Due to a recent electrical emergency at my shopping center in Hampton all 10 businesses had to be shut down for about 6 hours. I almost had a nervous breakdown over the stress but Kingsley Hart was unwavering in his patience, determination and commitment to getting it done. He dealt with the city for permits and after hours inspection and Dominion Energy in coordination to complete the job. As a matter of fact, one of Mr. Hart’s former employees (Shawn) is who recommended Mr. Hart after two other well known “commercial” electric business said they couldn’t do the job. I never met Mr.Hart but we texted and talked numerous times over the week preceding the project and he just comes across as a kind person as well as a professional. Our entire home was having electrical issues days before Christmas. After calling Hart Electric, they had a couple of techs to our house within 24 hours. They were on-time, professional, quick to diagnose the problem, and had us up and running within a couple hours. This was our second time using them, and we’ll continue to use them in the future. I am so impressed with Hart Electric!I could not get through via phone so I submitted my request through their website. Kingsley Hart called me within an hour. I was able to tell him my problem and then emailed him pictures of my breaker panel. Shawn and Johnny arrived 30 minutes later. They found multiple problems, fixed said problems, tested everything and cleaned up. They both wore masks (as did I). I cant thank them enough! So happy to have a working cooktop again!
