They provided a reasonable estimate, which they adhered to completely in terms of price and timing of installation. Their instructions going forward were also thorough and easy to understand. Weve used Weekley on many occasions to install many lights and nstall a new generator. I cannot say enough about John and Alex. John installed lights for us and Alex recently performed a maintenance check on our generator. Josh has also visited our home in the past and performed an outstanding job. Alex is a kind young man and so meticulous in his craft. Outstanding. Overall, a great guy. John installed many interior lights and is kind, patient, very knowledgeable and also, a great guy. The crew is A +. It has always been a great experience and I highly recommend Weekley.

Everyone at Weekley was nice to work with. Mark started the process, Bob(?) followed up, and the ladies in the office were very helpful. When it came to the installation, Alex and Seth did a great job. They explained everything, and did exactly what they said. I contacted 4 companies for a whole-house generator estimate. While Weekley Electric wasnt the cheapest, it wasnt the most expensive. Weekley was quick to respond, professional at every step of the process and provided a total quality service/product experience. Shout out to Mark Falls for a thorough estimate, making sure he covered all the bases. Shout to the installation guys, Seth and Cole for their speed and attention to detail.

Installation of a new Generac took place the day before Thanksgiving. The crew of Bill, Alex, and Mason was extremely friendly and efficient, they answered all questions, and were finished before I had expected. In fact, the whole process initiated by Mark Falls was professionally executed by the whole sales staff up to the point of the install. It was painless and at no point did I ever wonder what was coming next. Thanks to all!

We had a generator installed. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive from Mark who did the estimate to the installation technicians, to the front desk. The two guys who came to install it, who’s names I can’t recall (Bill and Jacob maybe) were the best service people I have ever dealt with. They treated my house and property with respect and were a pleasure to have at the house. They even straightened out the gas meter which Columbia Gas couldn’t bother to put in by anywhere near level.

Weekley Electric, Newark, Ohio, is now my favorite Generac Service Contractor. I have had Generac backup generators for 15 years. Because my house has a Hot Water Boiler heating system, I could not loose power during the winter heating system for fear of frozen piping and a possible total loss of the entire residence.When our last system broke down in the middle of the Covid Epidemic I had a terrible time finding a replacement generator and finally found one in Arizona which I was able to ship to Ohio.Getting my system installed was another major problem. After a lot of calls we were able to get the new unit installed and running.When I needed to service the unit I called around to locate a Certified Generac dealer and finally found Weekley Electric. They sent a technician out and after servicing the unit he said this unit should be on a concrete base to avoid premature corrosion of the motor. They scheduled and efficiently installed a new base under my unit, also added a new battery which should have been replaced and gave me the confidence I needed for critical support when I need it.Peter LenzWorthington, Ohio

Great experience from start to finish!Our Generac generator was down. I had exhausted my troubleshooting abilities. Called Weekley for the first time and they were very helpful and very knowledgeable.Lyann in Technical Support and Service was great, answered all my questions on my issues and even went the extra step to call Generac to confirm a couple additional questions/concerns as it related to my particular serial number unit.....Scheduled the service call and Alex in Field Service showed up on time and fully prepared. Very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.Cost of Service call, labor and parts pricing very reasonable.Highly recommend this company for any of you generator needs.

This is a great company to do business with from start to finish. I was interested in a backup generator for my home....The on site evaluation was performed by Mr Mark Falls... Mark was very knowledgeable about the Generac Whole house generator system. He performed a detailed power survey of my requirements. Took photographs of my electrical equipment and provided a written proposal at the end of his visit to my home. Pricing looked fine for the work needed and I made a partial payment at that point. Mark explained that Weekley maintained generator inventory and my unit was currently available and would be held for my job. I was given a lead time estimate for the field installation. I received two calls, the first telling me to call AEP for my approval concerning the electrical disconnect and the second call confirming the installation date which matched the lead time date provided by Mark during the initial visit... The 3 man crew (Bill, Seth and Joe) arrived on time and immediately began the installation, unit placement, trenching, electrical wiring, installation of the smart switch and tie in of the 150 amp transfer switch to my electrical panel. Two new ground rods were installed with a ground wire to the electrical panels.... The NG connection piping was connected to my gas line and all new piping was painted to prevent rust... Bill did a fantastic job with leveling the panels, conduit, and gas line plumbing, which made for a professional looking installation. Everything was mounted square, plumb and true.... Upon completion of the install, Bill gave me a course on the operation, took the time to make the generator WIFI connection and updated the software... The guys cleaned and tidied up the area and backfilled the trench in the yard.... Everything was completed and operational at 5:10pm the same day.Following the install, I had some questions concerning the Generac Warranty and I called the office at Weekley Electric and was connected with Whitney S who got the information and followed through with several email communications and was successful in getting the problem resolved....It was very refreshing to deal with a quality company like Weekley Electric and the people that work for them in the field and the office.... They exceeded my expectations with the customer follow through and installation and I will certainly consider working with them in the future....

Weekley installed our Generac whole-home backup generator system and did a fantastic job of it. There was a delay of a few weeks due to the (not!) wonderful City of Reynoldsburg taking forever to issue permits, theyre happy to snatch up our tax money but take forever when it comes to doing a little actual work, but I digress.Once the paperwork was all settled, Weekley arrived as scheduled and had our generator installed, up and running in only one day. It was a big production involving electricians, plumbers, utilities crew and inspectors, but throughout everyone was professional, polite and thorough in answering questions and addressing concerns. Weekley even identified a fault with our homes original grounding wiring, which they addressed as part of the installation and remedied with all new grounding as part of the package at no additional cost. I work in a commercial data center and absolutely know my way around electrical wiring & data cabling and Weekleys work is all top notch, I couldnt identify any areas which I thought should have been done differently.If youre in the market for a home generator system, or any electrical work, I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Bill and the Weekley crew to take care of you and your home or business.

Generator arrived in the aloted time, they were very prompt about scheduling the install & very very professional & friendly about the entire process. I had my Generac generator installed yesterday during the biggest blizzard of the year by Weekley Electric. They showed up on time and ready to work. Jody and Hayden were my install techs and truly a top-notch team.Despite the weather these two worked tiressly working their fingers to the bone in the cold. During the install they discovered a gas leak from when I had my water heater installed previously. I had no idea that this was happening and could have turned into a potentially deadly situation. But that didnt stop Jody and Hayden from taking the time to fix the leak and ensure the safety of myself and my home.They went the extra mile with me and made sure all my needs were met, and by the end of the day I had a generator installed and 100% operational!Weekley Electric did a great job making the generator install go as smoothly as possible while maintaining their commitments to me. Everything from the job bid, determining what generator would work best for me, and the install, was a great experience! Id recommend Weekley Electric to everyone!
