I am very thankful to have worked with Titan Solar and Electric (Ben Mcgaha). Ben and his crew were very professional, helpful, and supportive. Before working with Ben, I had three other electricians who were not helpful and very rude. Ben made my experience very easy and I was pleased with the work and how long it took them. They were in and out . Titan Solar and Electric prices are very good, their work is clean ( they did not make a mess) and they were God sent .Thank you ,COOT JOHNSON

Absolutely recommend Ben and his company. The quality of work and professionalism is outstanding. As a general contractor it is a great feeling to know I do not have to worry about the electrical or solar work on our projects because this company is amazing. Here are a few pictures of the very nice very clean work he has done. 10/10!

Excellent service!!! Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable about all breaker box and fuse panel issues. Ben repaired our newly purchased house that was not ground supported, and made it fully protected. I would definitely recommend his company for any electrical issues for any customer. We will definitely hire him and his company again for issues we ever have in the future.

Would absolutely recommend! Came out on a Sunday to fix our electricity issue with our external breaker box when we were left in a bind. Ben was terrific to work with, their prices are more than reasonable, they are extremely professional - highly recommend!!

The electrician you need and the service you want!! Ben and his crew are great guys that do wonderful work! They took us on in an emergency situation, underbid their competition, and got the job done in record time!! In addition, to doing a great job, they are also very personable and friendly too. Never once did they talk down to me, instead when I asked questions they went out of their way to explain things too me, which I appreciated very much! Well never use anyone else. :) Thanks guys!!

I called Titan to have new service installed from the pole to our house and upgrade our breaker box to double the amperage. Also he hooked up our dryer, set up a 30 amp line for our rv and ran power to out pump house. When I called, I had a call back in less than 24 hrs, the work was done promptly, my follow up questions were answered quickly , and all at a fair price. I highly recommend Ben and Justin at Titan Electric and Solar.

When my wife & I were selling our home in Pigeon Forge, we had a couple electrical issues due to our house being wired with a two-wire system in some areas and three-wire system in other areas that had been done afterwards. Due to a loose ground wire and no GFCI’s in needed areas Titan sent Ben & Dustin out to access situation. They fixed the loose ground pronto and they checked Tn codes to be legal with fixing the rest. Once done everything was notated and a proper summary of fixes with codes were sent to prospective buyer that ‘SEALED THE DEAL’. Thanks Titan for sending the ‘BEST’.
