    Wes & Dooley did a very professional job installing our new smart water heater. Quite a bit of plumbing and thinking outside the box were involved and they did a fantastic job. These guys know what theyre doing! Great communication, always knew when to expect them and answered all our questions. Full of recommendations and suggestions. I found Schrader Plumbing via Google and chose them based on their great reviews. The 5 star reviews are well deserved!

    Eli was fantastic! He was polite and professional and identified the issue with my faucet immediately. He fixed it so well that it’s working even better than when I moved in! He was also very informative and it’s obvious he knows what he’s doing. I also appreciated the quick appointment time and confirmations from the office. It was a great experience in a stressful time and I’ll be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

    I called another company who wanted to charge a trip fee just to give me an estimate and was booked at least a week out. I called Schrader and they were able to come out the same day without a trip fee. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and courteous service. Will definitely use then again for any other plumbing needs.

    I called the day after New Years and got a same day appointment. Communication updates were excellent and Scott showed up as scheduled. We had an unusual problem that wasnt an easy fix but Scott supplied us with a proposal and recommendation of how to move forward with our repair. When I went to pay for his service call, I was told No Charge...if we didnt fix the problem, we dont charge. Pretty unbelievable!We have found our Plumbing Company and will be calling them again for our future needs. Great job Schrader Plumbing, thank you!

    I can’t thank Cody and the other plumber enough for coming out on short notice and getting our hot water heater installed. The cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received and they did fantastic work. I’d gladly work with Schrader again if and when the need arises.

    Alec came with his partner Derrick and they checked out my disposal, which had been clogged earlier, and explained everything in detail. One connection was a little loose and he tightened that and said everything was in good shape.     The guys from Schrader did an incredible job with my bathtub faucet!! They were not only right on time, the faucet was replaced within 1 hour, (including a trip for parts), and there was absolutely NO mess to clean up when they were done. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, and highly recommend you use them for all your plumbing needs!!!

    In my extensive dealings with this company, I found they truly value their customers in a way not many companies do in this day and age. We ended up in an unfortunate situation which could have easily devasted our family and their business ethic proved they are a company who truly desire to serve their customers. Scott was professional and explained all the work to be performed and answered all questions. Provided quote in advance of work and scheduled repair work to start the next morning.     Leaking toilet fixed in less than an hour including a trip to get a part. Polite and considerate and thorough is my description of Alec These are some specifics: No mess in the work area; careful of my house on a rainy day; brought own materials to clean up; explained in simple terms the problem, the fix and cost and Alec was just a quiet, polite young man. I called Schrader because my experience prior to this had been outstanding,too. I dont like plumbing issues but I know who to call, Schrader.

    Shawn and his colleague performed an outstanding service to fix my clogged drain line. They were both very professional and helpful in helping me understand the issue, and even allowed me view the camera inside the drain pipes. They gave a free estimate to repair a damaged pipe due to tree roots, and these guys did it all with a smile on their face. Highly recommend Schrader Plumbing to fix your plumbing problems.

    Had a sewer problem and didnt know who to call. I read the reviews and gave Schrader Plumbing a try, and Im so glad I did. I probably got a little lucky, but the time between the phone call and job completion was 45 minutes. Absolutely unheard of. The cost was more than I wanted, but the job being done correctly, in a timely manner, and professional quality work is worth the price.     Can not speak highly enough about Schrader Plumbing! From start to finish they were beyond professional and extremely knowledgeable. On top of that, most importantly left us confident and comfortable from the moment of the first call.We had a water heater in attic break and leak ALLLLL over that side of house. At first we were not sure where it was coming from. Wasn’t even sure where to start but found these guys and gave a call. They were out SAME DAY for a free estimate. We even sent them home with nothing except the prospect of calling them back that first day. They left such a good impression we called the next day feeling good about moving forward and again they arrived SAME DAY!Alec is a wizard. He knows his stuff! Presented us with all options. He was not after money. He was not looking to see “how many dollars can we get out of these guys.” His priority was us and the job at hand. That’s so beyond rare now a days. You just don’t see it anymore. We have a growing family so we were very concerned about being taken advantage of but all that worry went away very, very quickly into meeting Alec and the rest of the Schrader team.He had Derrick working with him, who knew exactly where he needed to be at all times and was incredibly respectful. Assisting Alec in every which way possible, including carrying the busted heavy water heater like it was nothing and not causing any damage in such tight spaces. They were a well oiled machine getting everything done and done right. By the time the service was over my family and I could not be happier with how the entire process went. Dare I say, surprised by how well it went.If you’re looking for a plumbing service and are not sure where to start. I highly, HIGHLY recommend the team at Schrader Plumbing!

    The guest bathroom shower stopped working just as we were expecting guests. Dusty from Schrader Plumbing was able to come the same day (that too on a Saturday) and fixed the issue in no time. A part was required and he found it in a nearby store, went and bought it, came back and installed it. The problem that had mystified two other plumbing companies was completely fixed in 2 hours. Both Dusty and his colleague Trevor were polite, professional, respectful of the house and spaces, donning protective footwear and cleaning up after themselves. They explained what they were doing, asked permission before turning the water off for testing, so there were no surprises. The total cost was reasonable which was another plus.Loved the experience and the work. They are my go to now for any plumbing issues.

    Morning emergency - morning rescue! Not only a quick response but very knowledgeable, professional and fast. Disassembled shower mechanism, replaced the defective items (utilizing specialized tools this DIY aficionado did not have) and all for a very reasonable price.     Used Schrader again for a small hose bib replacement. I am happy with the work they did today. I have used Schrader in the past for larger work with the sewer line & replacing the water heater. They work quickly without sacrificing quality. My favorite thing about them is they never try to upsell me on anything. My only critique is the large appointment time windows. A 4 hour time frame is difficult to schedule around.

    Like most, I dread calling a plumber for the cost and the confusing information that usually seems to be an aggressive selling of services. Tried Schrader for the first time and was blown away by the multiple forms and frequency of communications during the process which included a pic and brief bio of the technician prior to arrival. Everyone from the receptionist to the tech were professional, courteous, and very responsive. Needed a new water heater and the installation is exceptionally well done. I’ll be using Schrader from now on.

    Was very happy with the customer service and quality of work Schrader did. Alec came out quickly, him and another person, dont know his name, found the leak and gave me repair options. There was no pressure to spend more and the repairs were done better than expected. The concrete replacement guys even did their best to match the patch, which was above and beyond my expectations. And they warrant the repair for a year!

    Andy, you are AWESOME!! Called Schrader on Wednesday afternoon, they let me know Andy would be here at 10am the next day. Right on time! I had 3 issues that needed help - 2 showers, and a toilet. The toilet had a leak, that was an easy fix for Andy. The showers were a beast of a different nature. To make a long story short, Andy saved me a TON of money by using some good ol know how and NOT replacing all of the pipes! He also fixed my other shower where the head had snapped off at the pipe. He got me all fixed up, and did it for HALF of what it could have been (literally). A HUGE thanks to Andy for being a total pro - he could have easily just replaced all the shower pipes in the wall, but he kept at it and found a fix that got my hot water running again and saved me $$$. Nothing better than finding someone like Andy that you can trust. Next time I have an issue, I wouldnt use anyone else! Thank you!!

The great thing about Schrader is they gave me a reasonable quote and when they ran into some problems, they did not change the price and they did the job professionally. The tech came out, told me what to expect and provided an estimate. This time was totally different. While the tech was friendly, he didnt measure anything. All he said was youll have to run another line and to call when the building is already here. I was disappointed. The whole purpose of an estimate is to give me a roundabout figure without the structure being up.

The dream team who was fun to see despite the reason they really were there. 3 years ago when I needed your services and we ended up needing 185 linear feet of tunneling to completely repair the sewage I felt overwhelmed. Schrader heeded the call and fixed the plumbing. However, within 3 years the foundation shifted again, due in large part to break in the sewage in the laundry room amongst other factors.Instead of retreating, John again heeded the call and with his team made sure the project was handled. At every step, including in the beginning where I went guns ablazing, Schrader came back with a resounding, we got you.When the foundation company lifted the house 3inches and the main water supply broke, it felt as if there was a certain element of doom. Instead, Schrader rose to the challenge (with a bill) and made my house my home again.Everyone I worked with was deeply respectful and it was a pleasure to work with them. There were unfortunate circumstances that our relationship had to continue for 2 weeks longer than intended, but it was appreciative of the folks I did have to work with.As this is a review, I cannot dispose of this without some restraint. There was a feeling that after the 2nd week, there was a loss of stamina in finishing this project and some delays that may have been avoidable with earlier planning. It was a hard project, I understand it wasnt perfect but the experience with each individual made what was an awful and expensive issue that much easier to manage.Thank you

    Allen was great! He was pleasant, honest and efficient. We really appreciate Schrader for sending Allen out so quickly. We will definitely be using this company again.Adding to my last review:Allen has been to our house 3 times now, because of different problems that keep coming up in our house, not because of anything with the job done. Allen has been great. Hes so honest and helpful every single time. Hes courteous, conscious of time and money and is great at explaining everything that is going on and that is needed. He has gone above and beyond for us. We will be calling him a 4th time pretty soon.🤣 Schrader is a fantastic company. Star, the woman who answers and schedules has been great as well.     After having a half dozen different Plumbers work on my house, never fixing the problem, each charging me an arm and a leg, promising me that it could only be fixed for millions more…. I am so happy to say that I FINALLY FOUND THE PERFECT PLUMBER!!!! Tuck didnt come in with a money sucking sales pitch … he came in with the knowledge needed to resolve the issue and he DID JUST THAT!!!     Schrader Plumbings Chris Alvarado was very supportive and highly processional with the replacement of the main sewer line from our home to the city sewer system. Chis clearly identified the problems we had, expertly explained our options and helped us understand the risks. We decided to replace the line in full. Chris was there for us, and with us, through the entire process. The Schrader team including Star at their NRH office was also very helpful. I highly recommend Schrader Plumbing and Chris Alvarado. They are a reliable, honest and high quality team for all your plumbing needs.

    Had a leaky toilet that needed replacing and needed it done asap as water was off to whole house due to a faulty supply line shut off valve. Schrader was able to be on site within a few hours and quickly completed the replacement. Price was in line with going rate for this type of service.

    2-25-2023 Update for Kitchen Faucet Replacement: called mid morning on Saturday. Setup Monday Appt with possibility if someone cancelled to have it done today. The office called and they sent Sergey Nukulin out mid afternoon.They texted his Foto and experience and he arrived shortly. Sergey was professional and a good communicator.new faucet looks great.Highly Recommended—-///—-///—-Prior Service:Called shortly after 8AM this morning, which is a Monday. My issue was the Kitchen Sink Pipes connecting to the Drain were leaking directly under the sink. They made an appointment for this afternoon, I received a text confirmation of the appointment, they called and texted when they were on their way. They diagnosed and repaired the leak.The plumbers, Chris and John did a great job. Very professional and polite.Highly recommended!

    I’ve tried to work with a few different plumbing companies here in the DFW area and none have been as kind and communicative as Schrader has. My husband and I needed to have extensive plumbing and drainage work done in the old house that we purchased and our technician James Tuck was thoughtful, thorough, and communicated the issue and process very well. Scheduling with Schrader was fast and easy, Star on the phone was amazingly helpful, and overall it’s just been a wonderful experience compared to the stress of the situation. We’ll be going to them for any and all plumbing needs in the future.

    Discovered a puddle in my front yard, right next to the foundation. Feared the worst. Call them on Sunday and hung up. THEY CALLED ME first thing Monday morning inquiring about my call. I made appointment that day in the afternoon, though they had an earlier available window. I got a text with picture of the technician just prior to their arrival and a call to ensure I was home when they were on their way. When Alec arrived, he introduced himself before examining issue. Alec answered all my questions and let me know the possible options that would come up after a dig and discovery service was performed. Thankfully, the issue was the best imaginable for me as the homeowner, and the solution was able to be applied that same day. Within 4 hours I went from needing a quote to having the issue fixed. Hope I don’t have to use this company in the future, but will do if plumbing issue arises.

    So this wasn’t the first time we’ve had a plumber out to fix the pipes underneath the sink this last time was somebody who installed the garbage disposal and was supposed to fix everything so it wouldn’t leak and low and behold it wasn’t done properly so happens that Schraders plumbing has a gentleman who lives in my neighborhood snapshot of his truck so I could call and Allen Came out I’m running a load of dishes right now in the dishwasher and I just washed some by hand and no leaks! I’m grateful to Allen. I told him what the issue was and he took care of it after seeing the last job! Thank you Allen!

    Timely and professional service. It wasnt the answer we wanted (we need more work done), but we are confident in the diagnosis.     Overall, the experience was good. I would like to see a little tighter time frame for arriving. Since some work involves cutting holes and walls and having to replace the wall, A better list of qualified candidates would be helpful than just one company reference. Once the plumbing work is done, the customer is now trying to find someone to fix the holes.

    Scott and Shawn are amazing! I had a slow leak in my water line going from my house to the city causing a small pond to form in my front yard. Scott arrived on time, explained the options to fix the problem, showed me the piping and connections to replace and the pricing was way better than the last plumbing company I used to fix this same issue a few years ago. I was thoroughly impressed with these guys and will definitely call them again!

I felt like I was in good hands from the start, and with the highest number of satisfied customers it was a no brainer.     Schrader Plumbing was recommended by a friend who had used them and was pleased. I called them to do a leak test on my plumbing/sewer system prior to foundation repair. They came the very next day to give a free estimate. They were right on time and Wes and his apprentice explained everything to me regarding the process and the results. They answered all my questions and discussed options with me. I was very pleased with their service.
