Kraig came to fix a non functioning outlet and found a different, more complex problem. He found the problem at a junction box and repaired it quickly. He was professional, explained my problems as he found them to keep me informed. His number is now in my book of the best to call.

Kraig was a total pro and super efficient. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the issue, and worked until it was sorted. Unlike hourly rates, he only charged for the fix, making his prices unbeatable. The problem was really tricky – 2 previous electricians couldnt crack it. Kraig not only offers great prices but also boasts impressive expertise. I wholeheartedly suggest him for any electrical woes, and Ill definitely turn to him for future repairs.

These guys are quick, professional, honest, and their prices are more than fair. At no point did they try to sell anything other than what they arrived to repair, which was my main circuit breaker. I definitely know who to contact in the future for any electrical work I might need. You cant beat Kraigs on price and quality of service. 5 stars for sure!!!

Kraigs Electrical Services installed 6 recessed lights in my kitchen and did a fantastic job. He was on time, even a few minutes early. He came a few days before and promptly assessed my needs and really listened to what I was trying to achieve. He and his partner were extremely attentive to making sure things were as I wanted them, and he took great care in selecting lights that would compliment the recessed lighting that was already installed by the builder. They worked efficiently, completing the job in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up afterwards. The price was more than reasonable. I will definitely do business with Kraigs Electrical again, and, in fact, have already lined up my next job to hang sconces. It is worth mentioning that, Kraig answers my phone calls promptly and if hes in the middle of job, calls me back shortly thereafter, which seems to be a dying art in customer service these days among all service providers. If you have an electrical job and want it done right, at a fair/honest price and you want good customer service, Kraig is your guy.
