I meet Steven (McLaughlin Plumbing) back in 2014 on a remodeling job he did for us. I have used him several times over the years since, most of the time calling him on a moments notice to get something fixed. He has ALWAYS accommodated us. This brings me to today. I had a issue with main water line from well to house leaking. Steven immediately sent someone to repair my line. This was after T.S. Helena has wrecked havoc on western N.C. and everyone was needing something. He sacrificed his needs being without power to provide for my wife and I. McLaughlin Plumbing goes above and beyond! Thanks!

The first two companies I called Thursday said it would be 4+ days before they could come out. I had to cut my water off at 11 pm Wednesday night due to my hot water not turning off in the shower. I called McLaughlin. He called one of his trucks and Joe called back within 10 minutes. Joe and Cole were here within 30 minutes. They were both nice and professional. Joe found a small mistake made by the last plumber and also fixed what the last one couldnt which fixed the problem. I was very happy with the price I was charged!! The last plumber said I would have to tear the wall out to fix what Joe was able to fix in about 30 minutes. THANK YOU so much McLaughlin (JOE and Cole)!!! I will be suggesting this company to others and I will be calling you next time I need a plumber!

I just used Mclaughlin Plumbing for the first time Tuesday, July 2. Was unable to schedule plumbing service used in the past because of backlog of jobs due to July 4th holiday week.Contacted Mclaughlin after reading huge number of great online reviews. WOW! Were all reviews right on the mark! Mclaughlin also had backlog of jobs,but promised to work me into their schedule by the next day. True to their promise, they called the next morning and my plumbing problem was fixed within less than 2 hours. They did a great job. Very professional and personable with added bonus of reasonable pricing. Will be my number one go to for all future plumbing needs.

Over the past month my wife and I began hearing a periodic whining/whistling noise when we turned on a faucet. The sound was coming from the crawlspace and was loudest near the main shutoff. I searched the Internet for a local, highly recommended plumbing company and decided to ask McLaughlin plumbing to evaluate and fix the problem.My call was answered in a professional and cordial manner. They scheduled an appointment for me 48 hours later. The young man who came to my home arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and resolved the problem by replacing the pressure regulating valve in the system. He also inspected the other plumbing components in our crawlspace and reported to me that everything else looked good. And the price was very, very reasonable.I have found the plumbing company that I will call for all my future needs. I highly recommend McLaughlin Plumbing.

I had some work done by McLaughlin Plumbing & Repair not too long ago. They were very professional and did a great job. They even cleaned up their mess. After getting my well pump fixed, they put in a heater to prevent it from freezing up again. It works on a timer, to save me money. They went out of their way to make sure I had water. Wow, It was very reasonably priced and it does a great job. I would recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber.

I built a new home and during the planning stage, I talked to a few different plumbing companies before selecting Steve to do the work. I could not be more happy. He was easy to talk to, explained everything to us, and was very professional. He did a fantastic job with the entire house from the rough-in all the way to installing the fixtures at the end. He knows what he is doing and it shows. Steve went the extra mile to make sure we were happy, even though he was busy with other jobs too. The part that really impressed me is that he always seem to answer his phone even on the weekends. I cant say that about to many of the other trades that I used during the house build. I am thrilled with his work and recommend Steve to anyone looking for a plumber. You will not be disappointed.

This was around a year or so ago and just never got around to leaving a review. I called about our water heater going out and stated I wanted to go to a tankless unit. He gave me a few options over the phone, came up with a game plan and scheduled the appointment. His guys showed up, tore the entire old system out and left us with an awesome new system. Even told us that the parts supplier ordered the wrong unit (A much bigger, nicer, and more expensive unit) but the quote he told me would be honored. I got a unit worth a few hundred dollars more and he didnt try to change the price and screw me last minute. Will definitely do business again.

After installing new cabinets and countertops, I found out that the waste drain into the wall was too high for for my new farmhouse sink to drain adequately. I was afraid the only option was going to be cutting into the wall to relocate the drain pipe. Not so! Stephen and his son had everything reconfigured and working properly within a couple of hours, and left everything neat and tidy. I am one happy customer!

Called Steve with a burst pipe in my well house at about 4:00 pm after a single digit temps. He said he had a few jobs ahead of me and it may be a while. Just a few minutes later, Michael, Steves employee called to say he was on the way to me. He was there within the hour and had us fixed up with a better replacement pipe than I had to begin with. He was done in an hour or less and we had water again! He was very courteous and was willing to answer my questions. My husband called with a follow-up question the next day and Steve was happy to provide assistance. Will definitely call him again if we need a plumber again!

Contacted them with a couple of smaller items (leaking hot water heater inlet and bad main valve on house) that added up to a big hassle for us.
