We are extremely satisfied with the work that AnyWeather performed at our house. Austin worked with us and gave us the absolute best price quote for mini split system. Rob and Ryan were the best installers. They knew their work and shared their knowledge with us as they installed the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. Duncan, the electrician, installed new electric for the unit and did a very neat job - no hanging wires anywhere. We are only in day 2 after installation and we are very happy with our decision to have it installed. The unit is very quiet, almost undetectable. Our three season room is now usable year round!

I had the best experience with this company, from beginning to the end. My air went out on Sunday 6/16/24. We were leaving for vacation. So I decided to make sure I had a call in for when we returned. Samantha sent me a text the same day letting me know that they would be at my house on Tuesday from 8-10am, I had to let her know that we are out of town. I didn’t expect such a quick response, but we decided on a later date then my daughter says you shouldn’t bring the grand babies in her with it being so hot. So I jumped on the phone with Samantha again to change the date once more. She was very nice and patient about the situation. Keith was my tech and my daughter says he was very nice, I could hear him talking when she had me on FaceTime. He explained everything that he was doing while doing it. I would give them more stars if I could. I highly recommend this company

We had issues with our AC on Friday at 7:30. I did some tests that night, but unfortunately we were still experiencing issues on Saturday morning. I called Anyweather around 8:30 on Saturday morning, and they had our AC working again by noon. Rob was incredibly professional and was a pleasure to talk to.

On a 99 degree summer Saturday, our A/C stopped blowing cold air. The fan was working, but it was NOT blowing cold air. The house temp was creeping up to 80 degrees on the main level (mid 80s upstairs), even though it was set for 73. We called every HVAC place we could find to see who could come out same-day, and AnyWeather was the ONLY place that was a yes. They promised to have a tech to our house within a few hours, which they did! The technician, Keith, called when he was on his way, and was super knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately narrowed down the problem and upended up replacing our condenser on the spot, while also giving us some tips for other less-critical issues he noticed (like pollen buildup on our unit). We are so thankful and appreciative!!!! AnyWeather will be the first place we call next time we need service.

Keith arrived on time and had me up and running better in about an hour.I was charged for 1 lb freon which was a good deal for the older stuff, nearly half the price of another H&C I called.The labor is where the service shines. He communicated very well and showed me exactly how to keep the unit clean and efficient.Would definitely call them again in the future.

This company is excellent to deal with I highly recommend there services. They replaced my AC and Heating System andfrom the initial contact to discuss the options and equipment that best fits my house with a good technical reasoning. As an Engineer was very pleased with the technical knowledge they presented. Then combining with the best cost effective options. The installation was very orderly and professional. The installers was very professional and offered options on several pieces of the install and made sound suggestions through the process. They presented a great attitude in pleasing the customer. A very refreshing attitude. Post installation they set up all the communications with the equipment along showing me how to operate the equipment. All work areas was clean you can not even tell they was here well except the new equipment. All parties , sales , scheduling and supporting finance was easy to approach and discuss excellent customer service!!! They can use me as a reference anytime, I will continue to use them in the future for any other needs that arise.

This is a great company! I highly recommend Any Weather Heating and Air. On the hottest day of the year my air conditioner went out. It was also, of course, on a weekend. Byron called me immediately and faced timed with me to see if he could figure out what the problem could be to get the air up and running. He was out here the following day and worked with me to get a new unit installed as quickly as possible and within my budget. He also provided a room cooling unit to get me through until the new system could be installed. That’s service! Installation was performed by Sam who was very efficient and professional. There was communication every step of the way and I was extremely happy with the entire process. I plan to continue to work with them for all necessary cleanings and inspections.

Very impressed with this company, starting with my initial call into them. I didnt realize it was about 15 minutes after they closed but the girl still took my call. She was very accommodating and friendly. I got scheduled the next day. Taylor showed up on time, was extremely polite, but not overboard. He was very well dressed in a logo shirt and wore those booties over his shoes when he came in the house. He walked me through the problem, had a capacitor in the truck, done. I had him discuss with me their PM program and purchased that on the spot. He then began the PM on my system. The invoice that was emailed to me included hi-resolution photographs of the inside of my furnace, showing the coil, showing the inlet and outlet temperature difference, showing the filter area, etc. It was the best service visit I think I ever witnessed. I took business cards from him so I can share with my friends/family as this company knows how to do it.

I am very delayed doing this review. I APOLOGIZE to AnyWeather Heating & Air, and also to the installer, Sam. I called them because our thermostat was old and not working. I did not know who to call and did not have time (since this was right after my Dads death, at his house) . I just tried HomeAdvisor, for the first time. This company was one of the choices it gave, I liked the experience and personal care information that was given. I called, they recommended the type of thermostat and scheduled immediately. The installer, Sam, was EXCELLENT, SUPERB, GREAT, FRIENDLY, EXPERIENCED, KNOWLEDGEABLE , RESPECTFUL, CLEAN WORKING, he really made me feel like he was family, (I usually dont handle these things with strangers-But I am glad I did). I talked about having an air cleaner installed, and will be needing other work new air conditioning system, and AnyWeather Heating and Cooling WILL BE THE COMPANY I CALL. I learned when you find a Great Company, stop looking, keep that company. The costs was unbelievably great, especially for the experience and service. I got more than I paid for, no reason for me to look for another company. 10STARS

AnyWeather was the company that was hired by my home warranty company. When my home warranty fraudulently denied my claim, they did everything in their power including waiting on hold with me for almost THIRTY MINUTES to argue with the case manager, who ultimately agreed to cover the cost of the part that failed. Afterward, it was determined that my reversing valve also needed to be replaced, which was not covered. I scheduled the repair with AnyWeather, who then called and offered to completely replace my heat pump with a newer, better unit at the SAME COST of the valve replacement. They came on a muggy damp day and completed the repair, were extremely professional and courteous and came with masks to wear inside. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Legitimately the best experience Ive ever with an outside contractor. All of the employees cared about making sure I had heat as soon as possible and that it was within my budget. When a problem came up that was outside of their control, they offered to come in early to finish the work right before a holiday so I wouldnt be without heat. Im a first time homeowner and they explained everything they needed to without ever talking down to me. I look forward to working with everyone again when I have AC installed later this year.

Superior service beyond all expectations. Our technician Jeff Pelfrey was amazing at sorting out the wiring issues on our new house systems (both a heat pump/air handler and propane furnace/a/c systems) . He sorted out a mess without a second thought that previous techs couldn’t get right. Months later we had a different issue with our propane furnace the day after getting all this snow. The home warranty company couldn’t send anyone out for 24 hours so I called Jeff to see if we could get him out. He helped me troubleshoot it by phone for 45 minutes at 6:30 pm and walked me through testing everything and sure enough I got it with his expertise. Awesome service beyond anything you would ever expect these days. I highly, highly recommend Jeff if you need anything hvac wise. Thank you again!

We had Sam Hodge as a technician. Sam was professional, efficient and very economical. For less than $100 (and within 2 hours from call to service) he got my heater running again just in time for winter. He quoted me for upgrades, but was not pushy on the sales side. He told me of a temporary work around until I decide on the upgrades. If we do decide to upgrade, it will be with Anyweather.

AnyWeather proves that there are still honest people out there! Paul and Sam were wonderful. They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. Paul was initially scheduled to provide a quote for a new unit as I already had another company come out and take a look at my AC unit and quote me for a replacement. Paul was so thorough in his inspection that he noticed the first company had given me incorrect information about the coolant in my system (claiming it was r22 which will be discontinued by 2020 and that I might as well get a new unit because it was completely out and had other parts to be repaired). Paul discovered that I had R 410a and it wasn’t completely out of coolant but was low. He helped take apart the outside unit and spray off all the hair and dirt that had built up which was making my unit inefficient. Sam came out today to check the unit and found that coolant was low and there was definitely a leak and that it might be wise to get a new unit as mine is from 2006 and all the dirt and debris had worn it down. Both companies explained that a new unit would be best but AnyWeather went about it the right way! We are trying a temporary fix by adding a bit of coolant to buy me some time..(my car also broke down because those things always happen together). I will ultimately be getting a new unit and it will definitely be through these guys!

AnyWeather Heating & Air did exactly as I was told on my 1st call to them about our AC cooling issue. I was told it would be possible for a technician to be on site in about an hour. I had called about 10AM on a Monday morning. By 10:45 AM I received a message the technician would be onsite I about 30 minutes. A few minutes later I got a call from Jeff (tech) that hes on his way. About 11:20 AM or so Jeff is onsite. He goes over what hes going to do and look into and then make a recommendation to us. After all was said and done by noon or shortly after our home was now in the process of cooling down. Jeff let us know this fix due to the age of our unit will only be a temporary fix and in the near future will need to look into replacing the unit. Its 23 years or so old. This however gives us time and options to consider. For now the thawing out of the system and the addition of the coolant was all that was needed. Thank you AnyWeather Heating & Air for coming on site so quickly and correcting our AC issues and to Jeff and Terrell for their professional but at the same time relatable interaction with us in getting our AC working again. We highly recommend AnyWeather. We had a new 17 SEER American Standard heat pump installed 1-31-19. We compared prices and they are competitive. American Standard is ranked as the best. They were very quick coming out to check our old heat pump. Once it was determined that we needed a new one, they had it installed three days later. The men who came out to install were very kind and did a wonderful job. The owner and his staff are the best to deal with. We can tell a huge difference in our home. The temperature stays constant. On our old heat pump, we had to keep it at 70 degrees to feel comfortable. With the new one, we can keep it at 68 degrees and the whole house feels warm. We have a humidifier on ours. I highly recommend that if you have to replace a heat pump or any other furnace, you ask to have one installed with your new heat pump or furnace. Once again, we highly recommend AnyWeather. I can tell you we dealt with another company at our previous home that I would never recommend. The equipment was faulty and their warranty was horrible. Had to have it repaired within the first year and they charged us a very high price for fixing it. AnyWeather uses much better brands that have a great warranty. It’s the best heating and cooling company we’ve dealt with in Northern Kentucky.

Taylor was my technician and he was great; very polite, cordial and after he completed his work, he explained the issues, told me I had 30 days if the problem returned but he felt confidant he fixed the problem. He cleaned up his mess, accepted my check, told me he would email the invoice and he was on his way!!!
