Although it took some arranging, finally got Eric, from The Pump Guys here to fix my cold water pressure pump. He was amazing. Excellent problem solving for a complicated problem, but he nailed it. Not the automatic, you need a new pump! If you have a pump problem, these guys should be your go to. I’m very satisfied.

The pump guy was a lifesaver today the standard Hotel located at 848 Washington St. lost water supply at 7:45 am from the booster pump to the entire building. 338 rooms did not receive no hot water no cold water at all.the booster pumps fail. Eric showed up within 15 minutes of phone call because he was in the area.He did his magic he got water service to the entire building by 1130 am He came back 6hours later just to make sure that we were up and running. He will be back on Monday with the proper parts to repair the entire booster pump system awesome service awesome company reliable this guy knows what he’s doing I will highly recommend the Pump guy for any type of plumbing needs when emergency comes up call Eric .

I have used Pump Guys for 2 buildings I manage in Manhattan. Both with water pump issues. Eric was able to identify the issues right away. He answered all my questions and showed me how to troubleshoot the systems. He shared valuable information. He also walked thru the building’s many faucets & fixtures with me for a check. He is a good communicator. The fees have been very reasonable. I have confidence in this company’s ability to handle any plumbing issue. I would recommend this company 100% without reservation.

I highly recommend The Pump Guys! Eric gave me a very fair quote, was responsive, and always professional. Within less than a week, they came by, gave me a quote, and got all my work done in a very timely manner. Alban did an exceptional job with the sealing of my septic sump pump and installation of a check valve. He explained everything to me clearly and was kind and professional. He went above and beyond and is an incredibly hard worker.I am so glad to have found The Pump Guys. They are trustworthy, kind, and will not leave you in the dust. After having had several other plumbers take a look at my sump pump, I could not get a definitive answer as to whether or not they could do the work. I had to chase them to get a quote and schedule a date. I was quoted double by one plumber who insisted the walls around my sump pump needed to be completely torn down just to get a better look, and even after that, he could not even guarantee he could seal my pump…. Not to mention he was rude and condescending.The Pump Guys are a breath of fresh air and they know what they’re doing. I look forward to having them work on my outdoor drain next!

I’d like to start off by saying that I truly value quality and great customer service and Eric surpassed my standards. I gave a phone call to him last week as one of my business has a flood in the basement due to some corrosion. I was quoted an hour arrival time and Eric showed up 30 mins later with a smile on his face ready to solve my problem. Not only did he fix it thoroughly and quickly, but he talked me through what he was doing and how to prevent this from happening again in the future and things to look out for to stay ahead of the game. Big shout out to Eric and his team. They’ll always be my first option in the future.

The Pump Guys demonstrated tremendous patience and persistence in resolving my problem, while also being responsive and friendly. Eric at The Pump Guys really came through to repair a broken Goulds water pump in our building cellar. He is knowledgable and very responsive, coming for the on-site consultation the same day I called in the request. Since it was a time-sensitive job, he was willing to pick up the pump and repair it over the weekend, in order to re-install it as soon as possible. Eric also identified problems and red flags with other aspects of our water system, and I will most certainly trust the Pump Guys to handle our future pump-related maintenance and sprinkler system needs. They are the ones to call!!
