Chris has helped us out several times, always know the job gets done right when he says it’s fixed. Any time I call they have a service truck at the door in an hour , that’s included weekend and evening in my experience

From the time I called to the time they showed up was less than half an hour. They fixed the problem and had us back to normal in a very short time. I was very pleased with the service they offered. There was no pressure to pay the bill on the spot and I was able to call the next day to have everything paid in full. The receptionist was very kind. I plan on using this company again in the future because of the positive attitude given by everyone we interacted with and the speed and quality of the service.

I own a grooming salon, and deal with a lot of dog hair! We got a pretty bad clog in our wash tub, and just about flooded our shop. A local friend recommended Star, so I gave them a call. They were quick with the response, and very helpful with educating me on what to use & what not to use for our plumbing needs!The two gentlemen were AWESOME! Very efficient, thorough, and got the big job finished in a timely manner! I’m very appreciative of them & their service!Thanks for saving the day, Star!

An incredible family-owned, customer-first business. Main basement floor drain backed up on a Saturday afternoon, and Stan was on the job within an hour, even missing a family event to help me in a pinch. He and Ray recommended an external cleanout as well as installers to make this an easier (and cheaper) task next time, and were very clear in their instructions for future care of my main drain line. This business is top-notch, professional, prompt, and customer-focused! Thank you Stan!

Saturday at 4 pm, freezing cold out, our main drain decides to clog. Call placed at 5 pm, they had Stan come out.. He was there in less than an 30 minutes! Yes it was 280 dollars but for how quick and efficient everything was, Id definitely recommend Star. Stan was very knowledgeable and quick. Highly recommend.

We needed help with our shower drain shortly before moving six hours away, so we were on a time crunch. Star Drain was able to send someone out within a couple of hours at no extra charge. Ray was kind and professional and got the issue taken care of--plus, he cut our bill in half! I have used Star Drain several other times and always had favorable results. If we were still in Newton, I would definitely call them again!

9/3/2019. Chris showed up within a couple hours, just as promised. He was efficient and professional, explaining everything he was doing(since I watched with curiosity.) The Bill was about $30 cheaper than we thought it would be. Have Chris a tip and thanked him for his hard work. I highly recommend Star Drain. Chris, keep up the fine work!

Stan was very professional & helpful. He gave us good tips on how to keep our pipes clean & explained to us how to install a clean out pipe. And even for him coming out in the weekend the rate was very reasonable! Will use then from now on!

I love my Star Drain folks, I dont bother calling anyone else. They are punctual, clean people and considerate of your home and property. The receptionist said 20 min. Then due to the train, she called back to let us know exactly what was going on. Complete transparency. And he still got here in 20 min. or less. They are extremely polite, good natured folks who are of good humor. They arent out to gouge you and get rich, they pride themselves in being helpful for everyone and anyone who needs help.
