    Fantastic customer service by Nick and the rest of the team. Our thermostat went out on our gas hot water heater and they were very quick to order the parts and approve things through our home warranty. Nick was very professional and helpful to give an overview of the work to be done and went the extra mile to answer my questions as the homeowner of what things I can do for routine maintenance.     The crew at Ken Tyson has helped us on several renovation projects - including adding lines fir a washer and dryer, installing tub drain, faucets, shower plumbing and fixtures and the toilet.Rex was an excellent communicator and oversaw the work, start to finish. His crew was efficient, professional and did good wok. They stick with the original quote, which allowed us to stay on budget. Being new to the area, it’s not easy to find sub contractors you can rely on. I am grateful for the people who helped us being our vision to life.

    We had a leak from our outdoor spigot into the basement-when I called Ken Tyson Plumbing, they fit me in the same day. Oliver was very professional and had the problem fixed quickly. Everyone I spoke to in the office was very nice and Ken called me and spoke with the insurance company when there was an issue. Thanks to everyone.

    Ken Tyson Plumbing saved me in a pinch! Over the summer I had scheduled a couple other people to come over and fix a leak under my master bathroom sink. To be ready for guests, the work needed to be done by September. After a couple of no shows on the handy man front, I didnt know what to do! Then I saw a Ken Tyson Plumbing van at a local gas station and made the call. Ken Tyson sent over one of his very best plumbers, James, who even showed up EARLY--on a Saturday!, and the job was done in 6 minutes. Best service ever! I definitely recommend Ken Tyson Plumbing!!!

    Had an emergency with my water heater and I called Ken Tyson plumbing. They were able to come out the same day! The plumber was great and very detailed explaining everything to me. I recommend them for all plumbing needs.

    Ken Tysons team called in my situation immediately (811 before-you-dig) before I contracted work to them. Then, immediately upon receiving approval, came in two days ahead of original schedule and restored water supply to my house. Their crew was quick and efficient.     Once again, Ken Tyson Plumbing came to my rescue! I had called a different plumber (recommended by a friend) about a possible upstairs bathroom sewage leak that was staining the ceiling on the first floor. After three days of calling, leaving messages, and not receiving a reply, I finally contacted Ken Tyson, and they sent James out that evening. The problem was fixed in a jiffy and just before I was headed out-of-town. This is the same scenario I experienced a year or so ago when Tyson Plumbing helped me in a bind. James plumbing acumen and easy-going disposition really put me at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. Your customer service is top notch!

    Our 19-year old water heater croaked on a Friday morning. I was sure I couldn’t get a plumber before Monday. I called Tyson Plumbing at 10:45am and I’m pleased to say their plumber, Oliver, showed up at 1:30pm and a new water heater was in place by 4:00. They sent an additional person to help carry out the old heater and carry in the new one since it was located on the second floor. Overall, I feel we had great service at a fair cost. We have used Tyson in the past and we will certainly use them for future needs.
