There was a leak in front of one of the buildings in the complex. At first Flo-Tech put us on the schedule for later in the day that we called. They ultimately arranged to have someone out within 2 hours of our call. They are professional, accommodating and did a great job!We use them for our office and clubhouse A/C maintenance as well as plumbing issues. Many of the residents also use them for their units.

The field team is extremely helpful. I was given options on how to move forward and cost estimates related to each one. The owner was very patient and answered all of my questions. It was extra challenging trying to manage the repairs long distance, but they worked with me and accomplished all that we needed to with the AC. Now running beautifully. I also called a plumber out to unclog a drain. That experience was not as positive, but they were prompt to come out the next day, so Im going to leave it at that.

Flo-Tech is now my new plumbing company. I had a water leak under the garage. The owner came out within a few hours of my call. I had 3 companies lined up. Flo-Tech sounded the most knowledgeable to me. We ended up replumbing the entire house after the leak was found and old copper line capped. They were close to the best price but what won me over was when they told me they would take the time to hide the new water lines in the interior walls. And they did. The other companies said they couldn’t do that and that the lines would show on my lanai walls and on the sides of my house.They did a great job. Were on time and cleaned everything! Even came to check my lines the next day.Thank you.I’m having them do my AC next.Almost one year later now I am in need of HVaC work. I had an offer for $29.99 cleaning from Advanced heating and air. When they came out they told me I may end up in the hospital with lung issues due to mold in my garage unit. Said I need around $400 to top off Freon stuff and potentially a new HVAC system. So, I called Flo-Tech right out for a second opinion. Chad showed me how the readings were taken incorrectly and explained the true ones. At this point my unit is still under warranty and he found no big issues. He then cleaned my outside unit and the inside drain then gave me some advise for upkeep. I set up bi-annual checks and thanked him for his expertise.So now they are my plumbing and HVaC guys.I highly recommend Flo-Tech and I will never fall for a cheap cleaning deal from another company.

I was accepting that but in passing conversation I commented how long Id been dealing and that I was working with a five gallon bucket under the sink.
