills Plumber Daniel Barrett in charge of that gave me another option, to replace entire sewage line and reroute it, It was a Major job, he quoted me a fair price.The State Farm payout paid for over 2/3rd s of it, Daniel Barrett assembled his crew and got to work, it was a tough job, Daniel was remarkable, was digging even when it was raining, he noticed a crimp in a water line in my bathroom while filling in to complete the job, showed it to me and said he would repair it with no charge, That was great.This sewage leak has been an issue for decades, I have lived in this house since 1975, it is a 1960 built home.Hats off and compliments to David Barrett and his crew, outstanding job.

I rarely write reviews...I recently had a plumbing leak in my front yard. I immediately called plumbers in the area and none of them were willing to fit me in their schedule the same day. North Hills Plumbing came to the rescue on the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue. I can not say enough good about this company!!!!! We had bought a home and had issues with the downstairs toilet from Day 1 (literally). Used our home warranty and got minimal help and an outrageous quote to fix the leak under our home that was not covered by the home warranty. I received a recommendation from our Realtor for North Hills. Marcus came out to do some other remodel plumbing jobs and then did a full diagnostic of the toilet issue. It ended up that we had cracked pipes under our home and the floors needed to be jackhammered through to get to the problem. His quote was fair. The work. was more completed than the original company thought and involved two toilets and two areas of pipe. Marcus and his team worked a long, long day, but fixed all the issues. He is so knowledgeable, kind, on time, showed up when he said he would etc. etc.. WE can not thank Marcus, Jennifer and North Hills plumbing. enough.

Right out the gate, these guys are very professional and very attentive. The price for my repair was spot on as well. Everything was explained, everything was shown and we even talked about the insurance process and how they are involved. They are like pipe doctors and they take their time to explain every little detail about what they are doing. In my instance, they did additional work and found out that my problem was something completely different. Even then, they explained it all. If you live in the HEB, Haltom City area, there is NO OTHER plumbing service to use. These are the guys and this company gave me a sense of security in knowing that they are the experts at what they do. 2nd to none in the DFW area.
