Kind, friendly, professional technicians and employees! Even better if they had the filter I needed. I pay for the monthly service and today was my annual maintenance check that comes with that service. I needed a new filter, but they didn’t have one, leaving me with the same old dirty filter. So essentially, I really didn’t receive an actual service today. My unit needs a maintenance service that I still have to fix myself, which kinda takes away from the point in the monthly subscription. Other than that, Dran’s is great!

Recently moved into a new house and was having some issues with our heater not staying on long enough, with an error code. After living with eh, its working kinda sorta, long enough, I called Drans and scheduled an inspection/troubleshooting. Funnily enough, while they did thoroughly inspect the unit, we found out the issue wasnt a senor or anything, but an obstruction in one of our exhaust vents, which was causing heat and pressure buildup in the system. Once this was cleared, everything worked perfectly fine, and now our house gets very warm when the heats on, instead of lukewarm.They were very knowledgeable and professional, and provided reasonable suggestions for best practices and maintenance moving forward. I liked their service and signed up for their annual upkeep/maintenance club thing, so look forward to having them service my unit for the foreseeable future.

Amazing service! My heater stopped working on Sunday morning. I called Drans and they promised someone would be out on Monday. The technician was at my house on Monday afternoon, diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed my furnace within two hours. My gas furnce, air Handler, AC and iComfort Thermostat were inspected as part of my Maintenance Service package. During this past heat wave, our Geothermal system decided it would stop working and with heat pump error message on our thermostat. Of course, Im deployed overseas when this occurs, and I contacted Dran and my wife was able to schedule a service call which was understandably a few days out since the workload for Dran was increased due to the weather. Dran arrived to the house with two young apprenticeships, and he was able to get our system back working order and system is working like a champ! I can not speak highly enough about Dran and his company. And the fact he is looking past today to train others for tomorrow! Great job and Great Company Highly Recommended!

I am very impressed with Dran’s Heating and A/C. I had them out to my home to troubleshoot and fix an A/C problem, which they did an outstanding job on and I had them back to look at improving my A/C system because if lack of flow in the upstairs of my home. Each time their technicians were super knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain everything to me. Their technician, Kobe, went above and beyond to identify the lack of flow and suggest recommendation to solve my problem. Hats off to Kobe and the other technician’s at Dran’s. Todays visit was to return to clean the ducts and fan along with other work on our A/C unit. There were two technicians, Jacob who was here previously and Marcus. They came in, completed the job and were very professional and courteous. They showed us before and after pictures and explained what was done and why. We were again very pleased with how they worked and the timeliness of completing the job. I pray that Drans will continue to provide this type of service and continue hiring technicians with great attitudes and who have patience with the customers.

This is an update. I once again had a great experience. The techs who came out to install my units were personable and respectful. They did have to come out again to finish up, and I had a few issues. Not only were they able to come back out when it was convenient for me, but the owner assisted them as well. They were all very nice and patient. You most likely have a customer for life. I appreciated the customer service from the 2 ladies I spoke to as well. They were very kind.Kobe was very informative. Today Tony came to my home because my units were not working, and I had no heat. He was able to identify problems and concerns that may arise with my System. He was very professional, when I respect the most was that he respected my home as he used shoe protectors and was able to efficiently and effectively communicate the concerns I was having with my system and show me where the problems were, and explained all my repair options. As he explained each of the systems components and concerns to me he actively walked me through everything and showed me where the concerns were. He was able to repair most of them the same day as he had almost all of the items on his truck, and scheduled for the return visit to complete the remainder of the work. I had an emergency situation with a past Drans installed mini-split in may garage. Even though the outside temp was not excessive, they had someone at my house to evaluate the unit in under 30 mins. The final repairs were completed the next day. That is all well and good. But what impressed me the most was the care shown by the entire Drans team. From the office staff, to the field technicians , to Dean himself, they made me fell as if my situation was the most important item on their plate. They all went over and above what one would consider normal, especially in todays environment of what is, at best poor customer service. It is hard to express my feelings for the Drans team here. My technician was Thomas; he arrived within the promised time window, and was very courteous, professional, efficient, and careful. He found and corrected an issue not discovered by a previous HVAC tech (unfortunately at an extra cost), then checked system output to ensure the system was operating in an efficient manner. When he completed his work, there was no mess....nothing to clean. He offered additional services, and then quickly completed the paperwork documenting his work, explaining what the sections meant/addressed, and then took payment. Overall, a very good experience.

05/18/24 Once again Drans came to our rescue! Our upstairs A/C unit gave out and they fixed it. Okay, I also should mention that the upstairs unit is original to the house, over 20 years old with difficult to find parts - most companies would pressure us to buy a new unit (and others have) but Drans knows we are retired and on a fixed income and worked with us to provide a low cost solution. They are also phenomenally easy to work with, professional, and truly kind and caring people; from the receptionists who answer the phone (Janelle & Sarita) to the technicians who do the work (Trevis and DeVaughn). We just cant say enough good things about these folks. Thank you again, Drans - we truly appreciate all youve done for us!11/2023We were so pleased with our experience with Drans Heating & A/C. John C & John B. came out to take a look at our water heater and ductwork under our house and give us a quote to replace the water heater and seal the ducts in the crawlspace.They were on time, courteous and professional BUT the best part is they listened to our needs and gave us a quote that wasnt trying to upsell us! We had 2 other companies over to give us quotes for the same issues and both of them tried to sell us thousands of dollars of extras that we didnt want or need.Drans technicians listened to our issues and gave us options instead of telling us Oh you need to rip it all out and replace it with new. Why fix it if it isnt broken right?! Yes, we know we need to replace worn out items but were senior citizens so were on a fixed income and Drans respected that and didnt try to take advantage of us.Okay Drans, not only do we want your company to do the work we will also be using you guys to replace our whole HVAC system next year as well. Firstly, we had a tankless, gas water heater installed and our furnace ducts cleaned and sealed. It took two days to complete everything and the gentlemen did a FABULOUS job for us! We had John B & Kobe doing the duct cleaning and John C, Emmanuel and Zenard worked on the tankless gas water heater installation .The workmen always went the extra yard by being courteous, informative and professional which we really appreciate! On the second day Emmanuel and Zenard came to finish up the water heater installation and seal our leaky ducts in the crawlspace. The quality of these gentlemens work is amazing! Not only do they do a top-notch job, they were so courteous and professional and even made sure to cover their boots every single time they came inside. They took time to answer all our questions and we were just so impressed by them from start to finish! Im one happy customer of Drans Heating and Air Conditioning. I needed service on my old A/C unit, and I called Drans to take a look at it. I already knew what the problem was because I have had to add refrigerant to this old R-22 unit for the last four or so years due to a leak. I knew it was time for a new Air conditioning unit so before it gets really hot, I had Drans team give me a quote and provide me with my options and they did. In the meantime, they provided me with world-class service and filled my Air conditioner with refrigerant to keep my house cool until they installed the new unit the next week. The installation team arrived on time ready to go to work. Emanuel was the lead and explained what going to take place IRT the installation. The team consisted of the lead mentioned above along with Tony, Darell, and Dontae. All were professional, Courteous, and knowledgeable. I cant forget about Ms. Amelia in the office. None of this would have happened without her. When I first called Drans for service they were completely booked for the day (Friday) and the next available open date was Monday. I was going to look elsewhere, and she asked me to give her thirty minutes to see what she can do. Obviously, she can do a lot and I appreciate it. She made me smile that day :)

I truly could not be more pleased than I am right now with Dran’s Heating and Air Conditioning. I am a military spouse whose husband is deployed, home with two very small children. He was very empathetic to our situation, and when I found out that he is a veteran- there’s no way I could say no! He was prompt when coming to assess our A/C issue, and very informative on what needed to be done. He listened to all of my concerns and made me feel at ease. The technicians was prompt, and professional, they checked my whole system found the problem and corrected it and my A/C has been cooling since, also they detected the smell of gas outside by my meter and advised me to call VNG, they came out and for sure my meter was leaking and VNG corrected the problem. Thanks to Dran’s Heating and A/C technicians professionalism a serious safety issue was corrected. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 gentleman that came out, THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Deans Service Technician Thomas was awesome. Thomas was very professional, courteous, and listened to our concerns about experiencing excessive condensation on some air conditioning lines and ceiling air vents, most likely all from the thermal differences between the air and water lines.
