We can proudly say that Tri-County Home Services, LLC is best in class. Oleh is a great communicator, is always on time, has great attention to detail, and his work is impeccable and prices fair. He turned an unfinished laundry and utility room into a beautiful combination laundry/half bath. I had 4 quotes and this was second lowest but the most complete. The lowest cut corners. I absolutely made the right decision. Being a retired engineer with carpentry experience, I can attest that the work was absolutely top notch. Also he came the day that was scheduled and came every week day until the job was complete.

I found Tri-County Home Services through the Thumbtack app. When Oleh came to provide an estimate, he made a great impression. We had a few more estimates and ended up choosing Tri-County - even though they were slightly more expensive. You get what you pay for… all the work was completed within the defined timeframe and was perfectly done. I will be hiring Oleh again and highly recommend him.

I met the business owner of this company while at the gas station as i overheard him on the phone talking to one of his current customers, I then approached him and asked him if he worked on Soffit repairs/replacement and he advised me that yes he does. In a brief day he came by my place and gave me a solid & reasonable estimate to remove and replace the soffit in the rear portion of our home. While he was here one of my neighbors across the street also needed the same repairs for the front of his house so he gave him an estimate as well. A few days later he came by and completed both jobs in one day, he was prompt, professional, reasonable, well organized and cleaned up before he left the job. We highly recommend this company and for his job performance he gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏👏. Thank you so very much., we will definitely use him in the near future for other jobs.
