These guys were fantastic! I had several small things i needed done. They were the first to give me a quote and actually show up! Within a day they were out to take a look at what i needed and within a week they completed the job. The 3 guys who showed up were all very polite and professional. I have used Fresh Start Electrical twice this year and have been very pleased with the service they provided. Last Spring we had several outside lanterns replaced and Steven and his trainee Gavin were so helpful. They were even able to make adjustments to install a new doorbell that I purchased which didnt exactly fit, but when they were finished it worked perfectly.Recently I needed some work done at our office building and was so amazed at the job that Cooper and Cody did. Not only did they correct the problem we were having with some overhead lights but Cooper upgraded our older light fixtures so that not only did they work better but he explained that we wouldnt need to change the bulbs for many years to come. Both teams were there on time, knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. I would also like to mention Brooke who does the scheduling. She is very professional and courteous on the phone and helpful with getting my appointments set up. I would highly recommend Fresh Start and plan on using them for any electrical problems in the future.

Outstanding service! Great company to deal with electrical service. Professionally removed and installed 2 light fixtures at reasonable fee compare to other companies I called and used before. I just provided the light fixtures and they provided the other supplies needed. Prompt and courteous, they called ahead of schedule to let me know if they come early. Left the site clean. Estimate of job and supplies were accurate. Very glad I called them. Highly recommended.

In mid November, Austin and Jacob were scheduled to install two ceiling fans, one of which required scaffolding. While they were here, I asked Austin if he could also look at requirements to swap out gas cooktop for induction cooktop. In addition to providing estimate, they were also able to complete work on same day.The induction cooktop wasnt as straight forward as hoped, and required a little ingenuity to safely install the appliance.Bottom line, Austin and Jacob ended up working most of the day completing all of the work. They were prompt, friendly/professional, cleaned up afterwards, and very successfully completed all work. I was super impressed with Austin and Jacob, and the work they completed.****************Today Nick and Jordan were scheduled to install two bathroom light fixtures (required wiring to be pulled) and security camera. Their work was fantastic and both guys were super to have working in my home. I love my new light fixtures!**************Every interaction Ive had with the Fresh Start Electrical team, from scheduling through quote to work completion, has been awesome! This was our second time hiring Fresh Start Electrical. I have been impressed both times. This job hired them to relocate our electrical panel and fix some wiring in our house. Jace came by and gave a very reasonable and fair quote. They completed the job in a timely manner. We cannot be happier with the results. I have to give a special acknowledgment to the young men Cooper and Kolby who were professional, knowledgeable and polite. They even assisted my elderly mother and myself by bringing our groceries in. Talk about class A Customer Service, which is so hard to come by nowadays. I had the privilege of getting my above ground pool electrical setup from Fresh Start. They were troopers as they hand to hand dig a very long trench due to location of my pump. Jace came to evaluate and give me a quote for irepairs. The repairs were recommended in the home inspction report. They included istalling several new ceiling fans, and checking outlets. Jace told me some of the suggestions had been fixed. I appreciate his honesty. The electricians arrived on time and got right to work. They explained how to use the fan remotes and the work they had completed. Im very satisfied with Jace and his installers.

They did a fantastic job. Reasonable pricing. Arrived right on time, and finished recessed and track lighting just within a few hours. Despite moving large furniture and drilling holes, they moved everything back in place and vacuumed up every speck of dust. It looked even cleaner after they were done. Their lighting install now has my condo looking like The Met. Highly recommend.

We had Adam and Zach over to do our whole house generator installation. These guys were timely, professional and very knowledgeable. The project was completed within the timeline.They have is a thorough walk through of the operation and controls/instructions and setting up the weekly test. We also had them install an additional outlet for our garage freezers while they were doing the generator work, and were very pleased with their insights regarding installation options and with the end results.We are looking forward to using them again for interior home lighting upgrades, and other electrical needs, especially since they give you an actual quote. We found that reassuring with our generator and outlet installation, so we know the work will be done accordingly and in a timely manner by their team of professionals.

I highly recommend Fresh Start Electrical and electrician’s Thomas and Jason for any electrical work. They were recently called to my elderly grandparents home to fix an outlet that was not working properly. Both were very confident and kind.Thomas and Jason arrived on time and were dressed professionally. They were very thorough in the inspection of the outlet, and quickly identified the problem. They took the time and explained the problem to my grandparents and he made sure that they were comfortable with the solution before starting the work. The work was completed quickly and efficiently.I was very impressed with their work. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I would not hesitate to hire Fresh Start Electrical again for any electrical work. Thomas and Jason are great electricians and a pleasure to work with.

This review is longgggg over due. Sorry! We had our whole breaker replaced and also had a stove vent put in and some plugs installed for our dishwasher and they did it all in one day! They are so fast and work with you to keep the cost low. The staff from beginning to end was very courteous and polite. I will definitely use them again for any future electrical projects. My story is an interesting one, but long story short, I got a quote to get solar panels installed but the estimator told that I needed to get the service line (the main line coming into the house from the power line) replaced because the protective coating on the wires was starting to come off. I kept it in the back of my mind as something to add to the list, then started remodeling my bathroom. A few days later I walked past Daniel in Home Depot with his company shirt on, so I stopped him and had a brief conversation with him about the replacing my service line and doing an estimate. I had to push back the estimate appointment by a few days because the bathroom wasnt done, but I appreciate Daniel for his patience and understanding. When he did come over, not only did he give me a fair estimate, but he was able to explain the process in detail from start to finish, and any follow ups that would be expected. Throughout the entire process, Brooke (I hope I spelled it right), kept constant contact with me on the permit approval and scheduling, which I greatly appreciate and she was very polite and courteous. When it came time to do the work, Gary and Laihkem were the ones to do the repairs. To my surprise, they arrived a little earlier than the appointment time and went right to work. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the fact that they took time to answer all of my questions, and address any concerns. They also paid strict attention to detail and even cleaned up after themselves when they finished, inside and outside of the house. All in all, I am very pleased with the Fresh Start team and I highly recommend them!!!

Fresh Start Electrical is absolutely top notch and you should hire them 100% of the time you have an electrical need. We have had a significant amount of electrical work done on our house and they handled it all- a new electrical panel, lots of new outlets/circuits run to various parts of our house, moving outlets from one place to another, new can lights in our kitchen..you name it, they can do it. From first phone call, to quote, to the end of the job, they handle everything with professionalism and you can tell they are masters of their craft and care that you are happy at the end of the work. They show up when they say they will show up, which is such a gift when you are taking on a big project in your house that requires multiple contractors and not everyone does that 😉 Thank you so much Fresh Start team for helping us make our home the best it can be. 🙂

I specifically requested that Jace come back the second time because of how courteous and easy to work with he and his partner were. We spoke with Daniel early on in our whole house rewire for our 1950 era home. He explained everything that would happen, when it would happen, when the project would end and the cost.Signed the contract and work began the day we chose to move out and let the crew start as it would take less time for completion if we were not home.The entire crew was always on the job from start to finish and we were happy to return home to a cleaned and rewired home two weeks later. Daniel brought in a cleaning crew to make our house look like no major rewiring job had occurred in the past two weeks.Daniel checked back a few days later and had a crew return to change a few things around and add two things that were overlooked. Nothing major but all was as we had agreed to in the contract.I’ve recommended them to neighbors for anything electrical, large or small job.

Had them come out to fix a fan not working. First guy couldnt solve it so they sent out a second crew. Second crew came out, fixed the issue but had to make holes in the wall where wallpaper was. In order to patch the wall they hired a drywall repair contractor which did a good job. Then they hired a wallpaper contractor who replaced the paper but a week later the paper started to peel off. They now are going to have either that same guy return or someone else. Im sure they actually lost money on this job but their commitment to getting the job done right and customer service has not faltered. I am very appreciative of their efforts and will certainly go to them again.

At least two circuits in our home were out. I was very busy and preparing to travel the next day. I called Fresh Start Electrical Monday morning, and they had Blake Ethridge and Jace Phillips on our doorstep at 11:00 that morning. They two men worked for over four and a half hours to find the problem, which was quite obscure. They solved the problems and charged us a very, very modest rate. They were very gracious and functioned well in my very chaotic home full of large puppies and busy adults. I highly recommend this company and these two very professional electricians.

Wow! My family and I are so impressed with the guys from Fresh Start Electrical, LLC. Richard and company repaired light switches in the living room and kitchen. They also did a beautiful ceiling fan install in the living room. All we had to do was buy a ceiling fan and have it standing by. They unpacked the box, assembled and installed the fan in a timely manner. After making sure everything was working properly, they packed up everything and swept up afterwards.
