I could not recommend Nickle Electrical enough. They went above and beyond to get my familys power up and running, all while providing outstanding customer service at a price that was more than fair. Id like to thank Raul, Felix, Carlos, Chris, and Noah in particular, as I had the pleasure of working with them directly. Again, if you need any electrical work done whatsoever, please take my word for it and call Nickle Electrical first.

No show, no call for noon appointment made two week prior. I called at 2pm to find out what happened to which they said they’d find out and call me back. They didn’t call back as of 4:30pm. Heard good things about this company but so far am disappointed, mainly because I need the work done quickly.Update: the electrician was reassigned my job the next morning and got right on it. The boss called the next morning as well to apologize for the mix up. The electrician did all the work prescribed and for one he even went above and beyond to make sure the result of his job made sense rather than just “fix it”. Upgrading from 1 to 4 stars. Things happen in offices, so I’ll likely call them again should the need arise.

Very good company, Felix our electrician was very professional and helpful he fixed our problem in our house in an hour very quick on diagnosing the problem, I highly recommend nickel electric to anyone that is having electrical problems in their house. Two thumbs up.

Naren and Chris called before arriving, adjusted their arrival time to my schedule, were friendly, professional, were able to diagnose the problem quickly and determine a solution. I would absolutely recommend this company, and these two electricians, in particular!
