    Iā€™m extremely happy with the work done by JP. Heā€™s a very knowledgeable young man and he went above and beyond and always with a smile! I will never call any other electric company but definitely I will always want JP to come to my house if I need repairs.     I came home Thursday night and turned on the lights in my Study and heard this loud pop and all the ceiling lights went out. I thought I might have just blown the fuse for the lights in the study, but something told me it was more. I went to the fuse box and reset the fuses and came back to the study and checked....still no lights. So now I knew it was time to call for help. It was time to call in the Big Guns! So I called Mister Sparky to send out an Electrician to figure out what was wrong. They sent me out Brett Adams, and he figured out the problem in no time. I had replaced all the lights in my house with new LED light fixtures, but I had left the old housings in and just attached the new LEDs to the old housings. These old housings had a device built-in to them that acted like a starter does in a florescent light system, and this caused a reaction between the old and new technologies which was the loud pop I heard when the two reacted and blew up. Brett was extremely knowledgeable and knew all about this, as well as what it was going to take to get it fixed. Brett got right on the repairs as soon as I gave him the okay to proceed and was done shortly afterwards. Brett is a true professional and does quality work. I would highly recommend Brett, both for his professionalism and his skills. If Mister Sparky will let you ask for him by name I would certainly do so.

    Absolutely fantastic experience with Triston from Mister Sparky! ā­ā­ā­ā­ā­Triston recently installed a new ceiling fan in my bedroom and took care of a couple of broken outlets. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly an expert in his field. He carefully explained the process, ensuring I understood everything before starting. The ceiling fan installation was seamless and precise, and he even took the time to clean up afterward.Not stopping there, he efficiently fixed my problematic outlets without any hassle. Tristonā€™s attention to detail and commitment to quality work were evident throughout the entire experience.     Zach worked hard to complete all the projects we had to get accomplished within a limited timeframe. He was on time, professional and friendly. Mr. Sparky is higher priced than many other electricians. That said, they are able to get you scheduled timely (in our case, next day) actually show up, and provide you with peace of mind that they have reviewed your home for safety issues that may need to be addressed. They also provide a warranty, so if anything goes wrong, they will return and fix the problem.

    Great job Zach and Devin. Arrived on time for starters. Added some outlets for me and ran a new feed from a breaker box with the mains to an old box that needed updates. The house is 2 story with the lower level being built in 1939, which was where the work was needed. Doing anything in an old house can be a real challenge. The boys had to think outside the box because of the obstacles an old house can bring. Job got done in a calm and professional manner. Cleaned up nicely once the job was completed. Highly recommend Mr Sparky.

    This is the second time I have used Mr. Sparky. Both times my experience has been excellent. They take the time to explain their process and anything that needs an answer. I was never rushed for a decision. I had an urgent need and they completely met my expectations. A rotten tree fell and took out my power pole yanking the line out of my mast. While I have their estimate and an appointment. I have not seen or heard anything of the power company regarding their part. I have an 83 year old mother living with me. Thank God I have a generator.

    As always, I made appointments, for estimates, with several companies prior to making a decision on which company to hire for the job. One electrician was a no-show and the second was just not as knowledgeable as the wonderful electrician, Thomas Provan, sent by Mr. Sparky. On the day of the estimate appointment, Thomas kept me up to date on his arrival time and arrived exactly as promised. Once in our home, he was very thorough and gave a quick and detailed quote. He knew exactly how to remedy all of our problems. When he came back to complete the work, he did an outstanding job on everything. Thomas is not only a great electrician, he is also a nice, polite young man I enjoyed getting to know. I would recommend Mr. Sparky and, especially, Thomas Provan to all of my friends and family, as well as my Real Estate clients. Mr. Sparkys office was also very professional from start to finish. I know this is a long and detailed review but you just dont see customer service like this these days.     We recently rebuilt a dock on the Bay in Miramar Beach. As a result of tearing down what was left of the older dock, new wiring had to be installed for electricity and lighting on the new dock.Mister Sparky was easy to work with. We scheduled an appointment on a day that was convenient, two men showed up on that scheduled date, and provided a quote for the work after spending about an hour looking over the work requirements.On the day of installation, one person showed up and started the work running wires on the dock platform. The next day an additional person was there as well to ensure the work was completed that day.The work was done well. It required running wire under the entire dock to the platform, installing electrical outlets, a new circuit box and putting up outside lighting.The workers were professional and knowledgeable. The outlets and the electrical circuit works well and appears to be safely installedā€”a major consideration as there is water all around.In short, we were very pleased with the job that was done and do not hesitate to recommend Mr. Sparky for electrical work.
