Big beard is our go to plumbing company! We had a big issue with a sewage line break recently and we had to vacate our home. Big Beard had us taken care of and prioritized to get us fixed up and back in our house asap. This is on top of other work they have done previously for non emergent plumbing needs. They are prompt, professional, reasonably priced and will take great care of you! Big beard is a small local family owned company that really cares about customer experience and quality work.

You won’t go wrong by contacting Lyle with Big Beard Plumbing. We’ve used their services a few times in the past months, and they’ve been very honest, knowledgeable, and quite reasonably priced. Lyle fixed an outside gas line for us which we thought would take several hours, but it didn’t take him long. Very friendly folks also.I highly recommend them, but I hope you’re not using them when we need them!

I called Big Beard Plumbing because we saw their truck parked in our neighborhood. We had received 2 previous quotes to fix our plumbing issue from other companies that we were not happy with, so called them hoping to get something more reasonable. They came quickly, were very knowledgeable about our older homes structure and need and gave a quote way below the other companies. It turned out that our issue was bigger than originally thought but they stuck with their original quote and walked us through the entire process, connecting us with the right people for other issues along the way. I trust this company completely and will call them for all plumbing needs in the future as well as recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.

I initially called and they were booked for the next week, but they called back and Lyle said he could squeeze me in for my leaking water heater mess. He arrived on time and was very kind and professional. I asked for a total replacement with code upgrades and he stayed late on a Friday evening to accomplish that. I was very thankful for his professionalism and I had hot water back quickly. Highly recommend Big Beard Plumbing!

We had a major problem….significant water in the house, not sure where it was originating from, and an elderly parent scared and confused about what was happening to their home. We called Big Beard and they came out right away, assessed the situation, stopped the water, and called in some water damage partners they work closely with. Together that team mitigated and repaired the damage back to like new for us. These guys treat people the right way, and operate with a sense of urgency and professionalism. No one enjoys plumbing problems, but it sure does bring comfort knowing you’ve got a partner that is honest and good at what they do! Highly recommend!

Discovered Big Beard Plumbing through a friend. We asked him to bid and, subsequently, replace our churchs, 25 year old, 75 gallon water heater with a tankless. He and his guys were courteous, efficient, timely and reasonably priced. He also discovered another area of 50 year old drain pipes (in a ceiling) which was weeping and soon to be leaking. Since we were in the middle of a remodel due to a water leak, we were very thankful for this discovery, as we did not want to have another (even bigger) issue, just as we are finishing up this project. He explained all my options and worked with me to make the best choices for my living situation. Lyle and Big Beard did a great job for me! Big Beard answers their phones, were easy to schedule with, easy to communicate with, and were prompt at getting out to my house. Lyle arrived on time, and when the office stated they would arrive, fixed my problem, and went above and beyond to help me not have to replace my toilet over some cosmetic issues after it had been broken for a while ! Big beard came recommended to me, and I would certainly recommend them also. Added bonus, good pricing :).

10/10 I called Lyle to come take a look at a clogged drain in my recently purchased home, we had no clue why the drain was clogged because we hadnt moved in yet. I would recommend using Big Beard and Lyle to anyone, I wish I would have called them first. Unfortunately I got screwed over by another company the week before and was hesitant to call another plumber but Lyle came in and saved the day. I will be calling Big Beard Plumbing from now on for any plumbing related issues. His pricing is great, he breaks it down without hidden fees at the end. But most importantly he fixed the issue for a reasonable price!

Big Beard plumbing has gained a customer for life. I called 2 others plumbers and got some pretty ridiculously expensive quotes to fix our tub. Basically it would have been cheaper to get a new jetted tub. But thanks to Big Beard Plumbing I have a working tub and can still afford to feed my family this week 😀, lolIn all seriousness you will not find a better plumber/company to work with. Honest, reliable, and reasonable.

I had an issue with my shower that I couldn’t figure out. Had two other plumbers come over and both of them told me they didn’t want to attempt it or didn’t know how to do it. (It was a plumbing/handyman type issue). Big Beard came out the same day I called him, and had it fixed within hours of getting the correct part which was difficult to find in the first place. Would highly recommend.

All of them misdiagnosed the issue and one if them tried to do diagnostics on our house which were unnecessary. A different company had come out three different times to figure out why I had sewage coming up from the tub and shower, toilet not flushing properly. They never figured it out. Wow Lyle is amazing 10/10! I didn’t have any sort of appointment, I called in a panic for clogged drains in two toilets and two showers! He was to my house within the hour on a Saturday. He was done within the hour, and I am about to shower within the hour. In this TX hear that is extremely important as we all know! He has quite literally saved the day. Lyle has assembled a great team for remodeling work. We updated our jack and jill bathroom with new tile floor, granite counters, new bathtub & toilet, tile work and lighting. They repainted our existing cabinets. All of this work in only 2-1/2 weeks. They are very honest and helpful with design decisions, very reasonable on cost, pleasant to work with, and the quality of work is excellent.
