UPDATE: the owners reached out to me immediately and expressed that their booking system is still working the kinks out, he was very humble and I felt very taken care of. They came and took care of the job immediately now thats a true study in good customer service!I scheduled an appointment on the web site. . A week later after I arranged to take off work, plan my schedule around this appointment I get an 830p voicemail the night before saying I wasnt in their service area. (Bronx). Nothing on site about areas on New York City you dont service and the website lets you schedule and confirms it in emails. Steer clear unless you like to waste valuable time.

Fantastic service! I had a (non emergency) toilet issue. RP finshed insurance, came by within 24hrs, diagnosed, gave me a quote, got materials and finished the install within the hour. Friendly and pleasant all the way through. Will definitely be returning for my future plumbing needs.

I ordered a water heater from Home Depot and they sent Z-Rite over to give an estimate and ultimately do the installation. They guy that came for the estimate (I dont remember his name unfortunately) arrived on time, and was quick and professional. What gave me the warm and fuzzies about Z-Rite was that I told him about some other concerns I had with my plumbing; He was happy to talk to me about it and set me straight on a couple of things (I mean that in a good way), but he didnt try to sell me on having other work done because I didnt really need it.The couple of guys that came to do the actual installation a few days later also showed up on time, and did quick and professional work.

I’m a resident manager on a building, and we got a violation from D.E.P for not testing our backflow preventer by a certified tester. Called Rite Plumbing & Heating, Tony showed up with the equipment where he tested all our backflow preventers. I was amused by the quick response these guys do! The report was generated the same day, and they handled the job so professionally. They are our house plumber since then.

Had a 50-gallon water heater in my apartment where I had not much room, I was told that tankless water heater will do the same job — called Rite Plumbing and Heating for an estimate. They calculated how much hot water I spent with my fixtures and suggested the tankless water heater. I hired them, and they put the new tankless water heater, so far so good and so much more room I have now. Thank you for your excellent work.

Id highly recommend Rite Plumbing & Heating. I looked at multiple plumbing companies through manhattan who were able to apply for building permits and found Rite Plumbing to offer the most competitive price and fair. I needed to install a utility sink in my unit and it required going through a condo board that wasnt very helpful. Rite Plumbing was very responsive and helpful through this process, they answered and returned all my calls. The installation went smoothly and did not require any rescheduling.

It seems there was some confusion around the communication. Rite Plumbing have provided an estimate.

We had an emergency leak in our bathroom leaking into our boiler room. I called Rite Plumbing and Heating and they sent a plumber to my house within 30 minutes. Ari, the plumber arrived on time, and carefully checked our bathroom and soon found what the leak was. The next day, Ari arrived on time again with the right equipment and fixed the leak! Ari also cleaned up the mess after.We were happy to have such a punctual and professional plumber! We will definitely call Rite Plumbing & Heating again if we have any more plumbing problems!

Update - After a few mishaps in scheduling, Tim called me and explained why his team wasnt able to come out as scheduled. Tim made a promise that he would personally come out and fix my leaking sprinkler pipe and he kept his word. Leak was fixed as promised and the pricing was very reasonable. My old toilet tank completely cracked and water was leaking out of the tank. I wanted to completely replace the whole toilet instead of waiting 2 days to replace the old tank. Tim the plumber ,completely replaced the old expensive toilet with a less expensive Kohler one. He was responsive, on time, and did a clean job.
