We are very happy that we worked with Alec and Tyler! We were having issues with our garage flooding and suspected that the issue had to do with a clogged pipe that was supposed to divert water away from our house. I researched who to contact and found Zoom drain and ended up only reaching out to them because they had great reviews on NextDoor and on Google. It seemed that most customers appreciated their responsiveness, their expertise, and their professionalism. I had a very consistent experience with them - scheduling was very easy and they worked with my schedule and came when they said they would. They found the issue and it unfortunately was a completely collapsed pipe that required more work than I was expecting. Thankfully, they gave me a quote for repair prior to starting the work and returned later that morning to fix the pipe. It has been several weeks and we have had some good rains and we have not had any issues with flooding whatsoever. I appreciated that the owner, Tyler, personally called me to troubleshoot prior to our appointment and he also came with Alec to investigate the flooding issue. Alec was also knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix our pipe and cleaned up everything when he was finished. Highly recommend!

Great service and quick to answer and follow up with any questions I may have had. I called them out on Friday, fixed by Tuesday and luckily found more issues with older pipes that would have prevented more of a disaster down the line and fixed that by Wednesday. Estimates were dead on and were in my opinion very fair for the work they did. Dont waste your time with someone who may appear cheaper or who may try and scam you, just go with the best in Zoom Drain and get it done right.

The Zoom Drain team utilized their state of the art camera, truck an equipment to identify and repair multiple outdoor down spout drain lines around our home that had been damaged due to irrigation piping being poorly installed years earlier. The gutter system was backing up and pooling large amounts of water around our home during the strong rain storms over the last few weeks. All of the gutter drain systems that were serviced are now working well and keeping the water away from the house.

The owner, Tyler, and technician, Alec, were exceptionally communicative, helpful, compassionate, and transparent throughout the entire process. They responded promptly to any questions or concerns, and I felt cared for throughout the entire process.The Zoom Drain team also showed a great ability to handle unexpected complications with efficiency and professionalism. When the job became more complicated than initially anticipated due to the presence of concrete below the soil surface, they promptly communicated the issues, presented viable solutions, and worked diligently to resolve the problems.Tyler and Alec also kept excellent records/photos once the project was underway. This became especially valuable when dealing with insurance. The comprehensive documentation of the job ensured a seamless process when submitting claims.I am so grateful my plumber recommended Zoom Drain when the issue arose and extend my own recommendation to others who are having drainage issues!

Our service was performed by Shawn Ross, and he was very courteous and up front. He diagnosed our problem, provided my wife and me with what caused the problem, and how to correct the problem. Although Shawn was only able to provide a temporary solution, he left us with what would need to be done to provide a permanent solution to the problem. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the service we received from Zoom Drain and Shawn.

The service was overall excellent and Shawn was great. I wish that he had been able to give me more than one option for cleaning out the sewer line - the jet service is the most expensive and a cleaning with a regular snake would have likely accomplished the same. He also did not check the entire line and made the assumption that the only blockage was at the end of the line - I am not fully convinced of that though, but a repeat visit will not incur additional expense for us.

Im a commercial real estate property manager in Lexington, KY and we had a significant sewage backup at a property we manage in Louisville. We had a local plumber go out and snake the line, but it was clogged again a week later. Tylers team showed up EARLY, ran a camera down the line, they called me and explained the issue, jetted the line, checked it again on camera to confirm it was clear, and then jetted it again for good measure. The tech called me back to share all the details and even texted me a marked up picture showing me where the drain line runs across the parking lot and where the clog was located. I was very impressed and already have another job lined up for next week.
