Justin has done several jobs for me, from simple to more complicated, always doing a complete and thorough job. Recently, I flooded my boiler and Justin walked me through the process to empty it out by phone and text. I appreciated his help and successfully stopped the water without a house call and appreciated the generosity of his time. Ive only had positive experiences with Justin and would recommend him.

Justin is exceptional, when our hot water heater sprung a leak he helped us get through the crisis. He first communicated on the phone how to shut off the water flowing to the tank, and then came over as soon as he was able to drain it and install a replacement. Justin also identified problems with how the old tank was venting and patched up the connection to the chimney making a safer, more efficient system. We would reccommend him to anyone and will defintely call him again with any future plumbing needs. He clearly cares about the quality of his work and the integrity of his craft. Thanks Justin

Justin is responsive, reliable and knowledgeable, I wouldnt use anyone else. I called for help with a clogged kitchen disposal which he came to look at. I also had noticed (but forgot to mention on the phone) that my basement bathroom was having an issue flushing (it runs on a pump) and asked casually if Justin wouldnt mind looking at it while he was there. The toilet turned out to be a major problem that Justin was able to diagnose quickly and put in his schedule over the next couple of days. I work in and around Newton and pass Justin on the road---hes everywhere and his friendly and positive attitude are contagious. Getting a beep and a wave from your plumber is the best!

I recently had Justin come to my house to service my boiler and answer many questions. As a new home owners I was very unsure of a lot of things related to my boiler and my heating systems. He put my worries to rest by walking me through everything I needed to know regarding my boiler and heating system. He was on time, professional, clean, and very knowledgeable. I believe I have found myself a great plumber for all of my plumbing needs!

Justin did a great job on our bathroom. There were several tricky areas remodeling a bathroom in a 90 year old home and Justin worked them all flawlessly. Important positives are his getting back to you quickly and working hard to meet the timeline of the project. Highly recommended.

Amazing work, professional, and is very prompt in responding. Justin cares and understands the problem from the customer perspective and explains everything clearly. He was also able to accommodate the time and schedule for me. Already mentioned he is a professional he went beyond and checked the safety quotas, care instructions and basic knowledge regarding the work and answered all the general questions we had. Price is good, reasonable. I would definitely recommend him!

I found Justin a year ago when my long-time plumber admitted that they didnt have the training to work on my high efficiency Viessmann boiler. Id neglected the fixture, but Justin was able to scrounge the parts and resurrect it, for which he has our sincere appreciation. Hes also been diligent about getting back to us when we have an issue, an attribute that I wish was more common.

Justin is fantastic. We have used JPR for supply water, steam heat, and gas-related issues. Whatever the situation, he has the answer...or will find it. His work is excellent, with well thought-through solutions to the quirks we have in our very old house. He goes by the code book and assures you understand how to operate things and shut things off should something go wrong. He goes the extra mile to make sure the work is done right, and hell unquestioningly stand behind what he does. You can truly rely on Justin.

JPR has been my plumbing and heating contractor of choice for about two years. When you hire JPR to do work in your home, you get Justin the owner who is not “just another plumber.” Time after time Justin has demonstrated to me the breadth of his knowledge relating plumbing and heating systems. This competency is delivered in ways that matter most: prompt and courteous service, patience in explaining what needs to be done, fair pricing (and above all) neatness in his work. I am also in a position to accurately assess JPR’s competence. My father was a plumbing and heating contractor in the Metro Boston area for over 70 years. As a result my standards (and expectations) are very high and I have cycled through a number of mechanical contractors over the years with disappointing results. This is not the case with JPR. Justin’s work is of the highest quality, and I highly recommend him and his company for all your plumbing and heating needs. You will not be disappointed.

I am a repeat customer. Justin is very responsive, answers all questions and concerns and takes his time to make sure you understand all the details. Time was of the essence in this case. He came right over. He removed an old Zoeller sump pump, capped the copper water pipe and pvc tube and hauled the old pump away. He also checked the overflow tank he installed a year ago. His fee was very reasonable. We will call him again.

Great plumbers. They have replaced a hot water heater for us and done some work on damaged pipes for an irrigation system. They have always been helpful, prompt and professional. They managed to fit in an our work when another customer canceled, so that meant they were available on short notice. They seem to always make sure to do the job to a high quality and take the time to explain the work they have done, which is appreciated. I look forward to continuing working with them for any future plumbing work.

I am an older single woman who owns an old house built by a DIY owner. I have been working with Justin for YEARS!!! Everything from istalling the dishwasher from hell to the most recent sump pump replacement during the March deluge. I trust in my house without my being there. I find his pricing to be fair. He goes above and beyond, staying to find the loud noise the pump makes and softening that (whew!!). He is good at so MANY plumbing and heating dilemmas---a real detective! I wish I could give him SIX STARS! Can hardly wait to get him started on the new bathroom.

JPR was the only company that answered the phone during the recent cold and dangerous weather we just experienced. The representative who answered the call was able to walk me through the necessary procedures to temporarily slow down the damage being caused by a pipe which had burst in my home. This call not only saved my home but was able to give me piece of mind during the situation until someone was able to come onsite. Since his visit, Justin the owner has called and checked on my situation. I cannot say I have received service like this before, JPR truly cares about their customers.

Justin was very helpful and honest about what my options were. I was looking into getting an auto-water feeder installed but in order to do that it would have required some time intensive extra visits to clean out the sediment in the system which wouldnt be necessary if I chose to hold off on it. I decided to wait until I was in a better financial situation. He then went above and beyond in advising me on how to better drain and maintain my steam boilers myself via text message. I was very grateful, I sent him a picture of the system and discovered Id been draining from the wrong faucet for years! Now Im able to do a proper annual drain myself. Thanks!
